Great location in the heart of town if you don't mind the rickety bamboo bridge in the dark. Far enough away that it's a really peaceful place just to hang out on your own or join in with others at the various little places they provide for guest. Really cute.

Breakfast was sugar toast and bad coffee. OK for a hangover I suppose but not for anyone with taste buds intact. They were quite happy for us to use their mugs and hot water to take back and enjoy on our veranda.

Pai is a fabulous town in which to relax and unwind and this hotel really helps you to do just that. It is extremely basic - what more do you need than a bed and a good, hot shower? It is set on the banks of the river, which is picturesque. I spent many evenings chilling in my hammock with a beer watching the wildlife. Definitely a must for all nature lovers as you will come across many weird and wonderful residents in your hut. A great experience.

Very noisy geckos in the evenings and the night. This can't be helped with the position and nature of the hotel.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and the wifi was good. Fans worked well. Lovely outside area, right on the river. Nice hammocks on the bungalows.

Not recommended for people squeamish about bugs and things. There were slugs, worms and snails in the bathrooms, and in the bamboo bungalows there were definitely Creatures living in the roof which was terrifying at night.

The environment is so good, and it's so close to the Bar.

The water heater for shower didn't work very well, but I prefer cool water, so it's Okay for me.

Great place to relax in Pai. Basic bungalows but great value for the low price.

If you hate insects I wouldnt suggest the basic bungalows, but for me a few ants were no problem.

Riverside location. Very close to town centre. Excellent staff. Nice breakfast (included). This place had a really great feel. Grounds were superb. Good chill-out area. We wished we could stay longer and WILL be back.

That we only had 3 nights there.

The hospitality from the staff who looked after all guests to the max capability as the coup started while I was there they made a few of us pad Thai for supper no cost as we were hungry and couldn't go into town this often happened before the coup and also I was often offered dinner with the staff at no cost. A very friendly and hospitable bunch I shall definitely be staying there again.

The rats in the rooms at the back but this was taken care of as soon as it was brought to their attention and we were also moved huts to the more expensive huts at the front at no extra cost for the remainder of our stay. You have to expect some wildlife after all it is beach huts in a wooded area by a river.

It's a great place to relax. You get asilent room and it close to the center. The bed is hard, but I like it. Hammocks in front of the hut is pretty good!

Internet. We just had it for a few hours in the first night. After that it didn't work at all (from our 2 nights there). They didn't know what had happened. No vegan-friendly breakfast (even the bread contains milk)... so, just black coffee.

Lovely, cozy bungalow with great hammock and river view; clean; has a mosquito net; comfortable bed

if you are afraid of any kind of small bugs, it's not a place for you to stay, you will get some in the bathroom or outside when laying in your hammock

It's very well located, next to the main road but on the other side of the river, so it's calm and cute. The huts are quite new and clean, in fact we've been travelling all around Thailand and I think it's been the best of all in the same range of prices. And the only one to include breakfast. Nice place, nice staff, cheap and clean.

Very quiet, clean, not too hot bungalows despite the hot weather.

Beds are like a rock and makes a lot of noise since they're constructed with bamboo.

This was perfect for our stay in pai! Got a mountain view cottage and the balcony was perfect. Every evening we'd spend a couple of hours with a beer chilling. The mossie net is perfect but take some mossie spray too. Sad to leave.

It would be better if there was a menu stating what breakfast is available as it wasn't clear.

The river vie, close to the main town

Difficult to have hot water, I wasn't able to take showers because of this

One of the most memorable stays of my Thailand tour! This place is SICK!! Sooo cool, with the river right in front of your cottage. It also has a hammock on the porch (if you stay in a cottage), I could sit on that all day watching the water wheel spin. The shower was steaming hot and refreshing at night when the hot water hit the cold cement. This resort is only one year old, it has cute puppies right now too at the front desk. It is so peaceful there and a great location right near famous Walking Street. I would definitely stay there again and I am a harsh reviewer. Well worth the money. BTW they have movies you can watch at night played off of a projector where everyone sits for breakfast.

We had one cockroach in our cottage, but we had bug nets to cover ourselves at night. Also the location on map is just a hair off, its on the other side (north) of the river from where the pin says it is.

Love this place! Whether you are a solo traveller, couple or group, this place is perfect for everyone! Excellent hospitality! Very close to centre of Pai but yet still quiet enough if you want to be a bit more private. I'd be staying here again if i go to Pai!
