夜景很美，早餐在82樓吃，很豐盛，景觀好。飯店把我們的房間升等，很大，很舒適。這棟飯店就在水門市場附- 近，附近很熱鬧，購物很方便。飯店本身樓頂有旋轉觀景台，很有趣。服務人員90%都很好很親切。 游泳池小了點。 |

The staff is really kind and nice with the tourists but I must probably say the same everywhere in bangkok. The breakfast buffet is huge and with an excellent choice. The room I was staying in was a bit dark even if I was on the 59th floor. The phone line did not work. I tried several times to call local numbers but got a message in Thai. The hotel still charged me for that which I found really unfair. To get wireless internet access, you have to go down to the reception. |

Spacious room with strong and good aircon. In my past experience, aircon is always weak or not working well in various hotels especially when you are out on a full hot day and need so cool air when you return to room. Convenient and good location. For both shower area and bath tub, they should have the removable shower. Enhance security on the hotel room doors. |

Views, stylishness of the hotel interior including lobby, restaurants and rooms. The attentiveness of staff particularly on arrival. It could be a little too touristy for some because of its attraction being the tallest hotel. It was difficult to move around sometimes because of the amount of people and get to the restaurant for breakfast etc. |

Sky view from the room on 49-th floor and special lift to enjoy view of the city, clean and convenient room, good breakfast and restaurants in hotel, good level of service. Location is just near market but if you searching for shopping, you can do it just near hotel:) |

The things i liked most about the Baiyoke Sky Hotel was the friendly atmosphere created by the hotel staff and the buffet meals were superb with so much variety to choose and the hotels location in the heart of Bangkok's shopping markets and malls at the doorstep. |
