Location of the hotel was excellent for the reason for our visit. The staff in general were courteous and helpful. One staff member in particular named Apirak was extremely helpful and made all the difference to our stay with his always spot on information of what to do and how best to achieve best value for money. Apirak, thank you very much. For the tariff charged we think the hotel presented good value for money.

We stayed at the hotel twice over a two week period in two different rooms. The first room on the fifth floor, although always kept clean, was definitely very tired and in need of renovation. Mouldy, cracked tiles in the bathroom and peeling wallpaper in the bedroom very unattractive, and this was a superior room, not standard. The seventh floor room on the second stay was a very large room and much better standard but still little things presented. A broken toilet seat that needed replacing and traffic noise very noticable even at that level.

There is no plan of the hotel in the room - so could not easily understand where is the pool etc, however I had little tile so I did not search the room thoroughly

Hotel is near the MRT, within walking distance. The footpath is fairly clean although there are bums and holes which is not so safe for the elderly or senior citizen. The lift is wide enough to carry 10 person but is too slow need improvement.Hotel room is clean.

The water pressure is very low.The lift is too slow to respond.The buffet menu need to review.It can make it much more tasty to reflect the Thai food culture.Not all can access free internet which is now a day very important form of communication.

Very good staff quality always polite and helpful cost through booking .com more expensive then others, breakfast good close to metro but not much choice on the menu for room service, but room service excellent when I used it.

Good Location to travel by Metro or Taxi near by my business area, easy to get taxi or metro.Near by food and chopping.

The staff are very good and efficient for the value of hotel price, better than some hotels more expensive.

Нормальный отель, не фонтан. Цены на SPA и в ресторане сносные, еда хороша. Затрак расстроил, однотипный. Зато рядом есть морской ресторан. Оч вкусно!!!

Зато есть маленький бассеин на крыше с хорошим видом на город.

хорошее месторасположение отеля!до сухумвита минут 10 на такси и 70 бат по счетчику.через дорогу и чуть-чуть пройти будет Big c, где можно вкусно и недорого покушать,до торговых центров также минут 15- 20!безусловным плюсом является и бассейн, добраться до 14 этажа на лифте и этажа 2 пешком!бассейн работает до 20:00!отдыхали в начале января, в отеле было очень тихо!готовят курицу с кешью неплохо,но главное говорите not spicy,иначе, просите переделать))номер довольно просторный и чистый, никакой живности замечено ни нами,ни нашими друзьями(2 номера) замечено не было!английский персонал знает хорошо!

персонал не прочитал нашу записку к бронированию, где было четко указано: 1 номер double и 2 twin! я настоял на том, чтобы нам с девушкой все таки нашли номер с кроватью для пары! предупредил, что в бронировании это было указано, и буду жаловаться в booking.com. в итоге номер нашелся, да еще и поменяли в тот же день на другой, так как тот,который предоставили изначально был с полностью грязным стеклом, что через него даже свет не проходил!!номера, впринципе, соответстуют фотографиям, но никакой плазмы там нет, просто старый телевизор с плоским экраном!

Расположен в тихом районе недалеко от метро. Просторные номера со всеми удобсвами за умеренную плату.

Неплохой отель за свои деньги. Достаточно удобное расположения рядом с метро. Бассейн на крыше, с хорошим видом (14 этажей).

Отель на три звезды тянет с большим трудом. Номера немного потерты не блещут лоском и новизной. В столовой пробегал таракан. Соки на шведском столе невкусные, бекон пережарен. В остальном отличный выбор.

L’hôtel se trouve près du métro mrt, pratique pour allez shopping et moins d'embouteillages. Le quartier est animé et il y a le marché la nuit à proximité. L'hôtel est propre et agréable.

Il n'y a pas de porte pour la salle de bain. Ce n'est pas évident pour recevoir les amis surtout quand on voyage en groupe.

Good location. Clean and renovated room.

Bathroom is old. Just partly renovated.
