everything. friendly staff .clean modern room. nice setting. free pushbikes (but if you take it on the ferry you have to carry it down a flight of steps) they let us use the pool and other facilities after checkout.

Lovely place, shaped garden and pools, so peaceful. Easy to move around. Helpful staff too.

Very good place to explore the town, quiet in the middle of a busy town with nice pool, helpful stuff, good food at acceptable prices, very spacious rooms in the garden villa

On arrival rooms were left open leading to many mosquitoes and a gecko in the room.

Very professional and helpful staff. Just 500m walking distance from train station (look for signs, across the tracks). Taking lunch or dinner at the hotel is a good option in this case. Taking the free bikes to discover the city is fun. For the rest of the sights I can recommend the boat trip in the afternoon.

- Very friendly staff - nice small resort with pool, - all was clean - spacious bungalow - very good value, they organised a guided tour for us in Ayutthaya

- Breakfast was very poor

Everything made our stay memorable. Excellent gardens, very calm location yet easy to reach the city sites.Friendly and very helpful staff. Limited but excellent cuisine.

Everything was wonderfull. It looks like more than 3stars hotel. Welcome drink, relaxing swimming pool without people, very nice accomodation and garden. The reception was realy great and helpfull. We got lot of requested informations for city visit.

We were traveling through Thailand and had one of the best times in Ayuttayah thanks to the hospitality at Baan Thai House. The staff is happy to go for the extra mile to attend to your needs and make sure you are comfortable. They recommended a very authentic Thai restaurant visited by the locals, where you can feel the genuinety of your Thai meal. Breakfast is basic, with a highlight of home made jam. Wifi available throughout the resort.

Great hidden oasis. We drove ourselves and with a print of the location we were able to find it, but did not expect it there. Well tucked away in a typical neighborhood. I used the free bikes in the morning to see the elefants that are parked near the temple on the other side of the big street behind the 7Eleven. Great place to relax after visiting the temples

Location a little bit far from the main attractions but close to the floating market. We required a double bed and we got two twin beds...

Loved the fact that it was so close the the train station. Very helpful staff, as first time Thai travelers we had quite a few questions and they were extremely helpful.

The location. You need a tuk-tuk at night to go to the centre. There is nothing around. Even if agreed with the hotel watch out the price first. We paid a fortune the first day. We had some problems with the electricity system last night and the airco didn't work. There are many street dogs in Ayutthaya, you will hear them barking at night, I guess that happens in any hotel.

room was lovely and location just out the mainstream of Ayuthaya was brilliant..... meal on an evening was lovely.... and the staff couldnt have been more helpful and welcoming
