Baiyoke Sky Hotel

Udsigten fra Hotellet er fantastisk, vi boede på etage 54 i Sky Zone. i kælderen under hotellet og lige udenfor døren er der shopping så det gør noget.

Da Baiyoke Sky Hotel er så højt som det er, er der masser af turister som kommer der blot for at nyde udsigten fra toppen. Der er kun 2 elevatorer som kører helt op. Kø kultur findes ikke i asien, så derfor vil jeg foreslå at man laver en labyrint som man skal følge for at komme med en elevator. Som det er nu, er der totalt kaos, og et masen uden lige for at komme med.

The staff is really kind and nice with the tourists but I must probably say the same everywhere in bangkok. The breakfast buffet is huge and with an excellent choice.

The room I was staying in was a bit dark even if I was on the 59th floor. The phone line did not work. I tried several times to call local numbers but got a message in Thai. The hotel still charged me for that which I found really unfair. To get wireless internet access, you have to go down to the reception.

Spacious room with strong and good aircon. In my past experience, aircon is always weak or not working well in various hotels especially when you are out on a full hot day and need so cool air when you return to room. Convenient and good location.

For both shower area and bath tub, they should have the removable shower. Enhance security on the hotel room doors.

Views, stylishness of the hotel interior including lobby, restaurants and rooms. The attentiveness of staff particularly on arrival.

It could be a little too touristy for some because of its attraction being the tallest hotel. It was difficult to move around sometimes because of the amount of people and get to the restaurant for breakfast etc.

Buffet breakfast was good.

Traffic Jam around the area was terrible. Wasted alot of time travelling in/out of the hotel when taking cab.

dear sir i already writnly coments to reception give at chechout time,your hotel is no 1 sky building in bangkok.but rooms and couridores carpets are have dirty smel,towels are very old,feel bad for health,breakfast is super excelent but try u r reception staff money charg to kids,some staff looking to people angry at lobby,thanks zulfiqar

Wide range of food for breakfast, free upgrade of room and nice view from my room and 83 level.

phone in the room spoil,unable to call to my parent room.Took slightly longer time to replace the phone.

the staff where overwhelmingly helpful and freindly, the hotel was clean and maintained

the top floor bar is in need of renovation

the location and the view of the city from the hotel specially 45th floor and above also the breakfast was excellent

staff was very rude maybe becouse many of the customers who stay in this hotel are international customer diffrent culture

The staff was very efficient and are ready to help and the breakfast was very good

I like to stay in tis hotel becos the svc lever were excellent,the buffet is wonderful & the room were so spacious most importantly value for money.The hotel is olso located near to major shopping ctr very convient for shopping lover.

Basically there's nothing i dislike about tis hotel except the cleaniness in the room, i do have the confidence that the management & staff of Baiyoke can do it even better.

Great views from the hotel, breakfast staff were very friendly. Good location for markets. The lady who cleaned our room was so adorable and friendly

No hotel staff at the ground floor and it seems to be difficult to get a taxi that doesnt seem to rip you off i.e always asking for a set price and not on the metre. All other hotels we went to had hotel staff hail a cab and speak to the driver for us in Thai. It seems very out dated in the breakfast restaurant and lobby.
