Banyan Tree Phuket    

The staff were very friendly and professionals. The breakfast buffet was really good. The transportation within the resort and the laguna area is free whether by shuttle, buggy or bicycle. The landscape of the resort and the surrounding area is wonderful. The In-villa dining was good. The Spa is one of my best experience.

A lot of insects. They could have cleaned the room better. Some of the service like the dinner at the lake was overpriced about 17000 thb.

I am very surprise that we need to pay additional for 2more children to stay in the Villa. We as the customer did not complaint if the place is overcrowded anot. In order not to make thing difficult for the friendly staff we just pay accordingly. But this case really spolit our holiday mood.

The service the room and the welcoming the atmosphere

The general atmosphere and the staff were excellent.

At the prices being paid I would have expected certain things to be complimentary such as the golf. There is a considerable gulf between the prices charged at the Banyan Tree and other resorts, and I felt that for the premium a few additioanl things such as complimentary golf should be provided, and a 10% handling fee for a credit card was outrageous.

The hotel is not for a family with young children!

Comfortable villas, very good service, good food - you have really big selection for breakfast which satisfies all tastes, nice and not expensive cafes on the beach, well organized excursions. Wonderful beach.

Very well designed spacious development in a great location. Staff were, in the main, very friendly and were available in depth.

Our deluxe villa could have done with some updating. For example, lighting in the sitting area was poor, the simple CD player needs replacing with an iPod docking station and the range of TV channels was limited for a hotel of this standard. Detailed points but important. Overall our room was very comfortable and well presented.

It is very nice villa,really.. if you want to stay for honeymoon.The best part of the day is morning-when you open the window and step to the privat pool water.You drive your bicycle through hotel (don't forget to say" hello" to the elephant) and have amazing breakfast. The beach is very clean with towel service and nice thai restaurant(we tried the one on your right without any name).Great yoga teacher- try to book if you are interesting in it.You can easily reach all the other hotels in Laguna with free regular buses.

No vew-no ocean neither garden-all your stay you will watch your pool with a wall all-around!no light in your garden-so its impossible to enjoy reeding outside in the evening. And you can't open the windows because of the mosquito! In Laguna Bangtao you don't feel that it is exotic Thailand- it probably can be Turkey.Everything is closed at 11p.m-at all the Laguna Hotels!!!you can't even order a drink!!! I was very disappointed about SPA - a lot entourage ,but not real thai massage.It was very difficult to communicate with the staff at SPA. Massage on the beach for 10 times less price was even better.The prices for all activities are doubled in comparison with others offers but the same quality. Be ready for deposit - 1000euro- they just take your credit card and in one second without any asking and any pin-accept they debt it!!! We leave Banyan for 2 nights for Phi-Phi it was unbelievable journey .I would say- stay in Banyan for 2-3 nights to enjoy your villa and go further to discover this beautiful country

Hidden steps in toilet entrance with no lights above them you can trip over easy and do damage to your ankle after going though main entrance door to toilets.

I like the privacy of Pool Villas

I did not like that it was a little bit far away from Patong city.

A warm, nice place, with well trained hotel staff. Private pool is really good for the clients, because that most of time Bangtao beach is not available for swim.

Still have Seth to be improved, such as when u are taking breakfast, you will find some name board with dishes name were placed in a mass, can't match with the dishes, but nobody is taking care it.

Facility is a bit old. Lots of mosquitos. Having a jacuzzi in the courtyard but covered with a filthy cap. Service was ok. Poor privacy as someone was having a wedding party nearby late at night. Spa was great but way too pricy!

The unique asian atmosphere and ecology orientated philosophy of the brand. Well trained and always smiling staff, willing to satisfy every need.

The Banyan Tree Phuket lived up to my expectations of a luxurious resort in beautiful surroundings. The staff were very courteous and good at anticipating guests needs which left us feeling pampered and genuinely welcome at the resort. The Laguna tour desk was conveniently located in the hotel reception area and the staff assisted us in arranging both regular excursions and more personalised scuba diving trips, all of which were to a very high standard. In addition, the staff went out of their way to make my birthday celebration special at the hotel by arranging a special cake for me, delivered to my villa complete with candles. This was a nice touch and again made us feel genuinely welcome.

The only slightly negative aspect to the Banyan Tree was the lack of variety in dining venues. A lot of the restaurants appeared to be closed at the resort which meant that you had to use other hotels in the Laguna complex for dining. Bills could still be signed to your Banyan Tree account from other hotels but it was a little tiresome to have to go looking for other nice restaurants.

酒店的环境与自然融为一体，早餐有小象在楼下停留并与游客互动，餐厅就餐时也不乏小鸟在其中漫步，相当有趣- ，带泳池的别墅适合有孩子的家庭嬉戏

卫生一般，设施较陈旧，打扫卫生时经常忘记补充用品，另外，入住期间被响一声就挂的电话骚扰了三次，浴室水- 温不稳定，忽高忽低

Wir hatten eine Villa mit Privatpool, welche absolut zu empfehlen ist, ein Traum und der Pool ist rund 35m2 gross! Das Personal ist hochprofessionell und sehr freundlich, das Essen und Spa suchen Ihresgleichen!

It was really nice and relaxing staying in Banyan Tree Phuket. Absolutely the 1st choice staying in Phuket.

The shower is not well banlanced between hot and cold water.
