Altough a bit far from the city, if you don't mind renting a scooter or a bicycle, you can get the freedom to make your own tour route, that's what I did, cause unlike the rest of Thailand, the traffic was not so caotic. You can see all the temples easily and have a nice pool and room at the end of the day. The best is the hospitality, they make all the best for your stay! Miss you guys.

In Thailand, a resort is a hotel with a pool, and this pool is clean, although the surroundings don't remind you of a resort. It's a simple hotel, but clean and with nice people. The breakfast is bad thou, better get some things from a 7 eleven or get your meals outside the hotel.

Excellent staff, they helped us with everything we wanted. Place is a little far from city centre but tuktuk brings you there for only 50 bath extra (never pay more than 150 bath from anywhere in the city of Ayutthaya towards the hotel) Swimming pool is wonderful, breakfast is also very good! You can perfectly enjoy the mix of quietness around the swimming pool with a visit of Ayutthaya historical city centre.

We felt very welcome, very personal attention, great breakfast with lots of choices, nice swimming pool, quiet place.great wifi.

The room was not clean and has not been cleaned properly in our 4 day stay.toilet was dirty, doors very dirty, sheets were dirty and not changed in 4 days, they only swept the floor and made the bed and changed towels.tv with only one english channel, we tried to arrange transport to Don Mueang airport.they charged us 1000 bath, pretty expensive, but the took their own car, we decided to spend a bit more than the normal price, 800 bath, but then the car did not have aircon and no window could be openend for the whole one hour drive to the airport.

We didn't notice this famous "family atmosphere", staff barely spoke English and was not more friendly than at other places. The first room we got ("superior") was dirty (hairs everywhere, ants rushing towards our suitcase, sink and water taps that hadn't been cleaned for a long time, if you showered the water came back out of the ground, ...) After complaining we insisted on another room, which was barely better. Again hairs on the wall, toilet not clean, etc. The room was also extremely hot and fortunately the airconditioning made a lot of noise, so at least you knew it was on. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere (next to a swamp) and the manager charged us for each trip to town 100 baht. The swimming pool is murky, despite the enormous amount of bleach water they were throwing in to it. At (the poor) breakfast we met those nice ants again who previously were trying to crawl into our suitcases. A place to avoid.

Hospitality is superb! Host gives you very good information and shows you arourd Ayuttaya if you wish against very affordable prices. Guesthouse is clean and basic. Hope to come back one day. If youdesire no luxury, but appreciate special attention this is your place to be!

Room big and cleaner than almost any other hotel we've stayed at! Shortly after our arrival the power went off during a big thunderstorm, with no indication of when it would be restored - hotel staff very helpful with candles etc, and when it looked like power might not be back overnight volunteered to find us another hotel with power. Not only that but drove with us to show us the way to the new place. When we called in as we were leaving Ayutthya to thank them again, we offered to pay something for the cancelled room - this was refused. Highly recommended.

Little bit far out of the city centre but not a major problem. If windows had insect screens it would make things a bit more comfortable in the even that power is off. Neither of these is a major problem.

Enorme gastvrijheid van de eigenaresse (yui) + familie. Ze heeft ons uitgebreid ayutthaya laten zien. Hotel was schoon, eenvoudig, maar een geweldige ervaring. Een hotel om zeker naar terug te gaan!

+ Die Leute hier waren perfekt freundlich und hilfsbereit. + In Ayutthaya braucht man immer ein Bewegungsmittel (das zu entdeckende Gebiet ist zu großflächig.) +Motobike, Fahrrad und Fahrservice...vorhanden perfekt. + Preis Leistung ist sehr gut, der Pool gross und sauber.+ das Zimmer ist großzügig mit Balkon und digitaler Fersehqualität.. + Die Internetgeschwindigkeit ist ungewöhnlich schnell gewesen. + Wlan ist kostenlos. + Wir (meine Freundin und ich) haben uns hier super wohl und sicher gefühlt und sogar den Aufenthalt verlängert.

Отличные хозяева, учитывая очень поздний чек ин и ранний чек аут - все было на высоет - завтрак, бассейн, подарок ребенку от дочки хозяйки ... сын вспоминает постоянно ))

Posizione un po fuori città

Petit Hôtel sympa en retrait de la ville. Le personnel vous emmène pour 100 Baths en ville quand vous souhaitez donc pas de stress ! Après aller en ville a pied : impossible ! La piscine est sympa et c est tranquille .

Pour le prix rien a dire . La clim est bruyante mais comme partout !

Uiterst vriendelijke uitbaters. Zijn op elk moment bereid je naar het centrum te brengen of te komen halen. Ruime kamers en goede badkamer met betegelde douche met een muurtje rond. Veel ruimte buiten en veel tafeltjes en stoelen. Proper zwembad met kindergedeelte.

Volgens mij is er niet echt een restaurant. Je kan er eten krijgen, maar dat stelt niet veel voor. De eerste avond is de eigenaar voor mij ergens eten gaan halen, omdat diegene die kookt ziek was zegt hij. De stoelen en tafeltjes kunnen wat verf gebruiken.

Del Ban Sabaidee c'e' piaciuta l'atmosfera, molto amichevole, quasi casalinga. Le stanze sono carine anche se piuttosto essenziali e molto pulite. Lo consigliamo anche se un po' fuori mano, tanto anche la citta' come divertimenti non offre molto.

Lo staff molto simpatico e cordiale e sempre tutti molto disponibili. Stanze molto pulite, lo consiglierei veramente a tutti per la pulizia e la coedialità!!
