Good location, easy to find Ok value for money Ok breakfast We just stayed there for one night, so it was not bad.

Bath tub is a little bit poor Thin walls, could hear from neighbours

It is near MRT Station less than 5mins walk. 7-11 store is just 2mins away. Near Night Market open from 7pm till 4am.

Clean comfortable room with tub.

No safe. No wifi. Paid wifi is expensive considering Bkk standard. A little far from subway.

It is good value.

Staff are having poker faces. I don't believe that I was in Thailand that people smile a lot.

The staff were very nice indeed. We got there at 6am and they let us check in early. It was very clean and comfortable.

The location is fine if you you want anywhere on the BTS or train but difficult/expensive to get to other places in Bangkok

Internet not free daily 200 baht hotel and the rooms are old. Not suitable for long-term stays. No restaurants close to the hotel. Rooms have bugs.

Nice location

I liked the room, cleanliness, bell boy stuff and fast taxi service.

Very poor English-speaking skills of stuff which resuts in complete inability to inquire about even simple issues. the swimming pool was closed.

airconditon in lobby was setup for very low temperature,, everytime when u come from outside u feel very bad, was too cold,,. in rooms at 14floor was dirty windows, only in first day someone clean up our room, we didnt get any water in rooms, in rainy time we have room full of water without any apologize, n u must pay for everythin in hotel, as internet ... atc.. internet for 24 hours is for 200 bath so thats 5 euro, ............... i think u dont need any more comments,,

stayed 3 nights and had to pay 3 times for the internet, most hotels have free access similar to Cha-Da.

Staff really welcoming but hospitality ended there. The rooms were pretty standard. The pool was pleasant although quite a few staircases up there so not great for young children or elderly people. The hotel was quite a distance from anything of interest, so if you have not got long in Bangkok or on a city break this is not an ideal choice as you will have to travel in taxi for quite a while. Having stayed in another Bangkok hotel previously I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they were there on a business trip.

The room are soo smal I upgrad the rooms to have a save box and slippers with bath rob. The internet soo expencive

I like the location and the friendly staff.

1. Services in general is friendly. 2. Coffee house staff are very friendly.

1. Aircon too cold. Temperature control do not work. 2. Should have a triple sharing room instead of just twin sharing in the internet booking website for those with family. This will reduce hassle when checking in. 3. Breakfast is OK except that the papaya provided taste funny as they tasted like they are plucked when unripe and then put into the store room till ripe and then served. 4. Staff don't quite understand english.

I was greeted on my arrival at midnight by Moo who was very helpful I ate at the Cha Da Restaurant a few times it was excellent, I had the Norwegian salmon with Yellow curry sauce TWICE Its very handy for the MRT Underground Railway, and short walk to Robinson Department store and food hall, I will definitely stay again, the only thing wrong was that there were no Tea/Coffee making facilities

No Tea/Coffee Making Facilities, the water in my room 1004 was not very hot

Location of the hotel was excellent for the reason for our visit. The staff in general were courteous and helpful. One staff member in particular named Apirak was extremely helpful and made all the difference to our stay with his always spot on information of what to do and how best to achieve best value for money. Apirak, thank you very much. For the tariff charged we think the hotel presented good value for money.

We stayed at the hotel twice over a two week period in two different rooms. The first room on the fifth floor, although always kept clean, was definitely very tired and in need of renovation. Mouldy, cracked tiles in the bathroom and peeling wallpaper in the bedroom very unattractive, and this was a superior room, not standard. The seventh floor room on the second stay was a very large room and much better standard but still little things presented. A broken toilet seat that needed replacing and traffic noise very noticable even at that level.

The location is good. Near the MRT station which u can take the subway and transfer to the airport express train service at makansan station. It just take about 40mins from the hotel to the airport using the train service. A great hotel for stopover as the hotel is locate near shopping malls. Getting around Bangkok city is easy too as there is a MRT which is just 2mins walk.

Although it is rate as a 4star hotel. I would say is more like a 3star hotel charge with a 4star price. I chose this hotel as is a 4star hotel with a resonable price and good location. However, the rooms and factilies are not really up to the 4star standard. Only the lobby and the spa and massage parlor are 4star standard. But you could find it at most hotels in bangkok. The wifi is expensive too.

Location is excellent and close to local life. Hotel is recently renovated and facilities are good with wide selection of TV channels. Robinsons and Carrefour is nearby and MRT is just meters away. Windows are double-paned and room is very quiet even when facing the main highways.

Could have made available small conveniences to customers like making available adaptors, slippers and irons.
