Hotel molto pulito , staff molto gentile e servizievole .ambiene perfetto per chi cerca il relax.

La necessità di usare un mezzo per raggiungere il centro città e le spiagge , anche se è compensata parzialmente dalla disponibilità della navetta dell'hotel .

Non c'è nessun accesso alla spiaggia anche se vicina 350 metri

This was a surprise! Wow what a beautiful little hotel... Zen comes to mind. Beautiful large rooms everything well thought through in every detail.. decor absolute first class. The pool at least 100 meter long great for laps.. very relaxing atmosphere.. all the ground floor rooms have their own access terrace to the pool. I highly recommend this place to any one.. family with children, couples and groups. Wonderful breakfast buffet by the poolside. 400 meters to the beach, or 5 min complimentary ride in Best Westerns air con bus in to Hua Hin Beach with all the service you want.. manicure pedicure, BBQ fish deckchairs on the beach and lots of shopping.. We absolutely loved it and will stay again

Fabulous pool and excellent friendly staff

Transportation is inconvenient, a little far from HuaHin downtown.

The pool was massive!! I loves the pool only downside was the trees planted around it, a lot of flowers and leaves floating about. Staff really helpful, cleaners lovely! Shuttle service handy, didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that but the food is limited choice.

Location, it's a bit further out, we hired a moped so wasn't so bad getting about.

The room was quit big, with a nice badroom. Swimmingpool was great, with some waterjets. Hotel is very clean inside as outside.

There was no security frontdoor men on the night, location next door a thai disco. Hotel location a little far away from the city Hua Hin, you need transportation.

Wonderful pool; great rooms; very comfortable beds.

Service was very slow and food and drinks took a long time to arrive; many buffet choices not replenished after 9.30; tables not set up for breakfast with cutlery, salt and pepper etc.

Must admit the only credible thing was the price paid.

No beach access. Too far from the town. Poor poolside facilities. Squash of people at the breakfast buffet. Poor staff training, if any? Poor "happy hour" Lunch time? Obviously not given thought when this decision was made. Many simple mistakes made by house keeping.

Nice new hotel. The pool is great and the staff are very helpful.

Mold in and around the shower. Uneven tiling in the shower. Getting back from Hua Hin town center often proved to be difficult. There was little or no information about activities, bars, restaurants within walking distance. However I did discover a few local places. The hotel should produce a map of the 'Local' Area. The outlook of the hotel was pretty unappealing, it looks like a waste land and is not shown in the hotel pictures. The food at the restaurant is not really hotel quality.

The environment

Not too many drivers know the location, the signal is too small.

Clean rooms and hotel common areas. Peaceful. Really large room and balcony. Comfortable and convenient.

Nothing really that i did not like.

* Front desk staff is very helpful. My nephew had an accident and front desk staff helped to check with hospital whether there's 24Hrs. dental service.

* super cold water and leafs in the swimming pool

The pool area was very nice and the shuttle bus service was very good. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel after the check out because our bus didn't leave til 10pm. Nice touch.

Breakfast wasn't to my liking. Personal thing.

Great staff, clean & comfortable rooms (although a rug on the floor and some pictures on the wall would raise it to another level!).

Sound proofing in the rooms needs to be improved.

Hotel and room were nice

Although the hotel and room alocated was nice we asked them if they were able to give us an upgrade to a pool view room on the first floor as the hotel was only 50% occupancy. We were told yes, no problem but an extra 400 baht would be added. Fine, so we accepted and paid. When I went to the car and got our bags I was told the price had now changed to 3,300 baht, asked why it had changed within a matter of minutes, we were told that the extra was because we booked through booking.com. The attitude of the staff and manager was terrible and our vacation was spoiled because of this. I would warn others to be careful of this place if they value their quality of hotel.

The room is clean, big and nice. Location is great, close to town, good swimming pool and design.

Breakfast in the morning was good but they didn't fill up the buffet line, no plates and dishes much.
