- mooie en ruime kamers - welkomstgeschenk bij het inchecken --> vers fruit - amusement bij de bar in het zwembad - onze kamer was gelegen op het gelijkvloers en op 1 meter van het zwembad - rustige ligging ondank de drukke buurt - modern hotel

room was stylish and nice and acces to pool from the room is nice.

even hotel is very nice I haveto say that its quite noisy.you can here everything to your room from poolside and if you have roomdoor from lobbyarea also all noise comes to room from there.bartender at the pool was playing all the time discomusic and for this hotel music should be more like Balistyle calm music.If you want to sleep well and like more calm atmosphere avoid this hotel.

The location is fantastic, right across the street from the beach and loads of shopping and activity, even in the middle of all the best fun the hotel is still quiet and restful...the best of both.

Kids had a great time in the swim up bar pools. The staff were extremely friendly to them

We asked for a late checkout when we checked in, due to the fact we werent getting picked up till 4pm, we had 2 rooms and said we would move everything in to the one room for the late checkout, when I paid the bill the night before we departed , Iwas told " sorry, no late checkout" even though we booked in advance we should have been notified by either the hotel or the booking agent that renovations were taking place. At the time of booking there was no mention of any renovations

Room size and comfort of the room.

Slow Check-in process as compared to other hotels that we have stayed. Swimming pools closed at 6pm. Prices of SPA treatment is not available in the room facilities and services manual.

The location of this resort is fantastic if you want to be right in the middle of it all but still set back enough to be private. Excellent restaurants & bars, staff were all very helpful & friendly. Would definately stay there again!

The reception staff's english was quite poor, compared to the other staff, and bathrooms in rooms could have been better for the price.

Very ear to the beach but very far to the main shopping center

The furniture is too too old & the bathroom is also !!

The room we stayed in was simple, functional and comfortable. Loved the 3 pools all with swim up bars. Really good hotel facilities and lovely, helpful staff. Resort is in a good position, far enough away from the road to be peaceful but also close to everything Patong has to offer. You can walk to Jungceylon Mall and there are many good places to shop and eat nearby. Also hotel is opposite the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will return to the Banthai :)

Wifi was a bit expensive

locatipn is great ... close to beach & phucket famous bangla street.

Staff was not very friendlly

Location & design

The hotel spa facility is very good ,the gym needs to have additional walkers ,and the way the facility is located to the restaurant and close to-outside facilities were it is posable to charge the account to you hotel bill is excellent ,the area is clean.,and pool great ,however there needs to be some urgent attention given to the beach ,it's the first time I have not swam in the see ever and have visited many times over some 15 years ,the water and surounds are not up to a standard I expect ,and the traffic that travels the road at the front needs to have restrictions far to fast for me ,traffic at say 15 kilometers is about rite ,maybe you can suggest to the tourist body ,other than that ,you have a great facility ,regards Dave

Five star for money value and clean

The staff were extremely friendly,i have never seen it in any other hotel. Location is just near by everything.i felt it was just perfect for myself and family with baby 2 years old.do not hesitate to book in this hotel
