Θα πρέπει να έχει ένα ασανσέρ μόνο για την εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών του (ενοικιαστών δωματίων), από τα εστιατόρια στα δωμάτια γιατί υπάρχει μεγάλη αναμονή με τα γρουπ που ανεβαίνουν μόνο για τη θέα.

I am staying at 4114 from 17 - 21 May & I found several small cockroaches in the bathroom. Every year I travelled to Bangkok twice a year and your hotel is my first prority for accommodation due to the excellent location and wide spread of good breakfast. Staff are courteous and friendly. Keep up the good work but hygiene & cleaniness can be improved.

Actually this is not a hotel but a time machine! When you leave the elevator you'll be in the mid 80s. The clothing of the employees and design just have some mid 80s / 90s vibe to it which is actually quite fun. The rooms are very large and non-smoking is really non-smoking (the whole floor is non-smoking!). We got a nice view over the city from our room. There are a few restaurants in the top of the tower which also give you a nice view. The term grill restaurant is quite opportunistic since the grill isn't more than a half meter square! Getting your welcome drinks is also recommended since you'll have a great view from an 80s setting to the present outside! The staff is very friendly and nice and helpful. Train to airport nearby!

The was an unfortunately event of a small cockroach using or bathtub which is strange since everything is very clean! Some parts of the hotel (skybar, foodcourt lobby) really need maintenance since they're in a state of decay! They're renovating the 16th floor so they seem aware if this....

We used the hotel as a base to go sight seeing, however it was a lovely hotel to come back to and it has great facilities. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and all have amazing views across the city. There is a good choice of restaurants at the hotel and lots of shopping near by at the indoor and outdoor market.

We thought the location of the hotel would be more central, although soon realised that Bangkok is a huge city and so you wouldnt be walking from one tourist atraction to the next anyway.

Great view from space zone rooms (we stayed at 70 floor). Great breakfast, free observation desk entrance for customers.That's the only advantages of the hotel, cause you can find more for this price. Stay for one night to enjoy the view, but for longer stay choose another hotel - you can get more for less money.

Staff speaks very poor english. There is nothing around the hotel: at daytime there are garments shops nearby, but at night time there are only scum tuk-tukers, dirty streets and arabian and indian restaurants. You should escape the place to have a good time and come back only to enjoy the view and gp tp sleep. Restaurant at the hotel closes at 10 pm, pool is open only until 8 pm, rooms have low ceiling (I'm 188 cm tall (6'3'') and I can easily touch the ceiling), old furniture and weared and spoiled carpets. But it's OK to stay for one night to enjoy the view.

Location was good however, checking in facility were very poor, it took me 45 minutes to get to a member of staff for check in, no consideration whatsoever families with young children

Excellent view from hotel being tallest building in Bangkok. Very close to Indra mall, Fashion mall and IT mall. Staff very courteous.

Great setting for evening buffet at 82 floor. Very helpful security agents; easy access from Airport through Skytrain. Clean and spacious rooms

Nice location within few minutes walking to many shopping malls and whole sale located around the hotel. There is also small family mart on the lobby if you need grocery.

1-Very old decoration and rotten carpet.. 2-Ants and Cockroaches inside the room.. 3-Very busy lobby and you need to wait long time for the left.. 4-There is no cupboard in the room.. 5-One day they didn't clean my room although I left very early after noon and I put " please make up my room " , when I returned at 10pm I called the house keeping they insist they didn't see the mark on the door!!!!. I will never come back there again and I don't recommended this hotel for any one..

This is the 2nd time that I am staying here. The view of this hotel is nice and the room is spacious. The location is right smack in the wholesale and shopping area, which is very convenient. The hotel also have complimentary drink for guests staying in the hotel and observatory deck. There is also a free shuttle bus for hotel guests to Siam Discovery on every hour from 10am to 7pm.

During our stay, there was a small cockroach running out from the fridge when I open the fridge door, not too sure if it was at the door or it came out directly fridge as it happened so quickly. On our last day where we need to take a cab to airport, one of the guys wearing the security uniform helped us to inform the cab that we wanted to go to the airport, and I told him that we want the cab to turn on meter. However, he did not mentioned that and when we went into the cab after the driver helped us to put the luggage in the trunk, the driver did not turn on meter and started to move off. We keep insisted on the meter to turn on. Finally the driver relented after we insisted on that for awhile. So do re-emphasize again and don't assume the security guy will inform the driver on that.
