Ich musste Ihnen Baht 11600 pro Nacht bezahlen fuer ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Directaccess zum pool. Ein direkter Zugang war leider fuer diese Kategorie nicht zu haben. Ein entsprechendes Zimmer ist an der Hotelreception fuer Baht 8000 angeschrieben. Ich habe Verstaendnis, dass Sie fuer Ihre Vermittlung eine Provision haben muessen. Doch sprengt nach meinen Dafuerhalten vier mal Baht 3600 den Rahmen

Location is really nice. Beach is just across the street. A big shopping mall is just 8minutes of walk. The hotel has three pools and they are good.

Hotel staffs were not well trained. They did not refill bath amenities and they did not do so even after we asked them and told them we just came back from the beach and needed to take shower immediately. They did not chenge sheets even it was dirty. On our first day, previous guests' used items were stuck to a towel in our room. They did not answer the phone when we made a call from our room to reception at night. They might be spoiled a bit by the location of the hotel. We found a lot of small insects close to our basin, but it might be common in Thai. This was our first visit to Thai and we did not know Thai standard.

just relax and swim in the pool and stay at the beach

Smell in lifts and DVD player needed in room.

Excellent location and well appointed rooms for the price. The rooms, grounds and public areas were tasteful and clean. The layout was simple and convenient. Great pools. Beach, restaurants, taxi's, ATM's and all other conveniences were within walking distance.

TV's are quite small and fixed high on the wall so using the internet service provided through it was not really an option. Even the existing menus were difficult to read at times. Light sleepers beware, walls were quite thin and I could always hear what was going on in the outter halls and adjoining rooms.

Great pool facilities, comfortable bed. We liked the fact there was a lift that takes you up to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors so you dont have to walk up the stairs with all your shopping! Good location, only mins walk to the beach.

Bathroom was a little old and a bit smelly. Room service menus were in one of the bedside tables which we did not find until we were leaving so we did not think they had room service. Only a couple of channels on the TV that were in english and was nothing that interested us, it hardly ever shows any movies. You can hire movies through the TV for $10 AUD. I suggest hiring a DVD player for the same price instead so if you fall asleep during the movie, you can watch it another time without having to pay another $10 for the same movie like we did!

it is the centre to all that goes on in phuket, staff where really good when i had food poisoning.

the rooms nead upgrading, they look a little outdated. that makes the price a bit inflated.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms and surroundings are well designed. Nice ambiance.

Air-conditioning a bit noisy. Mosquitoes in pool-access room (if sliding door is kept open). Internet connection is terrible.

Location of the resort was excellent, as well as security in the territory. We enjoyed all three great pools and the delicious breakfast.

To get an internet conection was a disaster! And the noise - both from the air conditioning and from our neighbour rooms.

the hospitality, place and the room, it is an excellent hotel to stay. The next time i go to phuket i would prefer to stay at the same hotel

there was discoordination among hotel workers, some of them may be very rude towards customers, while the others were really friendly

Location in Patong was excellent.
