Personal dürfte etwas freundlicher sein!

Die kühlen Zimmer, auch ohne dass AC ständig läuft. Hängt natürlich aber auch von der Lage des Zimmers ab. Frühstücksbuffet war ok, auch die Sauberkeit des Zimmers sowie der Hotelanlange.

Habe 2/3 Tage gebraucht, um mich im Hotel wohlzufühlen, was v.a. mit der Größe zusammenhängt bzw. mit der Bauweise. Das Hotel beschreibt einen Innenhof, in dem sich auch der Pool befindet. Ich habe mich daher ein wenig eingeengt gefühlt habe. Insgesamt ist das Hotel 3 Sterne wert, mehr keinesfalls. Auffällig war, dass ich zweimal versucht habe! frisches Obst zu bestellen, einmal auf das Zimmer und einmal am Pool...mein Englisch ist dafür in jedem Fall ausreichend....ist wahrscheinlich ohnehin sinnvoller auf der Straße einem fahrenden Händler Obst abzukaufen, was ich auf mehrfach getan habe.

Ein schönes Hotel mit netter Poolanlage. Ich bin 2 Tage früher abgereist wegen dem Unwetter und mir wurde der volle Preis für die 2 Tage erstattet. Wenn man Trubel mag liegt das Hotel optimal. Ich war mit 3 Kindern dort, was nicht so gut war. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet, die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung.Die größe auch. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und reichhaltig, von Thai Food, Int. Food und Frühstück war alles reichlich vorhanden und das alles bis 10.30 Uhr! Für ein Wochenende würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen, ansonsten an einer anderen Beach. Patong ist mir zu überlaufen.

Das Essen in dem Restaurant war viel zu teuer für das schlechte Essen. Zum Preis kam dann noch ein Aufschlag von ca. 20 Prozent drauf! Eine Unverschämtheit, nirgendwo wurde das ausgewiesen! Der Aufschlag wäre bei ihnen üblich wurde mir mitgeteilt! Das Hotel ist zwar sehr schön, aber Preis - Leistung stimmen nicht überein! 2250 Baht für eine Nacht ist zu teuer! Angebracht wären 1250-1500 Baht.In einem unserer 3 Zimmer wuchsen die Palmengipfel bis auf den Balkon, was die ganze Sicht auf den Pool nahm. Im 2. Zimmer war die Decke im Badezimmer schwarz vom Schimmel, kein schöner Anblick und ungesund? Meiner Tochter war ein Waserglas hingefallen, ich wurde wieder aus unserem Auto geholt bei der Abreise und mußte 50 Baht bezahlen!!!

Most of the staff were really friendly and any observations we had about the rooms were dealt with very quickly. When one of our group wanted to change his room he was treated very courteously and he was moved witihn 2 hours, we liked that! All in all the service was good.

The pool area surrounded by the hotel) is not big enough to get the sun, this is not the impression from the pictures. Cheap rooms are cramped with no views of walls and no hot water for the bathroom sink. I wouldn't recommend anything other than a deluxe or better. We upgraded from Superior (which is a Thai expression for the cheapest room) to Grand Deluxe and that was fine. the poolside snack service was ok until one of the waiters decided not to bring us our 15 baht change from the bill... so on pronciple we didnt use it after that.

The hotel was convenient but not too close to Bangla night life & excellent as far as shopping was concerned. A wonderful pool. Staff very friendly & helpfull.

The bathroom needs updating, there were gaps in the door & mould around the base.

nice swim pool and rooms, friendly staff, good location and price.

It was good value for money.We had 2 children 7 & 8 and the staff loved them and were very friendly towards them. It was right next door to the shops and 5 minutes from the night life. Everything was at your fingertips. It was safe for you to go out by yourself and the children walked around the Hotel my themselves.The pool was fantastic and our group of 9 were all happy.

The rooms were good. The swimming pool was good although the were a few sharp tiles which my grandson cut himself .a little disappointed with bookings.com as we booked adjoining rooms for our grandkids and their parents and these were not done.

The manager was rude on one occasion as we came back from a long walk with a coke and he suggested that we should have bought it from the hotel so he suggested we stand in the car park and finish it.the breakfast was very ordinary as the food warmerswere cold.we would have eaten at the hotel had the dining room was air conditioned .hotel corridors were dirty .

Great location and comfort

Swimming pool water was very cold , I did not enjoy in the pool at all .I hope they install temperature control system soon.

Good location close to beach and night markets but still peaceful and relaxing, good aircon and swimming pool, the staff were excellent. Great breakfast lots to choose from. Definitely recommend

Our bathroom had a big black mould stain on the ceiling and next room to ours ordered room service and the left overs was left out the front of the room for 2 days

Very large well laid out pool area and outdoor eating area.

Breakfast staff not very attentive in their duties.

As the hotel was very great to stay in only the things is the location is very noisy. I have booked for six nights and I have taken the breakfast for five nights, they have called me and they told me I not suppose to take breakfast for the last day. The rest are good and perfect.
