The cleanliness and freindlyness of the maid service was excellent.Generally the staff was very helpful and polite. I though the breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired.It was very bland and also very cold. |

Only the swimming pool (it had a water fountain that was fun for the kids). Just about everything. The hotel staff only had a limited few at the front desk who spoke English. This caused a problem on the second night when they thought my family had booked caberet tickets when in fact we had told them we would think about it. The guy at the front desk inisited we pay for them then tried to give us 50% off but by that time I was fed up with his attitude. |

Die Premium-Zimmer sind schön groß. Der Service (24H) ist gut, die Zimmer sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gut, der Pool klein aber fein und ein Fitnessraum sowie freies W-Lan auf den Zimmern ist auch vorhanden. Den versprochenen Gartenblick gab es nicht.Unser Zimmer hatte Aussicht auf den Parkplatz des Pattaya International Hospital, allerdings mit vielen großen Bäumen. |

Recht gut gelegen und trotzdem nicht direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstrasse!! Haben etwas Probleme gehabt mit der Reservation haben diese jedoch mit einem Upgrade kompensiert!! |
