1. Pillows were too high 2. Showers were weak. 3. Bathrooms were smelled. 4. Noisy by the loud music from the nearby hotel/pub? 5. Restaurants was with dirty floor. 6. Nobody came to clean up the plates at the breakfast.

Location is quiet great breakfast for sch an hotel price was fine - consider it three stars. Not four stars internet free in room and stable worked well. Blocked some non standard apps though

Not clean terasse full of shells of fruits from higher floors. Cigarette butts. Windows not clean. Not aceptable from premium sea view loud indian bachelor bringing thai girls at three am.

Good sized bedrooms with a view towards the pool, nice location, very helpful staff and transport was available easily.

We got scammed at the Pattaya beach by a criminal gang that rents jet skis. The host population was totally unhelpful and aggressive towards us. The police was also an accomplice in this huge racket of criminals that rip off tourists in different ways.

Excellent. I booked for 2 day initially after staying there I find every thing all right and extended my stay for another two days. Room staff food and serices are all up to tje mark. The best thing is free drop down facility after check out. Value for money

Low price with a sea view room.

The room was not very clean.

The room size was great, plus it came with a double and single bed.

The breakfast was standard tasteless Asian style. After coming from another hotel for the same room rate. And had amazing breakfast everyday, there is no reason for the food to be so bland it shows lack of concern for hiring or training a cook.

Staff friendly helpful, and good manners. Prompt action for any request.

I like to complain if I can, however, Best Western Hotels make it difficult to find any reason for complaint. Thank you Best Western Pattaya!

очень удобно расположен - и в тишине и до центра близко и кормежка неплохая

очень много пакетных туристов из россии, уже все не такое новое как раньше

17号晚7点多到的酒店，前台（20多岁的小伙子）非常非常热心的帮我们订晚上的演出，非常非常热心的介绍- 芭堤雅其他的旅游项目，

18号晚上由于忘记带相机，到了外面又返回酒店，再提出酒店送我们到街边（酒店到界面走路要十分钟左右，故- 酒店提供免费的摆渡车），前台居然让我们在酒店门口等嘟嘟车，晕哦，酒店门口十分钟来不了一辆嘟嘟车，真不- 知道是不是一天或者单位时间内只能做一次摆渡车，不过幸好出门碰到摆渡车司机，尽管刚把送过我们一次有点点- 不乐意，但总算不至于走那么久到街边。房间地面不怎么干净，光脚走路一会脚都是黑的。海景房也有一半的角度- 被前面的酒店挡住。

Am besten hat mir der Service von www.booking.com gefallen. Nachdem wir Probleme im Hotel nicht zu unserer Zufriedenheit lösen konnten, habe ich an die Servicehotline geschrieben - ohne jedoch große Erwartungen zu haben. Ich war sehr positiv überrascht, als innerhalb einer halben Stunde nach einem Anruf von booking.com sofort die Probleme zu unserer Zufriedenheit gelöst hat.

Wofür das Hotel leider nichts kann: Der nächste Strand ist zwar nur ca. 200 m entfernt - war aber so verschmutzt, dass wir nicht einmal im Meer gewesen sind. Und das finde ich schade bei einem Thailandurlaub.

L'emplacement de l'hotel qui est éloigné du lieu (bordel) de pattaya. Le petit dejeuner est bien pour le prix et..... C'est tout

En arrivant a l'hotel best( plutot worst) western on a eu aucun acceuil, meme pas un bonjour, rien, c'est la premiére fois en thailande qu'on voit cela. Dans les chambres forte odeur de wc, aucune pression d'eau pour la douche,etc... Hotel frequenté principalement par des familles russe, lesquels font beaucoup de bruit,(musique a fond dans les chambres et baguarre) aussi ne pas se fier aux photos du prospectus, cela ressemble plutot a un foyer d'hebergement qu'a un hotel....

Camera spaziosa e di recente ristrutturazione, bella vista sul mare, piscina ampia e soleggiata, posizione non comodissima ma viene offerto un servizio omaggio di tuk tuk per raggiungere la strada principale a 500 metri.

Hall e spazi comuni poco curati e non molto puliti, personale del ricevimento poco preparato e per niente sorridente. Richiesto pagamento in anticipo e deposito di cauzione. Colazione acedttabile ma servizio al minimo sindacale
