Very good location, inside the old town and very close to main attractions. Staff tried to be very helpful. They even dropped me off at the airport after learning there was no taxi available
The level of English of the staff/owners was very low which made it impossible to obtain information about outside activies.
Localization ok. For this price the room was really good. We stayed in Chiang Mai ony two days, so it was ok. Cena and cosy.
There was no light in the room as we came back from the city. We managed it with the small light from night table and the toilet. Shower together with the toilet had 2 m2. Room very small. Window only in bathoom. No Window in the room.
no drier and slippers in the room。
The hotel and room were really large and clean. The bathroom was great- one of the nicest ones I experienced in Thailand. The staff was friendly. Location was convenient. Our room had a little sofa and a balcony, it was a really nice place.
Their breakfast is really just some bread and bananas that are out 24/7 for you to grab. No real coffee. And their cafe is always closed so you can't order any either. It's a small complaint but just don't expect to eat there.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was quiet and clean (our room was not facing the street which itself is not busy anyway). Although no breakfast was included they provided toast, jam, coffee and some fruits in the lobby for free.
- very friendly staff - nearby the Sunday nightmarket, 5min walk - provide free bread and coffee, even no breakfast provided
The location, I loved the design and how clean and modern it was. I also liked that they gave us free bread and butter in the morning, self service. The staff is very nice although a bit quiet. The room was facing the street but it didn't bothered me any sound, and I'm quite difficult to please on that matter. I would recommend this place to any one.
Everything was perfect.
Staff were nice and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.location was great and very good internet connection.
Nothing, we had a great stay
The location is great for Sunday walking street. Room is clean and comfortable. Small coffee shop in the guesthouse but it is open little bit late.
Wi-Fi is very poor. No signal on the forth floor. You must take off your shoes before going up so they should have disposable slipper for every guests. I didn't wear their slippers because they look not clean!
the staff are very helpful and friendly! rooms are clean and spacious! strongly recommend!
The hotel is well located, but not in a main street which is good as it is quiet during the night. The room is very big and clean and we even had a terrace. The staff is nice. The hotel is well decorated and maintained.
There is only one person (a lady) in the reception that can communicate in English, the rest of the staff could not speak English, they just "guess" what you want or need. They are nice and try to help, that's true, but I think that in a hotel reception the staff should be able to communicate properly.
Very friendly people there :)
Modern, helpful staff, very clean, recommend to anyone travelling looking for something a bit nicer
WiFi struggled on the top floor where our room was
Location was great, close to Sunday walking street, wifi worked good
Bed was not comfortable, shower did not have hot water or pressure
Big clean room.
Clean and cozy. Very good for the money paid. Staff are very friendly.
Wifi is on and off sometimes.
Perhaps a little bit expensive
The glass front. Tea and coffee facilities. The style and cleanliness.
Staff were friendly and helpful
Shower room was a wet room so it was hard to have a shower without wetting toilet.
Really loved this place. Great location, friendly staff and the overall decor was cleverly thought of - simple yet quite well balanced!
The staff were helpful and friendly. Being able to pick up a banana or other fruit at any time was appreciated.
Our room - B 8 - had only indirect light. On the street side there is the bathroom/toilet (combined, i.e. the get your feet wet on the way to the toilet type). On the other there are windows to the stairs. Those lights made sleeping difficult. Room B 8 may be different than most others, but then it should be in a separate category.
B House is a really comfortable hotel which is located at the west border of the old city. I had the room on the second floor which is really spacious. The hotel is very clean and tidy, and the staff makes up the room every day even though I wasn't expecting it. The owners are really helpful and they also run the coffee bar on the ground floor which serves really good coffee and is also cheaper in other cafes in the city. The hotel is located in a small street which is quite secluded which means there are no usual backpackers' haunts nearby but more of local residential and shops, which is what I really liked. It is just 3 minutes walk from Wat Phra Singh and you can walk through the back entrance of Wat Phra Singh and relax in the gardens. I really enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings and the hotel.
Most of the eateries catered for tourists are in the east of the city, so you might need to walk a bit more to find food, especially at night.
No windows in the room, only in the bathroom.
Friendly staff, clean brand new room, nice design.
Breakfast is poor, needs to be improved. Shower wasn't hot. No curtains, a bit hard to sleep in the morning. For "Superior room" do not expect "a sitting area" described on "facilities".
