Good location Kind host

We stayed at Baanlek Home Stay for 3 nights and the place was lovely. The owner, Mr. Lek, was very friendly and kind, it was hard not to smile! The location was convenient, a little walk into the old town but close enough. Breakfast was made every morning and Mr. Lek was happy to help with any questions we had. Other positives include the strong wifi connection and the free transfer to the airport upon departure.

Just a couple negatives that are really not in anyone's control...there were a lot of mosquitoes that made it into our room which made it hard to sleep and be prepared to hear some nearby roosters crowing in the morning. Otherwise, the property was very nice with very lovely hosts.

Everything is perfect! The location is good, not far from the Chiang Mai Gate and the market. It is a traditional Thai-style house with beautiful decorations. The room service is very good, clean and cosy room with everything inside. The price is reasonable with the breakfast included, especial Lana Thai food is preserved differently every morning. They even offered me a vip breakfast the day I left, with curry chicken and Tom Yam soup and desert of fruit! What I love best is the host Lek couple and their friends! They teach me Thai language and we enjoyed beer and chat every evening when I back to Baanlak.

The place is not known well by the local taxi, but actually it is really near to the Chiang Mai Gate, no more than five minutes walk. Maybe Lek should make a big size post at the Chiang Mai Gate, :)

Mr Lek, Per and all the staff are fantastic hosts, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, the location is good. We liked it so much, we returned without hesitation when we came back to Chiang Mai, after a week in Pai.

Super nice owner - almost overly nice. Good location just a short walk to lots of street food and the old town.

A bit noisy - slamming doors and traffic noise - and too expensive for what it is. Was 950b, probably should be more like 700b. Tuk tuk drivers have a tough time finding the place; be prepared to help them. Sheets were dirty when we checked in but fine once they replaced them. Otherwise it was reasonably clean.

1/Location-- Baanlek Home stay is only 3-4 mins walking distance from the City centre Chiangmai Gate, which is a quiet place to get rest, and also a very convenient spot to explore the city from. 2/Hospitality-- Mr. Baanlek and his stuff are all very friendly and willing to help. It was very thoughtful of him to turn on the AC before i came back. One of his staff offer to give me a ride when i was leaving. During my two-day stay, it has been like Mr. Baanlek and i are old time friends. 3/Physical environment-- The room is clean and comfortable. Quiet neibourhood. All the home appliance functioned well.

Mr and Mrs lek were very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Every morning a traditional Thai breakfast was served and it was like a banquet, delicious and every morning breakfast was different.

The accommodation is extremely clean and very comfortable and is built in a traditional style. Mr and Mrs Lek are very kind and friendly and their aim is to make the guest feel at home. They're very willing to help.

店主人很好很热情，每天早餐都不一样，最后一天还是三菜一汤，还送我们去机场。位置很好，虽在城外，但离清- 迈们很近，塔佩门也可以走路到。出巷子就是周六市场和河边市场。晚上很安静。

老板服务人情周到，入住体验像回到家，自在，随意。

老板一家很热情友好，早餐丰盛，给人一种家的感觉，而且还会免费送机哦！

因为家庭式的缘故蚊虫比较多，无线网络有时会不太给力，其他都很好！

Sehr zuvorkommendes und liebevolles Personal.. sogar der Airport Transfer war gewährleistet! Einfach Toll : ) Die Zimmer sind nett und mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.

Etwas schwer zu finden und etwas abgelegen wenn man abends ankommt.. könnte preiswerter sein..

酒店老板娘很热情很亲切很贴心，酒店给人家的的感觉，很温馨，并且酒店地理位置优越，在市中心，出了巷子就- 是周日夜市，酒店环境也很美，真的很赞，建议大家入住！

老板、老板娘和老板的朋友都很热情很nice，来到会有种到家的温暖感觉。 我们是夜机到清迈，晚上10点才到达，老板热情地招呼我们把行李放入房间后，主动把check in留到第二天，让我们抓紧时间去逛周末夜市（夜市11点收摊），非常贴心；这里离周末夜市很近，大概3分- 钟路程，离周日夜市也不是很远，大概20分钟路程。 每天早餐都煮不一样的东西给我们，而且很有当地特色，非常好味！ 我之前在沙滩上弄伤了脚，到清迈的时候发炎红肿，老板的朋友发现后，很热心地跑回家取药膏给我擦，令身在异- 国的我倍感温暖。 离开的时候，老板又热情地帮我们call双条车到机场，为我们打点，真的很周到。 清迈留给我很美好的印象，老板这家温暖的家庭旅馆更是加分不少，我一定会再回清迈，也一定会再住在这家温暖- 的小旅馆。

暂时没有不满意的地方

地点好，步行十分钟之内就到南门和夜市，夜市有很多美味的路边摊位，吃饭很方便。服务态度极好，早餐美味。- 院子很有特色。

房间稍小，但干净、设施很新。

老板人太好，有家的感觉。地理位置不错，较安静

老板和老板娘人都很好，热情且真诚，房间很干净，早餐很好吃，每天的早餐都不一样。中途有个同伴受伤，老板- 骑摩托车亲自送她。离老城步行5分钟，路途上- 有几家不错的饭馆。路口左手边那家的椰子糕很好吃而且超级便宜。这是个很温暖的家庭旅馆，会推荐朋友们来这- 里，再次来清迈时还会住在这里。

La struttura è molto accogliente e molto carina. Il proprietario e tutto lo staff sono molto gentili e professionali. Sembra di essere a casa.

Zimmer einfach, aber alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist leicht ausserhalb, aber trotzdem nahe genug der Altstadt, dass man fast alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das erste Mal, dass ich in Thailand ehrlich gemeinte Herzlichkeit erfahren habe. Der Gastgeber liest einen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und ist immer da, um zu helfen.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.
