Stayed in this hotel for 6 days. Helpful and kind staff, the best beach that we saw in the island (this part of Chaweng is not so noisy and dirty), clean sand, sea. Breakfasts are very good. Rooms are nice (we booked the cheapest room and were happy, because nobody was walking along our room, and there were no noise as at the rooms near the swimming pool and beachfront rooms). Location is excellent. When we're leaving it was early check out (5am) and in the evening before we asked a receptionist to make a take away bag with breakfast. In the morning we were happy to receive breakfast in our journey to krabi.

Wifi is 5 of 10. Many people make sunbeds on the beach busy with their towels, and go away! It's really not nice!!! But we solved this problem))

Everything was horrible to us .. Staff was unhelpful hard to deal with supposed to get an extended days before we checked out 3 days .. Talked to manager and assured us that theres a room available and u can extend ur stay but in other room not the same and I agreed ..left the room to check out and go to the new room !! Got surprised that there was no room and asked to come tomorrow if theres any room available !!! It was a long day to me to find another hotel dragging to larg bags

Location close enough to main area but quiet. Convenience store and ATM across the road lots of restaurants and pamper places close by. Staff responded quickly to any requests. Breakfast was great and location on beach fantastic listening to the waves break.

Nice clean modern rooms, excellent breakfast, great pool area and nice beach, well located a short taxi to the centre but with many bars and restaurants also nearby. One of the better hotels on Chewang beach

Water didn't drain away in the shower. No sunloungers on the beach.

Simple stylish boutique hotel. Beautiful spacious eatery overlooking sea. Room was comfortable. Good locale. Not too close to busy shopping area.

Some issues with communicating with staff re small things that came up re room or requests etc.

Water for showering is smelly, some staff can not recommend you good restaurants or trips in Samui, front desk staff can't speak thai

The location at the beach and a nice poolside with good sunbeds and umbrella. Good WiFi everywhere.

The small strip of beach prevents you to really put your sunbed at the sand. Muesli was finished the first day and was not available for the next 4 days.

Front staff we met was really rude. They are underconstruction, some area were not finished such as lobby. Many building workers walking around all day. Also some workers were around guest room area at 10pm while security guards were trying to find them. Water run on and off all the time. Super difficult to reach their phone all week during office hour, and when we mentioned this to the front staff he was not believe us!! Not enough parking area. Rooms are new & very neat & clean. Good friendly staff around to serve us.

Still under renovation, car park is limited & very cramp with motobikes surrounding. Location is difficult to find without proper sign board.

Very friendly staff. I was going to the full moon party and told me to be aware of drugs and etc.. Afterwards they prepared flower bucket for festival and even though I have not used it it was nice :) Restaurant makes good cocktails and have very nice view to the beach - lifesaver during rainy days :)

A bit far from central chewang, but when taxi costs 100 baht its hard to complain :)

This was the best hotel I've ever been to! Great localisation - 30 seconds to the beach, you eat breakfast while looking at the sea (very good breakfast), a swimming pool is open 24 hours per day, it's really good to swim in the evening, the rooms are really nice.

Brekfasts were everyday the same!

The staff were all fantastic, kind and helpful. The rooms were exquisite - fantastic, so much space and it felt like a designer hotel despite the relatively low cost. Super close to the beach, lovely lounging chairs and a restaurant overlooking the water, while being so close to nightlife and the main street it remained serene. Don't be fooled/discouraged by the humble driveway - this hotel's charms aren't in a fancy street-front facade, but in the details in the rooms!

It was not evident at time of booking that the pool was not available. I would have made other arrangemnets had I have known this. Also, during my stay, I was given conflicting information about what time dinner ended. Front desk said 10pm but when I fronted up at 8.45pm the kitchen was closed and so had to go elsewhere which did not really suit. I found the bed quite hard, the airconditoning unit noisy. Also with all the outside lights on the room was not really dark enough for a comfortable sleep, Sorry, I don't really want to be negative ,,,, but trust you will take my comments as constructive rather than complaining..

The most beautiful hotel my wife and I ever stayed in. Very reasonable price too! Great location, beautiful design, friendly staff, clean, beautiful (!!!) hotel beach... Just perfect!

Comfortable and spacious room, modern design and relax environment

Although the location is a bit far from chaweng town, but it is not a problem for us to travel around as we rented a motorbike. We really enjoy staying at this hotel as we like the privacy of the location. We sure will come back to stay here.

Close to the beach

Far from chaweng center and action...the bathroom was terribly smelly..the room was full of cockroaches, the sewage smell was awfull...noise of construction that desturbed our sleeping and relaxation...we had only one night and it was more than enough.

I have previously written positively regarding this resort however my overall opinion has changed dramatically. However, when everything works, and that seems a rarity, then the place offers good value. However, I have no idea how it will look after the renovations. I sense a lot of the charm will be lost due to the drive for addition room and thus additional revenue.

I have come to the conclusion the Management either hasn't got a clue about running a Resort/Hotel or doesn't care. I booked a pool view room. Instead of a pool view I got a view of a 4 metre high wall some 3.5 metres from my accommodation's front steps. The resort comprises a number of cabins/chalets around a pool/pathways/grass/lily ponds. The pool is being rebuilt, thus the central area was totally surrounded by high walls. Whilst they say a comment had been posted at this website, if you had booked your room before the note was posted, you were not informed of the dramatic change to function/facility. No adjustment in price, no compensation, nothing! The Management appear to have moved their family into the resort whilst their own house is being rebuilt. My accommodation was adjacent to one of the chalets they have taken over. Footwear all over the balcony, bicycles parked haphazardly, crates of empty bottles etc etc. It was an eye-sore. The Management have no concept of separating their private use from Hotel Guests. Also their children ride oversize bicycles around the resort. Therein lie dangers for guests. The front desk remains a disaster. They are slow to deal with emails and often I have to telephone them to ask them to open their email. I always book an airport transfer through the Hotel. Each time I have contacted reception a few days before my arrival to remind them of the transfer. This trip I did not. You can guess the result. No inbound airport transfer was provided. On my first morning I reported my shower area was not draining. Nothing was fixed. Finally, all areas in this resort are smoking areas. The Management has made no attempt to designate a few restaurant tables/rooms as non smoking.

Everything was perfect in baan talay, sure i will be back again
