Wifi is terrible
Great pool clean tidy wifi a bit hit and miss,
The Wifi is a bit of a hassle, but the employes will find a solution!
The rooms were clean and beeing cleand everyday! Pool on the roof is just dandy! And the location even though it's a bit from the center, isn't a problem because the Metrostaion is 10 min by foot away and it takes only 3 Stations to Sukhumvit Station!
cold/hot water only supply at ground floor. Pillow too soft.
nice swimming pool, big room, 15 mins walk to BTS station, near to 7 eleven and family mart. Hotel has 24 hours open restaurant.
swimming pool on the roof cleaning every day amazing staff, they could speak several languages 10 minutes walking to MRT
With everything I was satisfied. Swimming pool on the roof of the hotel, cleanliness. I will return to this place.
Wifi quality should have specialist for service customer, should have breakfast set that will be prefect event paying I am accepting, pillow very very soft,
Value of money! The hotel able to walk to MRT, quiet room
Most of staff are not professional. They were chatting and failed to pay attention to the guests. Spotlight in my room was broken, I recognized it since first step into my room. I asked them to repair it in the day after. They said technician would come to repair before 5 pm, but no one came and the light was still broken until I checked out. They didn't even mention it again. On second day, I went out in the morning and back in the afternoon. I found out that my room wasn't cleaned yet. Housekeepers came to clean my room at 3 pm. It's weird!! When I called to restaurant downstair, a staff at restaurant was very rude. She's laughing on me when I tried to order something.
Good price Wifi is ok Some staff is ok Location is just ok for me that close to my corporate office, but if you are traveller; it's quite difficult to go to main tourist attraction withour car or taxi.
The staff was huh incompetent and unpleasent. No service minded att all !!!!!!
Staff were really pleasant and helpful when we needed something. The restaurant is 24 hours and has good food with indoor and outdoor seating. Really good facilities and the rooftop pool was great. We chose this place because we needed to be near the Mochit Bus Terminal so the location was perfect for us. We were only here one night but we had a great experience.
Well, the reception stuff should speak English better!
We totally liked the pool on the roof. Room was also ok, new, but some things in the bathroom were not finished.
Missed shower partition, hair dryer, electric kettle in room.
Location, cleanliness, cooperative staff.
Very little English spoken Had to rent a kettle was only given one cup apprantly that's all they had.
About 10 minute walk to train. Nice pool with sunbeds Clean room and spacious Good pace to spend few days if your going sightseeing in Bangkok. 24 hour restaurant which is cheap in reception also offers too service
The bed is rock hard
Clean excellent price
so far from the downtown near SIAM
reasonable price clean nearby bus stop and MRT station
roof top swimming pool. it is good for summer time
Nothing really bothers me. Only that you need deposit to get the hair dryers, but that's very reasonable.
The cleaning lady came and cleaned every day. The beds are comfortable. Walls are soundproof. We even got a balcony.
There is a restaurant where I tried the breakfast. it was so uninspiring that I sent it back and went somewhere else. The staff is young and lack experience and organisation but that could change.
i like locations a bit far out as long as they are accessible. quite an impersonal place but sometimes I like that. Great rooms.
Not to much to do in the area but underground bring you everywhere anyway!
Nice room and pool roof,500mt from underground station, near chaktuchak weekend market!
Sometimes i dont understand some reviews saying that the location is bad... Do they ever walk in their lives? 7eleven is 5 min. The MRT 10 minutes walking. What you get for the price is excellent! Even a very nice pool on the rooftop!
Room could be cleaner
Decent price. Quite a good location. Has private parking
We stayed in the hotel several separate times but it was more and more disappointing as they were revealing more and more rooms (partially because of moving us). I need to note that for short term stay most of the faults can be put up with for the most part. First of all king rooms are totally not worth it. They only have bigger beds, no extra comfort. Internet was sketchy and to connect you have to log in every single time with the code on little slips that you need to opt for at the reception time to time since they expire. We used up tons of those. The first king room we stayed in was #309 which was a quiet one at the end of the corridor. The room had a serious mosquito problem tho and we only realised it after a week (and confirmed after returning a month later) that mosquitos most likely hatch in the bathroom because no matter how hard we tried keeping them out we always had 8-10 flying around. Had little sleep most of the nights when basically we were waiting to be eaten. Other rooms didnt have this. After staying in 4 different rooms I can conclude that the rooms are very dark in general due to the odd dark design of the walls, the lack of illumination (one light was always broken out of the 3 light sources in any of the rooms we stayed in) and the small windows (rooms on the back side of the corridor) which is ok for a few nights but for longer it becomes very depressing. Most rooms are interconnected with thin double doors (plus sound travels on the balconies) so you can hear EVERYTHING (from conversations to bathroom actions) from next door and since we were not lucky with our neighbours we could hear a bunch of dudes poorly singing along hip hop in the middle of the night drunk, in an other room party girls were coming and going at night and early in the morning making sure everyone is awake on the entire floor....
Excellent location: Hotel is located out of the touristy jungle in a quieter area which we really liked. Sutthisan metro station is 10 min walk where there are plenty of food stalls across the main road on weekdays with delicious fresh food from fruit, fresh salad, fried food, cooked dishes, omlet options for breakfast, fish, seafood, springrolls, desserts, etc. For the less adventurous there are several caffes and healthy food bars near the market under the big office buildings (cross the main road). There is a McDonalds and a french caffee near the station. Also some new thai food restaurants opened close the hotel. The hotel also serves food 24 hours but the streetfood options are nicer. There is a 7 eleven down the road which sells excellent and cheap frappes. Hotel: rooftop pool is really nice to chill out after a hot day. 24 hour restaurant is convenient if you miss the foodstalls. Rooms are clean despite the dirty feel that the dark, stainy walls suggest. They kept out bag for a week when we popped over to Cambodia. Rooms are ok but for short term only. Staff were helpful but some of them had very poor english.
Room not clean as well for bed, toilet as well also. Every thing need to deposit and rent from the hotel counter like water boil kettle . Hotel Internet wifi is suck and the staff not friendly as well.
The hotel taxi counter service is good but too expensive .
bed ! Hard !
Price ,swimming pool
Position is not near the train station or express train so need walking 15 minutes. Receptionist is not fluent in english but can support basic communication.
Good price. Accomodation is acceptable. Near small market shop. Silent environment.
