the room was really nice, the shower was great. the pool was lovely and the rooftop bar was a great place to go for a cocktail when we checked out we left our bags with the consierge as our flight wasnt for another 4 hours. when we went to collect our bags we found them just sitting unattended outside the lifts on the ground floor where anybody could have had access to them. also when they were getting us a taxi to the airport we specifically asked for a taxi meter and they put us in one without a meter who wanted to charge us 400 baht for a 200 baht journey. the consierge told us that it was ok as the taxi driver was his friend! |

Very satisfy with the service of the staffs,curtesy,polite and willing to help and the room is spacious,comfortable to stay. The management need to improve the lift service and make sure more lifts so be operate for the guests to go to the lobby or ground floor. |

The tallest tower of Bangkok gives you a great view over the city. The revolving 84th floor is a great experience. Breakfast buffet on 82nd floor was excellent! Large choice of fresh food. Rooms are spacious. Hotel was too busy; not suitable for business stay. Many, many, many loudy russians. Elevators are always full. No user-friendly WiFi - too expensive. Bathroom is bit out-dated. Food at hotel restaurant is not so good - except for the Tom Yum Goong. |

i have stayed so many time in this hotel and also stayed in other bangkok hotels but now i never think of any other hotel because staff is very courteous and hotel served one of the best breakfast in the morning and its tallest in the bangkok |

My guest room is located near to the lift good view, great! Complimentary Birthday cake was served on my b'thday. Tour desk @lobby offer lousy cruise dinner, paying for 1,300.00Bth each for lousy sitting at upstair near the corner of bar tender,has to walk down stair to get the food and food was lousy worse then the rood side stall. Bad!!! |

Room was big and view from the window was exellent. Brekfast had a lot to offer from different tipe of food (only choice of cheese was poore: only two types, but cheese is not common in Thailand at all, it was not in any other hotel we visited). |

1) Room looks old, needs some refurbishing. 2) Horrible band at the bar. 3) A staff from the kitchen was seen picking up chinese buns from the floor and placing it on the buffet line. |
