All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged THB 800.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The Curve Bar - All day dining is available at the pool-side. Surrounded by landscaped gardens with a beach at the front. Casual and relaxing, the menu includes an a la carte selection, exotic fruits and an array of juices, unique beverages and cocktails. Seats 30 people. Open daily from 07:00 to 20:00.
Room service is available from 07:00 to 22:30.
- Charge 50% of the total amount of your reservation to the credit card before check-in, or
- Charge 50% of the total amount of your reservation in cash, which has to be paid upon check-in
Guests who do not accept the above condition will not be allowed to check-in at the hotel.

the room were nice. a lot of things..... this is suppose to be a 4 star hotel, but when you get to the restaurant, they never had what they offer in the menu. the hotel is extremely far from any of the island attraction, the beaches or clubs. Also they offer airport transportation but doesnt offer transportation to the pier, wich is one of the main and cheapest ways to get to the island and its near the hotel than the airport. Other thing is that the hotel staff doesnt speak or understand English, so if you want to order anything is almost impposible to get. |

Great location in a lush tropical gardens with palm trees, frangipane bushes in blossom, large butterflies and quiet. Made for realxation in pristine swiming pool with view to islands and occasional dip in the shallow sea. We came in the end of October and there were a very few tourists there in our resort. As we were seeking relaxation and quiet, it suited us perfectly. We were surprised by the high cost of the transfer from the airport to the hotel that was at least the double of the price we would pay in Bangkok for a trip of similar length (cca 25 km one way). However, cost of transport is a typical Koh Samui feature and is not particular to the Banburee resort. |

Very nice pool, Deluxe villa was nice for the family to stay, spa/massage services, nice surroundings, great view to the sea, friendly staff It would be nice to have a small grocery store (7/11 or Family Mart) near the hotel, or the hotel could provide easy connections to the nearest store. More shuttles should be available to Lamai/Chaweng and back. |

I like the setting of this hotel the staff were very friendly and did their job well. Also I was taken ill and had to attend the hospital and the hotel were very good at getting transport to the hospital....also they were very child friendly.... I was not aware how far the hotel was from the main beaches and although a courtesy bus is laid on it still felt very restricting to have to be back at a certain time..... |

Staffs are very kind and helpful. They provided a Suttle bus to the beach 3 times a day. There is no particular beach by the hotel. Bit far from the centre. |

The resort is extremely well maintained and set away in a quiet spot in Koh Samui. The staff are quite friendly and unassuming and are usually very keen to help. Mostly, I didnt find a huge salesy touch to their quality of service and most of them were genuinely pleasant and willing to help The hotel's obviously away from the main beaches and I'm sure this is intentional. This said, its a bit lonely around the hotel at night and I daresay its scary to venture out after dark. We got a scooter, so that was easy but I wouldnt recommend walking out, because its an extremely lonely patch outside. I think its also problem with most of Thailand that most people dont speak English too well. |

Rigtig fint hotel og service. Men hotellet lïgger vildt dårligt i forhold til byliv og shopping. ligger alt for øde og strand var der ikke meget af. Hotellet virkede helt dødt og vi var også nærmest de eneste gæster. Dårlig morgenbuffet -ikke værd at betale penge for |

Heerlijke plek om na een aantal weken rondreizen nog een weekje te relaxen. Hoewel net iets buiten de toeristische stranden (Chaweng en Lamai) gelegen, met een scooter of auto heel goed bereikbaar. |

Aamiainen oli todella hyvä, henkilökunta ystävällisiä ja avuliaita. Rauhallinen/rentouttava paikka kokonaisuudessaan. Laskuveden aikana meri katosi kilometrin päähän ja palasi illalla eli hotellin rannasta ei päässyt ollenkaan meriveteen uimaan kuten oletimme buukatessamme hotellia. |

Ikke fornøyd. Alle kanoer var lekk, betalte for mye for rommene, internett funket ikke,dårlig og farlig strand med mye stein. Dårlig engelsk kunnskaper. Sur taxisjåfør og feil på prising av båttur. Flyttet ut etter 5 dager. Ja, de bør ta notis av hva vi mener er dårlig. For bare til svar "I`am sorry". Punktene nevnt over bør de gjøre noe med. |
