Buffet breakfast offered many choices of good food The location is near a second rate "rock" beach where no swimming is possible. the sound system of the hotel "pipes" music from 05.30 in the morning so loud that it wakes people up in their rooms all our towels were frayed at the edges and had holes in them. if this is "the best" that "western" can do ,I will never stay at a Best Western again. It has been the "least" value for money I have ever booked.

The room was very comfortable , the bed and the pillows were exactly what I needed for my backache. The reception is very friendly and the staff is very efficient and pleasant. The breakfast is very complete. The room was not clear enough for an occidental person. And the window in the bathroom to see the shower from the bed is a little bit shocking but maybe not in this city...

It is nice hotel with well decorated and clean rooms... And oh yeah and the complementry breakfast is really good .Just that the staff behavior is not that good. Only one guy on the reception he is from philipine he is the only 1 who knows abt dealing wid the guest .. Others all are really rude..

Location is quiet great breakfast for sch an hotel price was fine - consider it three stars. Not four stars internet free in room and stable worked well. Blocked some non standard apps though Not clean terasse full of shells of fruits from higher floors. Cigarette butts. Windows not clean. Not aceptable from premium sea view loud indian bachelor bringing thai girls at three am.

Comfortable room, a view from the window was nice. All your stuff are amiable. Your joyful design created a joyful good mood. We were surprised that somebody of stuff can speak Russian. Kitchen corner in our room was satisfactory. Your pool is beautiful. A lot of thanks for your "shuttle". We have no any claims for Best Western Pattaya

Good sized bedrooms with a view towards the pool, nice location, very helpful staff and transport was available easily. We got scammed at the Pattaya beach by a criminal gang that rents jet skis. The host population was totally unhelpful and aggressive towards us. The police was also an accomplice in this huge racket of criminals that rip off tourists in different ways.

- Room was spacious with good ameneties. - Breakfast was really good. - Location is also good since it is not located on one of the dirty streets. - Their Tuk tuk service is also good. We didn't like the following: - Staff was not friendly - Though it is using the name of Best Western, but it actually not a part of that reputed chain. - Hotel interiors are not as nice as it looks in the pictures posted on site. - They charge even for petty things like glass break of 30 baht. - Room interiors are outdated and does not give a feel of a 3 star hotel - Room had a kitchenette but no gas. It makes it useless.

Excellent. I booked for 2 day initially after staying there I find every thing all right and extended my stay for another two days. Room staff food and serices are all up to tje mark. The best thing is free drop down facility after check out. Value for money

I like the fresh sea air from the seaview room. A dirty broken kettle, the breakast food was cold, And in my opinion this hotel is not really suitable to be classed as Best Western as they offer slippers/flip flops which are not new! And you will be charged if you do not leave them in the room! I had to wait for 45 minutes at checkout while my Wife went up the road to collect them from her Sisters appartment. How can they charge for second hand flip flops. The mind boggles. There are better value Hotels up near Naklua Soi 14 and 12. Best Western should inspect this Hotel as a secret shopper, and find out for themselves.

This our 2nd stay this month, and found the reception very helpful including fixing my mistake on my booking. The room is still the best value for our family, very bright and large rooms. The guests at this hotel were a pleasant assortment no mad rush of tourist bus people or too many guys with new friends. Good for a family or anyone looking for excellent clean hotel. Swimming pool was decent and in good condition. Still the breakfast was just as disappointing as our last stay - simply bland and boring. Old folks style menu no salt no taste.

The room size was great, plus it came with a double and single bed. The breakfast was standard tasteless Asian style. After coming from another hotel for the same room rate. And had amazing breakfast everyday, there is no reason for the food to be so bland it shows lack of concern for hiring or training a cook.

I like the breakfast selection, really vast. Clean Hotel. Nice two shower heads, small bath. Safe and Secure. A Smashing Hotel. In room 2509 the kettle would not switch itself off, and omitted a spark upon switching off boil manually, hence the handle was very hot. Scary.

довольно неплохой отель. чистый, не "убитый", хорошее оформление номеров, очень хорошие завтраки (большой выбор блюд, меню меняется ежедневно). многие из персонала говорят по-русски. довольно удобное расположение: с одной стороны - в тихом районе, с другой - на первой линии. в общем очень рекомендую. хотр отель и расположен в непосредственной близости от моря, но насладиться морем не представляется возможным, ибо море никакое, если можно так выразиться(((( но с другой стороны это характерно не только для этого отеля, а и для всех отелей, которые расположены в паттайе ) в отношении массажа-маникюра-педикюра могу сказать, что в отеле, а так же в рядом имеющихся заведениях оказывают услуги по цене выше, чем в центральной части птт. но тут уж смотрите сами ;)

отдыхал с ребенком, всё замечательно, хороший отель! соответствует описанию и отзывам. рекомендую вид на море, дочка была в восторге))) завтраки отличные. неплохой бассейн. расположение удачное, рядом с морем, не вижу смысла ездить на ко лан, в нескольких сотнях метров от отеля направо хорошие пляжи(разницы с островом не заметил, на острове так же уже не очень чисто. и добираться туда все же утомительно, а тут всё рядом). за пляжами - на ко самет или другие острова. с удовольствием поеду в отель снова. недостатков не замечено, нам повезло. выбирал отель заранее, ожидания полностью оправдались.

L'emplacement de l'hotel qui est éloigné du lieu (bordel) de pattaya. Le petit dejeuner est bien pour le prix et..... C'est tout En arrivant a l'hotel best( plutot worst) western on a eu aucun acceuil, meme pas un bonjour, rien, c'est la premiére fois en thailande qu'on voit cela. Dans les chambres forte odeur de wc, aucune pression d'eau pour la douche,etc... Hotel frequenté principalement par des familles russe, lesquels font beaucoup de bruit,(musique a fond dans les chambres et baguarre) aussi ne pas se fier aux photos du prospectus, cela ressemble plutot a un foyer d'hebergement qu'a un hotel....
