Banpu Koh Chang Resort    

Our room did not have a window. We had to leave the hotel one day earlier but even we told this at arrival we had to pay it. At arrival they told us no problem. After we had to pay it they told us: Ask booking.com. So will you refund this one day?

Only location and clean beach.

Very poor English speaking staffs and unfriendly , Rooms are dark, very old television and they used old bedshirt. Bed are smaller for tall person.

Lovely clean and spacious rooms. We booked a beach front bungalow for our honeymoon however whilst we got a bit of a sea view it wasn't what we expected.

No beach until early evening as the tide is constantly in. There are too many trees to catch any sun so you lay in the shade most of the day. Also there was never enough sunbeds. Breakfast is pretty poor, very little choice. We just had on toast and tea every morning. If booking beach front be prepared to be quite away from the beach!

Liked close to the beach and sea. Short distance to shopping street and dining options. Nice people in the hotel resturang.

We had booked the Deluxe Bungalow near the beach 2 months before arrival, but fine weather and high demand for rooms on our arrival day, so chose the hotel to give bungalow to someone else before our arrival at 16:00. We were offered a cheaper room with very limited ocean view. Very weak and unreliable. Breakfast was not good for my Thai girlfriend, but usable for me. Hinges for cabinet doors were corroded, and the doors fell off. Decay of wood and some ants in the room.

Best hotel on this island. Best location. 20 meters to the sea with sandle beach. Friendly stuff.

Reasonably sized room with a balcony facing the sea. Nice and clean. Beautiful greenery gives a lazy and peaceful tropical feeling. Beachfront restaurant of the hotel is very homely although we only had one lunch at the restaurant. We had our rest of the lunch and dinner at the Nong Bua Seafood restaurant which is much better than the hotel restaurant in terms of taste, variety and cost. The restaurant is just in front of the Bang Pu Resort on the opposite side of the road. The location of the Hotel is good - right in front of the sea beach with a nice view. The location of the hotel is also near to the shops and restaurants.

On the second day, water was leaking from the Air Cooler. Although after reporting the same, the service personnel did not do much to remedy the situation. Since we were there for only two days, we did not bother to make it an issue with the hotel management.

The location was amazing, and I'm sure when it was 1st built the rooms and bungalows were amazing too

Very expensive for what it is my room had broken tiles on the bathroom and cobwebs over the bed, it was also very difficult to get the mosquito nets down on one of the beds. The aircon was awful as was the water pressure on the shower....too dear

Great location

We booked 4 nights in standalone seaview bungalow back in January. On arrival we were informed that the people occupying our assigned room had decided to stay an extra night. Instead of moving those people to another room and explaining that the room had been booked we were the ones that had to settle for another room in the hotel section and then move into the bungalow once they had left. This room was given at a reduced rate which was pleasing. In these situations I believe that customers with booked rooms should overule unbooked customers. Maybe improvements could be made in the policies for these situations. As the island stay was the highlight of our holiday we were a little dissapointed that we had to move around but the whole incident was handled very well and we had a lovely time. No fault of Booking.com

Bäst var när vi hittade ett annat boende och kom därifrån.

Smutsiga poolen,mörkt rum för 7 personer med en balkong med en stol. Mörka korridorer. Dålig stämning vid poolen. Vi var borta en natt och då hade personalen gett vårt rum till andra ytan att vi fick någon ersättning.

Die Lage und Ausstattung war für den Preis in Ordnung. White Sand Beach ist ein bisschen wie Ballermann. Dafür war es im BanPu recht ruhig. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn man sie nett gefragt hat, von alleine machte keiner mehr, als nötig. Frühstück war ausreichend und in Ordnung. Strand war sehr schön, es gibt steinige Abschnitte, aber bei BanPu ist es Sand. Man muss nicht die teuren Bungalows nehmen. Kein Zimmer im Haupthaus zeigt zur Strasse. Es war nicht laut. Im Bungalow sitzt man total auf dem Präsentierteller. Die sind mitten in der Anlage neben dem Pool. Im Zimmer hält man sich ja sowieso kaum auf.

De kamers zijn er donker. Verlichting kan beter. Douche hield ook niet over.

Fint hotell på stranden, bra frukost. Nära till bra restauranger.

Har inget negativt att säga.

Die einmalige Lage

Die unfreundlichen und desinteressierten transsexuellen Tunten und Schwuchteln an der Rezeption und die Qualität der Zimmer, deren Preis absolut überhöht ist. Für den Zimmerpreis im Banpu kann man in Bangkok eine DeLuxe Suite in Bangkok bekommen.

banpu ist die schönste anlage, die wir am whitesandbeach gesehen haben

Garnichts, unsere Zimmer waren bei Anreise bereits doppelt vergeben.

Einfach uebel, man wurde spaet abends einfach stehen gelassen ohne uns eine Uebernachtungsalternative anzubieten. Erst nach langem in und Her gab es dann ein Ersatzzimmer in einem Schwesterhotel, etwa 500m entfernt. Am naechsen morgen kam der Managerin und bot uns als Entschaedigung die nutzung des Hotelpools, der Liegen, sowie ein gratis Sylvesterdinner an. Die Nutzung der Liegen war nicht moeglich, da sie bereits fuer die anwesenden Gaeste zu wenig waren, auf die Poolnutzung verzichteten wir freiwillig wegen der offensichtlichen Verschmutzung. Das anschliessende Sylvesterdinner war fast ungeniessbar. Allerdings erfuhren bei dieser Gelegenheit, dass unsere Doppeltbuchung kein Einzeilfall war sondern mindestens noch 3 andren Zimmer betroffen waren.

Sijainti oli todella hyvä. Lähellä paljon palveluita, ranta aivan vieressä. Aamiainen hyvä ja maisemat upeat. Uima-allas myös ok.

Respan henkilökunta olisi voinut olla vähän ystävällisempää. Tällä hinnalla wifi olisi voinut olla kyllä ilmainen.

direkter Strandzugang, immer freie Strandliegen (Ende November). Direkt in Zentrum vom Ort White Sand Beach, viele Restaurants und Bars. Essen und Getränke im Hotel eaten sehr gut und relativ günstig. Super Riesenshakes

nur Bungalows sind zu empfehlen, da Hauthaus mit Superior Zimmer direkt an sehr lauter Hauptstrasse liegt (viele laute Mopeds lassen vernünftigen Schlaf zwischen 2:00 und 6:00 zu. konnte nur mit Oropax schlafen

хороший недорогой ресторан отеля порадовал, много лежаков у бассйна, очень красивый вид на море и закат. месторасположение отличное в центре самого популярного пляжа, НО один большой минус отеля ужасные, тёмные номера, похожие на пещеру, очень душные и в душе жудко воняет мочёй и сыростью... в номере было находиться очень неприятно
