Bed and Terrace Guesthouse Chiang Mai  

The staff is very friendly, helpfull and polite. We really enjoy the hospitality. The room was very very clean and the bed was queen size. Is well located, near the markets, just 10 minutes walking.

Everything is very simple, but comfortable and clean.

There is table tennis available at ground floor. We can enjoy it anytime. Very nice the landlord and pretty girl receptionist.

No breakfast offer, free instant coffee and banana only. Location may not safe, some belongings placed outside lost. They enhanced the lock for the door to terrace when we aparted.

staffs are very friendly ,got free coffee and hot water but that just in lobby side.

toilet water cant go out ,stack in the toilet ,got smell . hotel nearly no food to eat ,hv to go to market by walking 10 mins.

The staff were very polite and extremely helpful. We were in a group of 3 girls and felt very safe there. The rooms were really clean and cosy and our beds were made every day. I would highly recommend this guesthouse to both families, couples and groups of backpackers.

We took the suite which was roomy with views of the city and mountain. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.

We were on 5th floor no lift which became annoying. Lumpy badly sprung and noisy mattress -not hotel grade. Parking not secure and difficult (on the road outside) Room was overpriced in respect of no lift.

Room quite big, shower water pressure good, every day room making. Location quite good, walking distance to Sunday , Saturday and night plaza.

Mosquitos in room, safety box is very small and light, can be taken away any time. Eateries places quite far, very inconvenient.

The environment is good,nice and comfortable. And the staff there is kind and easy to communicate.

Sometimes it's a little bit noisy outside the window in night.And there is no hair-dryer!

An unforgettable experience during Bed & Terrace! Staff is friendly, and room service is excellent. We booked a suit. There are two baclnies, that can show you the Chiang Mai. I prefer to be here again.

It's really nice stay in this GH, the host Shanshan is so nice and helpful, she told us where to get the breakfast and offer coffee&banana free, also agree to keep our baggage in her place till we found another GH. Though we just stay 1 night, it will be wonderful memorry for all of us.

The staff is so friendly...I felt right at home. Love the view from the terrace. Great central location.

Location is very close to main attractions, including night market and Sunday market but at the same time very silent place (hundred meters into the block)

Bathroom furnishings could be better...

Staffs are nice and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Free wifi, coffee, drinking water and bananas. The owner, a kind lady, also owns a travel agency, and therefore many trourist information and activities are available.

A little nosiy in the morning, since it's near a primary school or kindergarten. And you will hear motorcycle roaring along the road, if unluckily there is one at late night.

Nice big and clean room with all unnecessary facilities you need. Friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed there 5 nights. Our first room was a bit small. When another room got empty after 2 nights, they proposed us to change our room. We were very happy in our second room.

There is a school very close to this guesthouse. So, some children noise starts early in the morning during the school days.

The staff was perfect. They were realy helpful and everything with smile. In case of taxi accident they event transfer us by they own car. The room with fan is totaly sufficient in this mountain clime. The staying there was realy realy enjoyable.
