La relativa vicinanza all'aeroporto e le ottime connessioni con navetta aeroportuale (inclusa nel prezzo della camera, ogni ora da/per l'aeroporto) indirizzano la scelta di questo hotel per viaggiatori e business- men in transito su Bangkok. Le nuove camere sono pulite e confortevoli (anche se manca il supporto per la doccia!) Ho letto su questo sito dell'ottima cucina dell'hotel: da buongustaio di buon livello e giramondo nego questa affermazione. La cucina sarà anche buona (questo non posso giudicare in quanto ho chiesto un piatto rapido vista l'ora tarda: rigatoni alla bolognese) ma 40 minuti di orologio per preparare N.12 buoni rigatoni al sugo di carne mi sembrano esagerati! Inoltre ho richiesto un buon vino: 25 minuti per prelevare un vino novello del 2008 caro e acido che è stato prontamente sostituito con un'ottimo bicchiere d'acqua. Sottolineo comunque il fatto che l'hotel è nuovo (non ancora inaugurato!) ed è probabile che tali disservizi, considerata la qualità della struttura, siano dovuti ad un training preliminare della cucina. Almeno spero. |

Good location if you want to stay close to the airport (free shuttle), helpful staff. Unstable water temperature, difficult to take a shower. |

Facilities were brillant - restaurant was lovely - bit far from the hotel I thought but transfer to the airport was brillant. As we were missing breakfast as our flight was very early the next morning we were provided with a breakfast box which was lovely. |

close to airport,ideal as stopover. good shuttle service to and from airport. friendly staff and good facilities. surrounding area although fine if just wanting an overnight stopover. |

Staff were excellent.As honeymooners, we were greeted with a wonderfullly presented room with flowers, a rose petal bath and a rose-petal heart on the bed with towels folded into swans, a red single stemmed rose, a small flower bouquet and fresh fruit. Everything was perfect, even the breakfast,,,,, It was further away from the airport than we had first thought.but this is more of a comment than a criticism. |

Brand new hotel with all new facilties; free airport shuttle (15mins); all english speakers (including janitors), cultural feel. Fantastic design.. best hotel in Bangkok by a mile! :) |

L'ensemble du personnel est très dévoué et extrêmement sympathique. L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport (10-15min en taxi, ce qui est très proche pour Bangkok) et dispose de toutes les commodités d'un hôtel de ce standing. |

Een nieuw modern hotel, met een grote kamer en badkamer. Prima bedden. de afstand van de luchthaven was verder dan wij hadden verwacht. de transfer van en naar de luchthaven verzorgd door het hotel was een prima alternatief. Helaas was het niet meer mogelijk om gebruik te maken van het zwembad. Om half 7 was de verlichting rond het zwembad slecht. De omgeving van het hotel is niet intressant |

Prima ontvangst. heel vriendelijk en gastvrij onthaal. Vooral de massage en spa mag zeker een compliment ontvangen voor de keurige verzorging een beetje koud in het restaurant maar werd wel meteen opgelost door de ventilatie in ons gedeelte uit te zetten. Dus positief effect. |

El hotel es muy nuevo, a penas hace unos meses que lo han abierto, por lo que todo está impecale. El desayuno. No es tipo bufé, sino a la carta, y deja mucho que desear. |
