The friendly, caring staff, drivers, tradesmen and local Thai residents created a warm, united ambiance and we felt very much at home. The location is beautiful. The pool was enjoyed by all. The facilities (overall) met our needs quite well. There was good access to beaches, restaurants and shopping via scooters and the hired van. The outdoor showers were enjoyed by several of us.

Set along the secluded and tranquil Laem Set Bay, Baan Tawan Chai offers a luxurious villa with it's own private pool, plunge pool and a sundeck that overlooks the beach and the surrounding tropical greenery. Fully furnished, the villa comes with air-conditioned rooms, a 60-inch flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a western-style kitchen with barbecue facilities. Fitted with a bath or shower, the bathrooms are supplied with fresh towels and free toiletries. The Villa manageress can assist guests with their holiday arrangements during their stay, housekeeping is daily, with linen and towels changed every 3 to 4 days. An enchanting fully serviced beachfront villa, set in stunning, tranquil surroundings, with resident staff to pamper you with the famous Thai hospitality and easy drive to Samui's buzzing tourists' spots and exciting holiday activities. Three separate guest pavilions make up the living quarters, each with luxurious tropical and ocean views and with the interiors blending smoothly with the garden through long folding doors, resulting with abundant space for enjoying a memorable relaxing holiday. You enter into a landscaped garden that leads to a beautiful central courtyard, complete with an exotic garden, and sun beds, facing the swimming pool, Sala and beach, where you can experience the unique splendor of Koh Samui's natural habitat of vivid coloured flowers and beautiful tropical plants. In the center of the courtyard is a beautiful pool, with its own separate Jacuzzi. Attached to the pool is a Sala with teak furnishings facing a wide beach and ocean, a perfect spot for reclining and gazing out to the endless horizon and silhouettes of islands beyond. Swaying coconut groves and the cool sea breezes, soon make you forget what day of the week it is.

For lovers’ of nature, Laem Set in the southern part of the island is the draw card, for it's here that you can still enjoy the original peaceful beauty of this paradise island before the magic disappears forever The villa is located right on the beach in a secluded almost private bay. The beaches in this region are affected by tidal changes. Close to the villa, are numerous convenience stores of 7/11 or Family Mart as well as boutique restaurants where you can enjoy authentic local cuisine. Places to visit and within 10 minutes from the villa, include Kite Board Asia Butterfly Garden, Samui Aquarium, Crocodile Farm, Snake Farm or Namuang Waterfall just some examples of the activities and attractions available. Lamai town the second most popular tourists’ destination is a 15 minute drive, here you will find a variety of branded groceries products at Makro and Tesco Lotus or an endless selection of of restaurants, bars and entertainment as well as a a beautiful beach, soft sands with water-sports and plenty of deck chairs and vendors.
