The position was perfect. We were overlooking the beach and loved it the noise at night was minimal . The staff were perfect even when we were running late to leave and they brought the deposit to the taxi for us We will never stay anywhere else perfect

Not much of complaint except there is a lot of mosquitos at the cafeteria next to the reception. My babies legs got bitten so many times and they are still scratching now. Whoever sitting at the cafeteria will definitely scratch their legs.

Excellent Location. Amongst all the action of district as soon as you walk out of hotel and only 5 minute walk to Bangala rd and Patong beach right out front. Plenty of other places to eat within a minute walk should you not want to eat at resort all the time. Swimming pool is excellent design and relaxing. Live band every night by main dining area bar was a bonus. Room was clean and comfy with good size balcony.

Pool closes too early, Breakfast was nice but over priced, Dinner at restaurant was also a bit pricey but the food quality was good. Staff were good but not as friendly as other places I've stayed in Thailand.

Good location at Phuket's most entertaining, fun and popular Patong Beach. The hotel's pool is really fantastic with a sunken (in-pool) bar that serves great cocktails at great prices. (1 free for 1 deal). Nighttime entertainment was really nice with a house band performing nitely. Clean large room and free wifi in the room I stayed in which is the balcony type facing the pool. (Free upgrade for me, thanks!) Just outside the hotel is the famous Patong main beachfront road with continuous row of shops selling everything and plenty of eateries. Low cost local pushcarts to high end restaurants as well as eternal fastfood joints like Mcdonald, Burger King, Subway. Just outside the hotel is a bike rental agent and I rented a 135cc scooter for 300 baht/day. Highly recommended place to stay.

Location was at the heart of Phuket experienced. Easy to shoppe and nearby the beach.

The hotel facilities such like water heater was not functioning properly.

The hotel is conveniently located. Only a few minutes walk to Bangla road. Right on Patong beach. It's a great central base for exploring all of phuket from, and is very affordable in my opinion. The hotel is well known to taxi drivers, and has a pleasant atmosphere. The pool area is awesome, and so is the bar and restaurant at the entrance. Live bands often play on the weekend. Staff are extremely friendly and willing to help. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Make sure to get up early in the morning to take a shower, otherwise you'll be left with less than luke warm water to shower in. The humidity in Phuket however is so high at times, that a cold shower might be refreshing. The Deluxe room that I stayed in was not of the greatest in terms of asthetics and luxury, however it was very acceptable for the price.

Ned to get rid of the band or tone it down, remember disco's dead !!

Swimming Pool and Location

Personally I don't like big Hotels, the room service was very poor, and if anybody think to stay there I don't recommend Superior Room neither Deluxe Room, yes Deluxe Pool View and Deluxe Sea View worth staying in this Hotel.

Location was great, hotel staff excellant service although they could have more room cleaners and better reception desk. Pool great and live entertainment was good to listen too.

Only thing was wondering when the room would be cleaned for you to be able to go back in the afternoon. Not the cleaners fault as they seem to have one person for each floor.

The Pool was amazing and the cocktails at the bar were very good aswell !!!

For starters our room was not ready when we arrived at the hotel and the staff at the reception said in about an hour it will be. After one hour went to reception the staff gave us the room keys when we went to our room the housekeeping ladies were sitting in our room chatting/cleaning!!! My husband was furious we complained at the reception and there was one staff member that accomodated us the proper way at Baan Laimai they gave us better rooms.
