The location is great and the staff very helpfull. The facilities is also worldclass. The gymnasium opened only at 10:00 am so it is not possible to put in a good exercise session before having breakfast, which renders the facility rather useless for someone who wants to start their day with a little exercise. |

Location fantastic, pool fantastic, rooms comfortable, staff and services great. Happy with my stay, would highly recommend. Smell in lifts and DVD player needed in room. |

Excellent location and well appointed rooms for the price. The rooms, grounds and public areas were tasteful and clean. The layout was simple and convenient. Great pools. Beach, restaurants, taxi's, ATM's and all other conveniences were within walking distance. TV's are quite small and fixed high on the wall so using the internet service provided through it was not really an option. Even the existing menus were difficult to read at times. Light sleepers beware, walls were quite thin and I could always hear what was going on in the outter halls and adjoining rooms. |

Great pool facilities, comfortable bed. We liked the fact there was a lift that takes you up to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors so you dont have to walk up the stairs with all your shopping! Good location, only mins walk to the beach. Bathroom was a little old and a bit smelly. Room service menus were in one of the bedside tables which we did not find until we were leaving so we did not think they had room service. Only a couple of channels on the TV that were in english and was nothing that interested us, it hardly ever shows any movies. You can hire movies through the TV for $10 AUD. I suggest hiring a DVD player for the same price instead so if you fall asleep during the movie, you can watch it another time without having to pay another $10 for the same movie like we did! |

it is the centre to all that goes on in phuket, staff where really good when i had food poisoning. the rooms nead upgrading, they look a little outdated. that makes the price a bit inflated. |

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms and surroundings are well designed. Nice ambiance. Air-conditioning a bit noisy. Mosquitoes in pool-access room (if sliding door is kept open). Internet connection is terrible. |

The ambience of the hotel is wonderful. Romantic. Nice swimming pools too. The hotel has a tropical look and feel with lots of greeneries around. I think all rooms have balconies so it's relaxing. The location is great. There were just two things I do not like about our room: one is that the door doesn't close easily that you need to bang a bit to close it, and the other is that the glass panel dividing shower/bath tub from the toilet was only halfway towards the end of the bath so the water from the shower spills over the floor of the toilet. But those are just minor things and higly tolerable. |

Location of the resort was excellent, as well as security in the territory. We enjoyed all three great pools and the delicious breakfast. To get an internet conection was a disaster! And the noise - both from the air conditioning and from our neighbour rooms. |

Good location directly across from beach, and fabulous pools just steps from back door of room. Nice room over all. Breakfast was OK at best. Lots of mosquitos in rooms. Had to buy spray to kill them all. |

the hospitality, place and the room, it is an excellent hotel to stay. The next time i go to phuket i would prefer to stay at the same hotel there was discoordination among hotel workers, some of them may be very rude towards customers, while the others were really friendly |

I liked the cleanliness of the room and surrounds. The staff were also very helpful, but sometimes their lack of English was a little frustrating I thought the bed in the room was one of the hardest I had ever slept on and could have been a touch softer |

Extrêmememt bien situé à Patong beach. Acceuil parfait. Chambres un peu en dessous du standing de l'hôtel lors de l'acceuil. De plus, l'hôtel est tellement surveillé qu'on a parfois un peu l'impression d'être dans un camps militaire. |

J'ai bien aimé les piscines, la salle de gym et le spa. J'ai pas aimé: 1- la chambre un peu bruyante, j'entendais les voisins, il y avait une porte commune dans la chambre. 2- le personnel pas très qualifié ou du moins parle pas très bien l'anglais d'ou des problèmes de communication (j'ai eu un problème avec mon téléphone difficile à résoudre). 3- la personne qui propose des activités ne semble pas très motivée |

zentrale Lage und doch ruhig Ich musste Ihnen Baht 11600 pro Nacht bezahlen fuer ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Directaccess zum pool. Ein direkter Zugang war leider fuer diese Kategorie nicht zu haben. Ein entsprechendes Zimmer ist an der Hotelreception fuer Baht 8000 angeschrieben. Ich habe Verstaendnis, dass Sie fuer Ihre Vermittlung eine Provision haben muessen. Doch sprengt nach meinen Dafuerhalten vier mal Baht 3600 den Rahmen |
