All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged THB 1700.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

The hotel is situated approx 3 minutes, with motor bike of TukTuk, drive from the exciting live of Patong Beach, but is pleasently quit situated with a great vieuw from the hill on Patong beach. Extremely pleasant atmosphere for relaxing. The hotel needs a bit upgrade here and there. it is now 10 years hold and the quility of beds is not at the current level of standards. Also a very good clean action would not harm. |

The location & the hotel design. It's very quite away from the Patong beach. The hotel needs to do some maintenance. It's also a bit inconvenient to go back hotel from Patong beach. |

Gorgeous room, open the balcony doors and 4 steps down to the pool! Secluded and very private. Mr Chai - the independent but "at the door" taxi driver was fantastic. Restaurant service a bit slow on a couple of occasions - even with no one else in the restaurant. |

Very pleasant staff, excellent situated just outside Patong. Yuo have an excellent view on Patongs bay. It is just 2 min drive with TukTuk or motordrive from downtown Patong. The breakfast is good, but not an huge selection of food of available. |

I loved that it was so quiet and peaceful. Was not keen on the big eletrical line right next to the room, was buzzing constantly. Also did not like when staff went straight into the room to fix something without telling you what they are doing. |

I loved how lovely and helpful the staff are. It is a about a 15 minute walk into Patong Beach but its nice to be escape from the busy part. |

We were fans of the hotel in the past. It still has potential to be a great place. Superb location and great rooms. However the little details, wich were a great advantage in the past, moved along with the former owners. breakfast and cleanliness of the hotel in general |

Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi bytte rum undervistelsen och fick ett toppenrum med utsikt över Patong och rummen var fina generellt. Poolen och faciliteterna var mycket trevliga. Bra mat. Rummen som låg närmast vägen störs definitivt av trafiken och den juniorsvit närmast vägen har dessutom störningar från elverk utanför. Vi bytte från detta rum då det var svårt att sitta ute på terassen pga oljudet. |

Rimeligt godt, vi var rimeligt tilfredse. Hotellet mangler lidt for at komme helt op at ringe. Placeret lidt skidt for ældre grundet det ligger noget fra byen Rates som 5 stjernet, men som fortalt dernede er der plads til forbedringer. Restaurantpersonalet opfører sig ikke som på et 5 stjernet hotel, værelserne mangler noget i standarden, der glemmes dagligdagsting som toiletpapir, gratis drikkevand etc. |

La relación calidad precio del hotel es muy buena, el trato del personal ha sido excelente así como las instalaciones y habitaciones. Es el lugar idoneo para descansar sin salir del hotel La limpieza diaria era un poco "pasar la balleta", pereo tampoco como para desmerecer el esto. |

Intalaciones muy bonitas,habitaciones muy grandes,personal encantador y desayuno muy bueno. la banera es de piedra ,pero le falta mantenimiento, y a las baldosas del bano tambien.Aunque no esta lejos del centro, hay que subir una pendiente y los taxis abusan en el precio |
