Very clean! The English-speaking receptionist is very nice and helpful!!! Not far from Phuket bus terminal! Very quiet at night!

It's a little bit difficult to find when u first come! Nothing to have fun with in Phuket town!

English speaking, friendly and helpful staff (really good english). If you are tired with street food there is quite big market 15 min walk from hotel.

It is really nothing to do in Phuket Town. We were there for 2 days and it was too much. We had to take taxi from airport (no minibus transfer and it was too late for bus). Also had to take taxi from patong (to late for bus). When we were in patong we had similar standard hotel for less.

Perfect place if you do not want to spend too much. Expecially if your stay is short and this is an intermediate stop towards the islands. Clean, with television, nice staff.

Phuket town is not worth for long stays.

Everthing was excellent. Guesthouse is extremely clean en staff is really helpfull. Located in the town of phuket.

Close to Rassada Pier. Not expensive. Restaurants in the area

Hello Booked this hotel since the rating was very and it fills totally the expectations. ppl were extremely friendly. i recommend it to anyone. i went to similan islands and asked to leavr my backpack there and they agreed.

1, the hotel is too small to be found. you get to be very careful... 2, I think the price can be cheaper;

Very friendly Service. I changed room as the choosen one via booking was not appropriate for me - looking towards the road and traffic. I only spent a night so I cannot tell more here.

Guesthouse is good. We got an email 2 days before arrival asking if we would arrive after 9pm, as the reception usually closes at this hour. In our case this was excellent, as we arrived with the last plane. So we called them and they had a person waiting for us until we came (after midnight). --> very nice

Phuket as such is not beautiful and very noisy. Our room was to the street, so opening a window was directly connected to exhaust gas...

Great staff, very helpful. Good location. Clean hotel, good rooms, very good value. Just stayed one night but very comfortable stay.

although notifaing the hotel that we are arriving at 1 pm! the window in the room was connected to the wash room of the hotel! sow we got up by 7 am by the cleaning lady !

It was ideally located in the Town Centre. An ideal stop over on our way to Chaing Mai, via Phuket Airport. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the hotel was very good value.

The two owners are very nice and kind..very helpful and always have a smile.. The rooms are big and very very clean!

1. Perfect location - 5 minutes from beach buses and bus station #1, the old city atmosphere (2-floors old houses around). 2. Great staff. 3. Free 2Mb WiFi. 4. No insects, clearness, wc and bath are perfect.

1. No beach towels. 2. No laundry service. 3. No international/sports tv on the cable. 4. Cheap room has a window in the technical shaft. (it saves you from the street noise)

the reception guy was really really helpful. we reached at noon, came back at night, went out at midnight, came back in the morning, check out at noon again and he's ALWAYS there to help us! thanks him so much! received greeting email before and after our stay too. room is clean and big.
