La piscine est geniale, petit dej aussi copieux et varie

Reception a la limite du desagreable... attention ne prenez pas unechambre de premier standing car ca part en miette, ce sont des chambres laissees a labandon. Par contre ceux qui donne sur la piscine sont de meilleure standing.

Hotel insalubre renfermé sale avec cafar et rats télé fonctionne à peine douche dégoûtante pas de rideaux de douche donc sol entièrement mouillé literie de mauvaise qualité très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel !! Mauvais accueil des employé de l hôtel

La qualité de l'image du téléviseur de la chambre 4511 pourrait être améliorée à l'aide d'un préamplificateur ( peu onéreux).

Proche de la ville pour faire la noce !!

Salle de bain laisse vraiment à désirer! nous avons dû changé de chambre car la baignoire coulait, ils n'ont vraiment pas été très compréhensif ! Mais les filles de la réception sont souriantes et gentilles! Le reste...bof..

We love the pool and big space for relaxation. Breakfast has quite good selection. Location opis good. Good value for money.

Superior room was located in a isolated part of the resort. And the place needs upgrade and doesnt look like 4 star resort. Hotel staff is not guest friendly.

It had friendly staff, was reasonably located and the pool was good.

Noisy rooms both from the street and from other guests, food was average and we really didn't see the 4 star rating that came with the booking.

It's walking distance to the beach

Staff were so unfriendly and refused to set up a table for us during breakfast and we had to carry and join the tables ourselves to make a table to fit us, which was inconvenient while caring for 3 small kids. The staff person just stood there and just asked if we had breakfast coupons, while already he saw us everyday in the hotel. We had to change rooms several times. The First room the Aircon was not working, the next room the ceiling was wet and dripping water on the bed.

I enjoyed the whole experience, and will come back and stay again

staff were extremely rude and with a pompous attitude , not friendly and tended to not even smile when they were smiled at, felt like we were the staff and not guests in that aspect. breakfast was good but service and labelling of food was hap hazard. room was mouldy with stains of leakage on the roof . smelt musky even though balcony doors were open throughout the night. just could not wait to leave this place as fast as we could to a better hotel for this price if not lower. not a good value for money bargain. many better hotels with better staff and service, rooms etc. for this price.

Staff were great from the moment we arrived. Birthday cake and big bunch of flowers on my birthday was a lovely surprise..Rooms (we had 2 pool access and a superior) were spotless....The pool and the grounds were well maintained...Hotel gave us a late check-out - at no charge....1st time this has ever happened in Thailand. Staff at the front desk / room service and in the dining room were all friendly and helpful....Great location - 3 minute walk to beach front...great restaurants and shopping next door.....Going back in October and will def being staying at the Baumanburi

most unpleasant hotel staff I ever experienced hotel policy to make extra money from guests, e.g. 100THB per hour for internet no discretion: signs with fees for additional guests for 1h, 2h and 10h - very disturbing when seeing this first at the check-in... pool mattresses were taken away from guests 20 min before official close coffee taken away 5 min before official close of breakfast buffet rooms need serious renovation (furniture very used; mould on ceiling) room cleaning poor (windows and metal pieces in bath look dirty; at 5pm they did not make up my room as requested that day) fitness room very old and no towels, no water, no staff, 34 degrees when I entered one afternoon

I like the swimming pool and the breakfast taken outdoors.

No fans at the lobby and reception areas. Prohibit used toilet papers from being thrown into toilet bowl. Tv reception poor. No free wifi.

The garden is nice with a very big swimming pool.

The hotel is just opposite of Hard Rock cafe,so if you book for a standard room, dont think about sleeping , it is very noisy .For deluxe room ,music in the garden every night,this hotel is for young people. The hotel is old and need renovations,especialy bathroom.Not really clean .

Polite personnel

When we came in this advertised 4 stars hotel, we were little bit shocked! We have got the room in the old building of the hotel, with smell of rotten wood due to old furniture in the hotels' rooms. The elevator is very dusty and dirty, looks like nobody and never cleans it. The tv set not properly working. The toilet and bath cabin were dirty and half destroyed. The sliding door was sticking. And the last unimaginable thing was the giant rat running around the corridor and stealing the garbage from the plastic bag left near the room's door!!! Estimate the level of 4 stars quality and cleanness!

The pool is beautiful. The breakfast is better than I expected.

The superior room is a trap. It's a 2 star youth hostel category.

Big swimming pool with nice area and breakfast was also very good.

They gave us corner room, where was no wifi. Hotel suggested to come to lobby if we want internet. They have package to buy internet for 10hrs, but you have to use it during 7 days. Pretty hard to use it all, if there is no internet in the room.

Don't book for superior room, they are obscene, even an hostel is in better condition! I 've never seen before a 4* so dirty! I don't raccomand to spend your holiday in phuket if u are looking for good sea and friendly people!

Location was not bad, close to shopping,making distance from beach side, pool is not bad too

Not very clean, breakfast buffet was not that good, our ac was not working properly and took time to get fixed, staff not very attentiv, sometimes noise from the street reaches the room
