Eén ouder kind of volwassene betaalt THB 1200,00 per persoon per nacht extra bed inbegrepen.

Perfecte lokatie voor mensen die midden in het "gebeuren" willen zitten. Voor mensen die graag mogen uitgaan is dit "the place to be". Verder geeft de kamer met "pool access" een extra luxe gevoel. Zeker de moeite waard. Het hotel heeft aan de boulevard, bij de inrit van het hotel terrein, 2 buitenbars. Dit zijn de enige bars die bovenop de, in verhouding, al hogere prijzen 7% tax en 10% servicekosten berekenen. Vonden wij wel een minpuntje want je blijft niet "hangen". In verhouding is dit toch best een prijzig hotel. |

Brilliant room, great all around vibe in the place, very relaxed, nice design elements, great Spa, great pool Very massive (1500+ rooms) - but you dont notice , only in room-walk distance |

Great convenient location; received an upgrade on check in. Had intended to go to another hotel but extended the stay at the Banthai because we were very happy with the hotel. Yes, did not like the way they need to "check" your room before you check out. |

Everything!!! I love the hotel. Nice and peaceful hotel. Nice view of the pool. Very very inconvenient. Just need t ostep out of the hotel, you can get everything. Shopping, food, minimart Macdonalds, beach, etc... Nothing... Excellent Hotel. |

The distance to walk to rooms and breakfast and reception is only for the very able body persons,i found it very difficult,being elderly with bad arthritic ankles. I only stayed one night for this reason and failing to supply adjoining rooms . also small single beds were not on the web. still waiting on the refund via amex |

Just a few steps from the beach and the main commerce. Three nice pools and I just have to open the door of my room to get to one of them. |

The resort staff are very helpful and friendly. Design of the resort is beautiful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Swimming pools are lovely. Location is near to the beach and Bangla road. |

Nice hotel, but you have to enjoy Patong to stay here, that's not really my favorite place, so if you need an hotel in Patong that's good, otherwise I would recommend to not stay in this area Not really all was fine |

Hotel had contemporary decor, rooms comfortable, clean with good mod cons, good central location to shops, bars restaurants and the beach... Communication with booking.com poor, we ordered a double bed had this confirmed online. On arrival we had a twin bed to stay in for one night and then had to change the following night (only a 3 night stay). Breakfast should be included for the price paid. Staff quite slow to respond at the reception desk, had to repeat things to different people to get things done. Had dinner at the Port, staff not very attentive, not asking if you need another drink, dessert menu etc... Staff were enjoying working as chatting with each other, in the process we paid for our bill and left and an incompetent waiter who we had asked the bill for 20 mins before thought we hadn't paid (not paying attention) and chased us down the streeet with security! |

Please write at least 15 words Convenient location for beach and shopping, good breakfast at spacious buffet room. Plenty of space in common areas. Quiet, away from the road To get to room 1448 from reception, had to cross several ponds; easy to trip over - especially at night. |

Location is good, just 5 min walk to the Bangra Road and 1 min to Pathon Beach. As the hotel is off the busy beach road, inside the hotel was unexpectingly quiet. Room was clean and confortable enough. The pool outside with "pool bar" was great. In overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Nothing particular. Some people may think that this hotel is too quiet. But I appreciated it. |

Don't go to this hotel. Don't have air condicion. These hotel is not 4 stars. The service is terrible. The air condition didn't work and they didn't resolve the problem in the hole night. At 6 am we changed the room and the air condicion again didn't work. The front desk didnt unswer the telefone and turned off. After bege we change the room, in the order day, but it ruined our vocation. The hotel dont have umbrela at the beach. |
