The Resort is absolutely stunning and stylish. Didnt expect it to be so good. its well spaced and the rooms are quite large. We got a room with a river view. it looked very beautiful in the night.... the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

In my previous visits to Bangkok, i had stayed in Inter Con (very central and close to Siam Sqaure)... so this time, it was a different experience (to take a ferry and the sky tube to get to the city centre). A good place for people who want to relax and dont care must about being in the middle of action....

Absolutely everything. It was very exotic but also luxurious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing staff, very helpful and polite. They went the extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Great comfortable bed, very nice decent gym facilities, loved the jacuzzi and happy hour on cocktails by the pool!

The food in the hotel outlets was great, but extremely pricy! For two sandwiches and one espresso and a juice we paid 1680tb, which is ridiculous price in Bkk.

The free ferry trip to Asiatique was fantastic, the check in and check out was easy and courteous. Brio restaurant was amazing. The rooms were comfortable.

The concierge was not very nice and let down our overall feeling of the customer service staff. The pool area is very crowded, great for families with small children, but not if you want a quite relaxing read by the pool. The costs for spa treatments are very high for Thailand .

Water Taxi was free, but apart from that Not very much

Overpriced food and drinks! our room was not very clean and had layers of dust everywhere. location was limited unless we used the water taxi to go somewhere

Wam welcome and very friendly and courteous staff. Enjoyed being on the other side of the river out of the rat-race. Great riverboat transfers every 30 minutes to the MRT station. Amazing breakfast buffet and beautiful surrounds - garden, pool and riverside. Well presented rooms with all facilities you need and pleasant timber decoration.

Inflexible. We paid for 3 nights accommodation and 3 breakfasts. we arrived early and were prepared to wait a few hours for our rooms, I suggested as we were going to check-out at 0500 on the last day (and wouldn't be able to take advantage of our third breakfast) that we could have it then while we waited for our rooms. (having just arrived in from Frankfurt) - the stern reply - No! Our room voucher stated "Garden or City View" - we had neither, a huge slab of bare concrete and nearby slums. A continual monotonous droning sound reverberated through our room early every morning making for a restless start. Service at the Longtail Bar (outside near the pool) was atrocious - both times. Having to ask to be served, ask for a second drink, ask for the bill (very expensive and got the drinks wrong twice) - and the bar was close to empty! Our family travelling with us were in the room next door, they booked a wake-up call but were told they couldn't have it as the room phone was broken! When our wake-up call came through the operator asked us to get up and knock on next door! The hotel was very full this weekend but for a five star resort we felt like second class guests. Comments to the hotel have remained, as yet unanswered - adding to our frustration of feeling undervalued - for this reason we do not recommend this hotel.

Went for buffet dinner was escorted to table then left for 15 mins before waiter came to take drinks orders, we also had to wait long time for bill, we then went to riverside bar were again we waited over 10 mins to order drink and further 20 for it to arrive was most disappointed in service and after having stayed before surprised that it was so poor, would have 2nd thoughts about going even though we love this place

Food and Restaurants are SO expensive with no justification. You can go outside the hotel to get the same food or better for half the price or less.

I loved everything about this hotel. Stayed 3 days before heading off on our travels and then stayed one night on way back before we had to get flight from bangkok to heathrow. If your budget allows treat yourself to bit of luxury.

Wifi should be free 24/7 and not just 30 mins complimentary like all the other 3 star hotels we stayed in during our travels in Thailand! For the cost of your stay here I'm sure they can do this!

From arrival to departure an overall excellent experience. Friendly staff, good facilities, free ferry crossing ideal, food was good, Riverside restaurant had amazing choice and not expensive compared to other hotel restaurants. Wonderful breakfast choice. Very well positioned hotel and a haven of calm and peace after a busy day sightseeing.Would definately recommend and would return.

Swimming pool. I was suspicious about to swim, the water was like a jelly mix of dirty and chlorine

The boat that took you across the river to tourist shopping & eating. Left every 30 minutes. Breakfast was lovely and a great selection.

The hotel was a bit tired

The theme close to the city is very good away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok
