Hotel located near the metro station. There is construction on the street of the hotel and no sidewalks. The maids wake you up to the room. One day the room was not cleaned,it was made at 19:00. The first day the air conditioning was too loud, the next day we were given another room, but air conditioning was not working! the repair lasted one hour. This hotel is mainly frequented by people of the Gulf, many children and noise. Be careful not to keep the room after 12:00 on the day of departure.

The Bel-Aire Princess is in a fantastic location - right near the Sky Train to all the shopping centres! Also all the great street vendors & restaurants are within walking distance, startign at the end of the street. Would've been great if the room had a balcony

I was lucky to stay there with 50 % discount, so of course I got very good value for my money. Everything was nice, the room, the people, the breakfast, etc.

Handy location. Close to the Sky-train, 7-Eleven convenience stores and the night market hawker stalls. Everything was good except for being hassled by taxi drivers and tour guide touts as soon as you stepped outside the hotel reception area., But that's not the hotel's fault.

The location was very good about 5 minutes from Nana station and Arabs restaurants. We booked 6 regular rooms but We've been upgraded to club rooms which is huge room. We got daily free Internet The hotel is a bit old but the lobby area has been redocorated. The hotel is 18 floors but has only 2 elevators. The rooms need to be renovation even the current furniture is good for the price which we paid THB 1900 for club room

Staff were very friendly. Location was fantastic - very close to train station and shops. Not overly expensive. Rooms and hotel in general were very clean. The buffet breakfast was quite expensive and the dinner menu could have been more varied.

Very attractive reception and lounge area. We were given an upgrade to a suite that had a great view of the Sukhumvit skyline. We stayed one night before flying out of Bangkok the next night because it was close to the rail lines and all the restaurants etc. We had some trouble finding the light/tv controls, which were actually conveniently made part of the phone console but hard to see since the lights that were on when we arrived were just by the door. However housekeeping came right away when we called to show us how to operate it. When we were exploring Bangkok the next day before our flight out, they provided secure luggage storage after our check-out at noon until after 9pm when we headed for the airport. A lot of room, atmosphere and amenities for the price, and we would stay there again. One minor minus, the counter by the door was sticky and obviously not clean. And another minus was there was no breakfast included and the hotel restaurant was pricy even for Bangkok. But with so many restaurants in the area, this was not a problem.

“This is my second time stay at this hotel. Both times I also asked for late check out and the hotel fulfill my request. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. During this stay the hotel's staff remember me and this actually make me feel warm. The room I initial took was had a bad internet connection, the staff was very helpful, they even help to check other available room with good connection then I change to the new room. The room provided a big working desk and working chair which is very good for business traveler like me.” Shiun, Bangkok |
