Friendly and super helpful staff, convenient location, peaceful, comfy bed linen, good restaurant at the hotel (clear soup tom yum is highly recommended!)

It's not a 4-star hotel for me. Overpriced, moldy bathroom, old towels, no soap tray and bathroom curtain which was silly, need better maintenance. However, I had a pleasant stay.

The whole package. Great hotel, friendly staff, loved the live music in the restaurant. Great hotel.

The condition of Cha Am beach was disgraceful. Not the hotel's problem to fix, but they could influence those that are responsible.

they have extended the restaurant, the food quality & service before was not brilliant, now it is poor & slow!. another thing i was disappointed with this stay was that when we ordered cocktails delivered to our rooms, they arrived in plastic cups with lids & straws....if i was buying these from McDonald's i would expect this but NOT from a 3* hotel!.

Bann Pantai Resort is the best hotel in Cha Am beach, definitely! Very good location. We reserved Pantai Corner room, which was really worth the price we paid. Garden was beautiful, rooms were clean and staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast good. Peaceful place, great for mature people. The prices of the food served in the restaurant were quite reasonable and the variety of the menus was good.

Couple of things I have to say even though we really enjoyed our stay in Bann Pantai. The English of the people working at the reception desk (only one male receptionist speaks very well) and the restaurant was quite poor, making it difficult to get the most basic information. A waited drinks service around the pool would be good. WiFi is free but slow - you also need to get a new password everyday, which is not user friendly.

The gardens and pool are lovely. The menu is large and food tasty. The room was attractive.

The stairs were difficult for me to climb, no elevator. The size of the rooms are not as large as pictured. It was not stated that the beach was public and crowded. Next to a noisy street.

Beautiful resort, friendly staff and incredibly clean. It's a beautiful boutique resort. Great for mature people.

The laid back yet professional atmosphere was very conducive to the relaxing holiday I sought. Staff left you alone but were always vigilant to any needs you may have. Minor hiccups in the restaurant when main courses were brought befpre starters but that did not detract from the enjoyment of my surroundings. Made many friends during my week there

The accommodation is excellent. We had a poolside villa and these are superb, spacious and tastefully decorated. Location in Cha-Am is perfect.

The restaurant food is excellent but the management is poor. Staff are not trained, sloppy service, and breakfast was cold every morning. Error rate in serving us was 75% wrong over an 8 night stay. They need a new international manager not a local. Great potential spoiled!

Lovely pool, comfortable loungers. Large comfortable beds, big rooms.

Disco music blaring periodically from disco buses etc. It does stop around 10.30 and not every day.

We stayed at the Bann Pantai Resort for 2 weeks. The purpose was to get some sand and sea relaxation after traveling Thailand and Cambodia. And here I have to draw a thick red line between this excellent hotel and what the site and the beach of Cha Am really are: the hotel is simply great in all dimentions, and the beachside of Cha Am is purely "dacha" for local folks coming from Bangkok for weekends or holidays. For a clean beach and topaz shining sea go to the islands. But lots of great eateries, souvenir shops and massage salons are there, and again - the hotel is simply enjoyable.

We had so called "jacuzzi villa" - hey, was it too difficult to install a shower tube there? The level of English in 99 percent of the personnel is a trouble.

the branch of one of the psalm trees by pool falling very close to my girlfriend....need cutting!!!!

The hotel is like an oasis in Cha-am beach. Quiet, small and it just feels right. The room was very big with a nice balcony (loved the cushion on the balcony), with a nice bed. Pool was great, the small garden gives a nice touch and the restaurant facing the beach (only with the road separating from the beach) was nice with good breakfast. Staff were always very kind and welcoming.

I would like to have natural fruits juice (instead artificial one) in the breakfast since in Thailand fruits are just everywhere.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly, welcoming with prompt assistance when required. The restaurant serves very good food at very reasonable prices. The pool is ample and well maintained. The resort is boutique in size and very quiet .. just what our family wanted. Overall, a very pleasant stay

It rained a little when we were there and the some of the boardwalk areas got a little slippery. Our toddler slipped over a couple of times on where sections of the boardwalk sloped downwards. The problem can be addressed by using steps to handle any inclines or declines rather than gradual slopes. Also, the villas need a shower curtain.

1st: Deluxe room is not only a word, expectation and reality did nt match 2nd when you receive the confirmation of the booking and when the picture illustrating this confirmation is a picture of the inside of a villa!!!! obvioulsy u are deceived 3rd: so many rules to b in a room, n funny thing that it s the first time am seeig it in fourty years of traveling worldwide: a list of stains n cost by item n kind of stain: blood, urine, vomit, may twenty items n 10 kinds of stains!!!very weird n unpleasant

It was very good for camuting & close to all aminitties. It also has everything I needed whilst living their.

The price as I was over charged! They were visibly advertising 1700 bahtfor a pn stay but I was charged close to 2500 baht pn.

This resort was very clean and the staff very friendly.The food at the restaurant was of a good standard each time we ate there and i would recommend it to friends.

We did not swim in the beach on Cha Am as it did not look very inviting, but the large hotel pool was wonderful and it was nice to have a view of the sea from the pool.

Lovely swimming pool- great for children! I also liked the location opposite the beach (only had to cross a road to get to the beach). I enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

The staff are so helpful. The room and bathroom are great and nice. The pool view are beautiful.

The room service food taste bad. And because of that i tend to eat out more often. They should do something about it. The breakfast food variety is so litte compare to all the hotel and resort i have been. The Wifi network is so slow. And i end up using my 3G. They should place a good, high speed router at each individual villa at the corridor. Because on my period in Cha-am and Pranburi, i also stayed at 3 star hotel (Chin Minitel 2). . And i was very impress with their Wifi network. Because of their placement of their router. The hotel is small but there is 4 router at each level.
