Best room with best staff service. Microwave and kitchen available for preparing light meal. In the heart of Nimman Area next to Warm-up Cafe and etc. Very nice staff, helpful and kind :) Traffic Jam on Nimman Rd. Not prefer for using private car on Rush Hour.

The room was very big and there was a separate kitchen. Wifi was excellent. The location is good on Nimmanhaemin road, with lots of restaurants and cafe's around and the old town is only a quick songthaew ride away. The breakfast wasn't so good, better to opt for a price without breakfast and instead go to some of the nearby cafes.

Clean, Bright and roomy with simple decoration. Conveniently located on the busiest street In Nimman road and close to some attraction, such as waterfall n Doi Suthep temple. Cooking ware is not sufficient, even not providing cooking pan. The furnitures are fragile and the breakfast quality is not good.

Spacious and clean rooms. The Dude Cafe and Massage very convenient. Cafe menu was good especially club sandwiches and drinking Carlsburg beer looking over the main road. The reception manager seemed to have an attitude problem with guests and even his own staff. We reported a leaking kitchen tap and he was quite rude and not happy.
