Excellent staff, amazing location and city view from the hotel, awesome breakfast (variety in both Veg and Non-veg food), near to shopping area. Hotel itself is a tourist destination. |

Excellent facilities. Welcoming & Friendly Staff. Perfect location. The view from the Sky Zone is really good. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit. |

the really great vieuw and restaurants are fabulous. The welcome letter mentioned: fruit, flowers who where not available, also we are promised in the letter a table at the window, this was not possible due to a lot of customers. So the extra's for booking a room in the space zone are not all deliverd. |

Nice view. The staff are helpful & friendly. The room is big & spacious & the toilet too. The best is I can check out latest by 6pm with no extra charge as my flight was 9.15pm. Location is slightly inconvenience but still not that bad if u love to walk. |

Very central location Too busy, jam packed with so many Japanese tourists that you couldn't move. Very disorganised, the hotel staff just didn't seem able to cope with the amount of guests they had. Not enough room in the restaurants and bars for all the guests they had. The breakfast really only catered for the japanese and the rooftop bar was really dirty and shabby. The view from the revolving rooftop is good but you can get this for free without having to stay! |
