The view is magnificent. Rooms beautifully furnished will all modern amenities. Stepping out into our own pool with a private deck. Wonderfully private. Fantastic, freindly and helpful staff.

I have been in many five star hotels around the Globe but none equal to Banyan tree Samui.The service is unique, efficient and simply outstanding. The food is excellent, the view at the villa is superb and the entire facility location is very special.

Прекрасный 5-ти звездочный отель, который, как это крайне редко бывает в Тайланде, соответствует своей категории. Очень чистый, уютный, зеленый, предполагает прекрасный уединенный отдых вдали от шума и суеты. Ухоженная территория, абсолютная конфиденциальность и безопасность на территории отеля. Вышколенный, вежливый, расторопный и услужливый персонал, разговаривающий на английском. Любые просьбы и поручения выполнялись молниеносно, в любое время. Отличные рестораны насколько это вообще возможно в Тайланде. Разнообразное и вкусное питание без сильных азиатских перекосов в сторону сладкого и острого:) Прекрасный профессиональный СПА. Очень рекомендую полный пакет РэйнФорест, это необходимо попробовать.В общем отель очень понравился и оставил массу положительных воспоминаний. Хороший частный пляж, но очень каменистое дно, которое делает его малопригодным для купания. Несколько завышенные цены на все услуги и еду. Один русскоязычный канал ТВ (грустно).

任何方面都很喜欢，价格确实有点高，但是非常值得，作为我们蜜月所住最后一家酒店，给了我们非常美好的回忆- 。接待我们的JIN是个可爱的厦门人，非常Nice.

ホテルに空港まで車での迎えを依頼、日本人女性が迎えてくれてチェックイン、部屋までの案内をしてくれた。- レストランのイタリアンを利用したが、時間帯が１９時で込み合ってなかったが、出てくるのが時間要した。２- 日目から部屋でルームサービスを利用。テレビ見て、外のデッキでも食事が出来るのでルームサービスはお勧め- 。ＳＰＡのメンズを利用、施設もスタッフも満足出来た。贅沢な休暇を過ごすには文句無いホテル。 テレビはＮＨＫ放送受信出来るが、英語のみ、バンコクでは日本語放送もあるので、対応して欲しい。 ipodのジャックは有ったが、使用方法が解らなかった。設備等の日本語表記が欲しい。 ルームサービスのメニューにナンバー記入しオーダーし易くして欲しい。 部屋にハングル文字のアンケート用紙があったが、日本語分は無かった。

Modern, well-designed villas. All staff, ranging from reception to pool tenders are all helpful and fabulous in making guests feel welcome. Interior of rooms are the same but views vary depending on the location of the Oceanview villas - some are much better than others.
