nice budget place to stay, very clean and operator is very friendly/helpful. located in krabi town and 5 minutes walk to morning/night market. the guest house can even help to get best deals for excursions. will stay there again on my next trip.

no fridge in the room (the rooms are cheap anyway)

They ripped us off. We booked a room with a fan for half of the price of a room with air con. We were supposed to pay 600thb on arrival for the two nights but they took our confirmation off us and didn't ask for the money. They put us in a room with air con. Later that night we went out to pay, and she tried charging us for a room with air con, which even though it is what we had, it isn't what we ordered. They said since we had entered the room, we had to pay the air con price but could move the next night. However, we had booked a day trip so we were unable to move rooms, so we ended up paying for air con for 2 nights which is not what we ordered!!

Here you can get best rates for ferries, tours and taxis. If you stay in this hotel they will treat you as a part of the family. You will not regret!!!

The keeper is such a nice Person! She does everything for her guests! We had So much fun there, food is really good and cheap. Near night market, walking street and pier. We will come back!!

The owners were so friendly and helpful! Made us feel very welcome, a lovely family! The rooms are nice and clean and fans work well..price was good and 2 minuite walk from a the lovely night market in krabi!

It was really like what was written on previous reviews. Really nice and friendly staff. Not noisy but cozy place. Easy to access market near by. Its good place to stay before you move to islands from Krabi.

The staff were friendly and the location was prefect to explore Krabi. Would recommend it to anyone on a budget who wants to explore the surrounding area.

I love that place-- There was like home! If we will be in Krabi again I will definitely book stay in BaanToGuesthouse!!!! Excellent & helpful staff, nice big & clean room with AC, TV and wardrobe, amazing food (I miss my chicken salad and Zebra miss LEO :D)

I enjoyed the stay here as the staffs were very friendly, especially Yaa. Our room was so clean, even the toilet was clean too. The environment was so relaxing. I will definitely accomodate this place again.

Very friendly staff, clean room with balcony (no firniture there though) and ac and fan! Very close to town and nightmarket! Staff very helpful you can book transport to other places right there! Free wifi (even in my room and even though they told me I dont have it there)..

No fridge but possibility to buy cold drinks right there, so no problem!

The hotel is the familly business, we didn't like their heavy way they tried to sell the trip boat, as soon as they know that we bought the ticket with another agency (was cheaper), from then we didn't exist any more, not professional as attitude, we had choosen this hotel because of the good review, the room was in ground floor, clean but very humide, could not let the window oppen, we couldn't sleep all night, is it the bad experience for all our trip.

Good facilities for the price (tv, good airconditioning, hot shower). Particularly loved the shower. Room was nice and clean Good location, close to the bus stop and night market.

The wifi was very slow and unstable. It should be upgraded. Bed is not so comfy, couldn't really fall asleep on it.

Incredibly helpful and welcoming staff, helped us book tours, transfers, etc. Very laid back atmosphere and all other guests friendly, would definitely stay here again

When booking cable tv in the room was included, however there was only tv in the air conditioned rooms.

Location for town v good. Room good size. Hot shower. Balcony. Staff v friendly. Airport transfer arranged no hassle.

Patio doors in room both cracked (glass). Would advise a room with A/C. Fan room was really hot.

One of the best guest houses we've stayed in, and we've stayed in hundreds. Service was amazing, and excursion planning was done for us and for a great price. Good food, cheap cold beer and a friendly common area. Book immediately!

The staff at the Baan To could not have been friendlier. Always willing to help and offered to book tours. It is worth trying to knock them down a few baht as the tours were cheaper elsewhere. It's really close to Krabi town centre,night market and river but nowhere near Ao Nang beach (as stated in a previous review). Good place for restaurants, vogue department store and 7-11 nearby.

Mattress was uncomfortable and lumpy as were the pillows.

Super cheap price! Basic room but worth the price. Clean, friendy staff.
