Baumanburi Hotel

We liked the pool area, especially as we had a poolside room

It was very noisy due to the construction next door and also breakfast could have a bit more variety in western food.

Convenience to local shopping.

The hotel lacked class and desk staff displayed an unwillingness to get involved with complaints.

Good location, swimming pool, simple gym

For 8 days I didn't see any type of cheese in their breakfast buffet, tawels are overly used and torn.noise from near by construction and in one day early morning strong noise from the hotel (drilling in the roof or some room in the same floor that continoud for more than 2 hrs.

friendly, polite and helpfull staff; big and clean room (deluxe and grand deluxe); good aircondition;good mattress (not too soft);good water pressure;easy walk to shopping, beach and entertainements district;nice pool area (especially for kids, coz water is only 1.40 m deep); the deluxe and grand deluxe rooms are very calm. big breakfast (brunch) : noodles, rice, vegetables, potatoes, two sorts of sausage, eggs, cornflakes, toast, jam, soup, fruits, some pastries. Fitnessroom, flat TV with many channels worldwide.

From about 7 - 10 pm there is a life band with a singer in the inner courtyard/restaurant area, which sounds rather loud in the surrounding rooms.

Good location and price. I stay there at least once a month. I can walk to Junceylon Centre at eat at my favourite restaurant 'Hog's Breath Cafe'.

When 2 people share a room it would be good to have a key for each person, they don't even give you one when you ask. Do they offer cheaper rates for frequent stayers?

A friendly staff

I just would recommend you to get someone which is very good in making cocktails, people would love it and they'd stop drinking bad mixes and shakes (i'm sorry but your drink Are no good at all)

Courtesy room upgrade. pool area is nice. swim up bar is great. nice cocktails.

One of my friends rooms had a lot of mould on the curtains in the bathroom, and there air conditioning smelt quite badly.

The hotel was very nice, but not quite the star rating provided, or maybe i just had a room to be refurbished.everything else was very good and i would recommed it

I found the staff to be very helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping was very efficient and the breakfast was lovely. I felt it was very good value for money and in a good location. The pool is beautiful and very relaxing atmosphere.

The staff, food, and pool facilities were excellent.

The room location. It was very noisy and I found it very difficult to sleep. the room itself was poor quality and needed an overhall.

It was pretty central to everything,not too far to walk,beach,7/11's chemists,bars,but which hotel in patong isn't? I didnt have to walk far from the elevator to the pool.The bar man gave me the mix list for a great cocktail...housekeeping staff were the most pleasant and friendly.If it's a budget you're on or just need a bed and shower go for it..

The staff had no or very little basic english.Or even a smile or nod as I walked thru the lobby.It was right next to a new construction.It was a bit grubby and old...furniture and fittings need serious attention.

An excellent establishment.

The surrounding area is very noisy and the internet doesn't work.
