This hotel is really a 5 stars hotel, everything was perfect there. I strongly recommend to my friends to visit this hotel/ resort.
Frankly, I can not found any thing to complain.
The Resort is as the name indicates a Oasis. It is situated in a gated resort in suburban Chaing Mai. The building is surrounded by zen like gardens, our room (#1) was great and the atmosphere is tranquil. The spa is onsite and there is a large pool and good restaurant in the complex . The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is great.
It is outside downtown Chaing Mai ($10 taxi or resort shuttle in morning and evening) so if you want the bars and markets then downtown would be better. However, if you are looking for a place to relax after Bangkok, a base for tours or a relaxed friendly atmosphere then this is the location for you.
the design style
everything was nice. Tennis, cycling,... The best moment is the morning time, good breakfast in good atmosphere.
Not enough discount for the SPA.
Very friendly staff Beautiful rooms (we also got a free upgrade!) Nice swimming pool Very calm and relaxing
It's far from the city centre (30-40 mins by taxi).
The warmth, kindliness and peace this luxury village home radiates is unmatched.
Very serene and peaceful location with pleasant staff
Current building works
Good size room, friendly and helpful staff members, complimentary massage.
Mosquitoes, lack of options for breakfast, remote location from city centre, unreasonable design of some furnitures (multiple sharp metal corners of the table make it extremely easy to get hurt, the metal balls attached to all the cushions make it very uncomfortable to sit with. It is only good for decoration but extremely poor from functionality perspective.)
Loved it there Will go back again
The staff were excellent. Very helpful
No private pool on site.
Lovely, lovely room.
Distance from town. (Not *really* that much of a problem as we appreciate peace and quiet.)
There is nothing to do.just relax and sunbathe by the swimming pool.
Breakfast + kindness of staff
The distance to down Town Chiang Mai
Staff polite.And very helpful.
Room , no privateci too close too street.cannot open window. Fell like lock up in the room.
The decoration of the rooms , although the pictures are a bit misleading due to the various locations of buildings. The hotel is located in a suburb closed condominium and gives no traffic noise. All over good value but not very special
We have chosen this hotel because we had the idea it is a complete complex in one building with restaurant and pool. But the picturs overlooking the rice filed is misleading because simply you have no access to this area. The pool area is one of kind of Eastern Europe pre war style absolute a no go welcome area. So watch put it promise to be as dream but is not the one like you to be expected. The outdoor located restaurant is very good the staff a nightmare ......anyhow we enjoyed a peaceful bed
Beautifully decorated fantastic rooms and facilities. Very friendly staff. We received a complementary massage!
The breakfast must be ordered the night before.
very cosy, peaceful. High quaity breakfast, pancakes super
Where do I start!!! My friend and I stayed here for 4 days at the beginning of our travels...wish we had booked longer. Upon our arrival after a very very long flight we were greeted by staff with a fruit platter and fruit juice cocktails. Given details a list of items for breakfast to list our requirements. We didn't feel rushed at all! Throughout the whole stay the staff were so attentive, kind, caring and genuinely nice! The one thing I found with Oasis is that nothing is to much and you truly get a personal service amongst outstanding beauty. Every piece of decor was mesmerising and the whole place had such a peaceful ambiance! I have stayed in five star accommodation but Oasis topped them all. Every where was so clean, breakfast was plentiful and I even got to play the piano in the breakfast room one morning!! Whilst we were there they had a rice festival, which we were invited to participate in and they even wanted to make our own T-shirts for free! Both Lisa and Jessica are an asset to Oasis and made our stay fantastic. I will definitely return to the Oasis Baan Saen and can highly recommend the hotel and all their staff. Thank you for our stay. Michelle and Sue
The location of the hotel is in a gated community, which made us feel very safe, however upon our return from Chiang Mai city centre few taxi drivers knew where it was so take the hotel details with you and expect to pay around 200-250bhat each way.
Swimming pool and dinning room are departed from the rooms, keeping the room area quiet and peaceful. the atmosphere is peaceful and in harmony. the staff are all very helpful, and kind. the breakfast is great, portion is good enough, food is fresh.
the cleanliness, overall is good, but the details are ignored. For example, the waste bin has the same chewing gum throughout the days I stay. The broken electric bulb in the toilet did not changed.
