Le camere senza finestra, il baccano notturno degli ospiti, al mattino I rumori della colazione.

l'aver prenotato una camera supirior ed essermi ritrovato in una camera senza finestra e senza balcone, per noi europei la superior significa migliore della standard, la loro risposta e stata che non hanno camere standard,allora Ditelo............cosi non si prendono fregature e non si spendono altri soldi.

They have the most hopeless service. Serious attitude problem , the rooms were dirty and stinky. At check out time they charged extra 500bhatt for a stain on towel and according to them a saucer was missing300 bhatt. I told them it might have gone with the room service but they didn't understand. Mainly a dirty hotel I will never stay there again all my friends checked out in a day and left the two days rent with them cuz the rooms were really stinky

Hopeless service dirty rooms and don't have lift after 3 Ed floor you have to take stairs, only one small and stinky lift

Lovely facilities including a lovely pool, bar and restuarant. Within walking distance you will find: bars, restuarants, beach, scooters for hire, and markets.

Warning for everyone: Every single night there is a live band which plays music from 7pm through to 1am. This is loud and can be heard everywhere through the resort even inside the rooms with the doors locked and air conditioning running. We stayed for a while and made some complaints and the lovely staff moved us to the 'most quiet' room in the hotel.

We loved the location! It was handy to everything and the room sizes were great. We booked this hotel as a group.... Family with twin 21 month old twins, 1 x elderly couple (grandparents), 1 x mentally impaired (brother). The staff accomodated an upgrade for my brother to be in the room next to us (foc) which was greatly appreciated. We appreciated the corner pool access room, as it made it easier for us to sit on the balcony and relax while our girls were sleeping. We loved the fact that Tuktuk available at the entrance to hotel and nightly entertainment was very good.

Our luggage was left unattended in the courtyard away from the lounge when we arrived. I moved our luggage to be closer to us, rather risky given the high traffic area. Also we were left sitting in reception, waiting to be checked in for 1hr. When I approached the staff, they were unaware we were waiting, even though a staff member told us to wait.. With young twins it was a little too long. The room had a lot of mosquitos and I used two tins of spray during our visit. The a/c was leaking heavily when we arrived, but was fixed promptly and started to leak again towards our last day. Was disappointed with a fishing trip booked through the agent at reception.... Very very very disappointed with trip. However, not to do with us staying at your hotel. Tv channels very limited for English speaking.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was really nice, great location, the pool was my favourite part of the hotel. Overall had a good experience and would stay there again.

There were no toilet facilities around the pool therefore having to go back up 2 the room wet and then come back down Some staff hard to communicate with little english There was construction work going on I felt sometimes it started a bit early (8am)

Comfortable beds for Asia, great location for beach, meals, nightlife and shopping.

Slow internet speeds, but I suspect this is a Phuket problem rather than a hotel issue.

Beautiful pool, nice big bed, free minibar, across from beach, great prices.

Construction noise. Some money was missing after the maid visit one day and we were afraid to get maid service the rest of the stay...

Nice swimming pool. Location is superb.

Great location and buffet breakfast. Wifi connection was okay.

Shower was cold most times and hot water only worked very few times. Ac is external and started blasting ice onto the bed when put on full (3 levels) at 18 degrees. Ac was leaking alot of water even at 20 degrees minimum power. Staff are friendly but reception was slow and unorganised. Always busy and took long to answer questions.
