Amazing pool. Great place to chill, relax and enjoy. Food and beverage outlets in the hotel are good and reasonably priced. Friendly staff with good level of English.

When we arrived resort, full booking with activities. Resort should provide out of one travel agencies.

Great pool and beach for swimming. Large rooms with cool architectural features (villas). A nice restaurant serving Thai and Western food. Away from Ao Nang and the noise. Quiet beach with longtail boats that will take you out to the islands for the day.

Nothing - It was a great hotel and we wished we could have stayed longer.

The view from the hotel reception was amazing. The food on an evening was to a good standard. The location was perfect, very peaceful and relaxing.

The cottage rooms are very small and basic for the price you pay. Not quite five star service by the staff. The air con is poor in the cottage rooms. The pool although great to look at was simply too warm because of the black bottom. Breakfast was very average.

The beach is really clean and beautiful, the hotel itself is modern, very clean and a great place to stay in Krabi! We had a sea view room and the view was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely come back!

At arrival staff let us wait for half an hour without giving us any reason. While sitting in the lobby, the only persons greeting us were the guys at the entrance that are in charge for the luggage. Not very polite for 4-star-hotel-staff!

1) hotel met our expectation (this exactly we wanted) 2) luxurious hotel under good price 3) contains rooms in big building, then cottages and villas (we slept in villa - great). Resort was located directly on the beach, very quiet location, two decks swimming pool with a view on sea. Sea approach: only 5 stairs and you were on the beach which was very clean, the sea was warm, blue and clean, very shallow. great location for families with small children. 4) Boats for trips parked on the beach -> no smell, everything was acceptable and decent

The only negative was that the food in restaurant in hotel was very expensive. We were going out but the offer was very limited (as the hotel was located in small village) - there were only 3 restaurants outside. We stayed 4 days in the hotel - so it fitted us perfectly. Maybe 14 days would have been too long as there were not leisure options.

It is an amazing hotel with the BEST staff. The design is truly amazing. We found the hotel to be very relaxing and it is right there on the beach!

Helpful and courteous staff. Excellent views of the sea and islands. Well-designed and clean rooms. Ease of access to several islands and bays in the area.

Premium pricing.

We had read the reviews and decided to take one of the hotel cottages rather than the standard hotel room. However when we saw the cottage quality and location we upgraded to the superior room. There was no comparison. The cottage was a long walk, away from the hotel main serviced, restruant and breakfast, a long walk from the pool and beach. When we checked in the staff immediatelly pointed out the poor location and quality of the cottage compared to the hotel rooms overlooking the sea, pool and near all the facilities. Of course they required $85/ day more.

Booked quality was poor and dingy. Upgrade was a lot more money. Seemed like a bait and switch. The hotel/spa. Resort had all serviced including a very nice resturant and bar. The staff could not or would not provide any information about going into the town for resturants or any outside amenities except the tours specifically booked through their hotel. They would not even provide information about outside taxis, execpt for using a hotel oganized taxi. It seem they wanted to keep guests sequestered and commited to their expensive resturant, taxi's and spa services. Nearby town had many resturants and services with a hugh selection at much much lower rates. Not a surprise, but they would provide no help or guidance as most hotels would.

Fabulous location. Stayed in a deluxe sea view room with a great view and a good sized balcony. Close to pool and the beach. Room comfortable with light bathroom. Worth paying for the view. Good variety for breakfast. Close to a few restaurants so not stuck in the hotel.

Room set up for double bed.... When used as twin room one person has no bedside table. Security box is in wardrobe and there is no light, so difficult to see. Good New Year festivities marred by terrible loud band and awful MC. Lots of wasted space in lobby... Could be used as a small bar at one end.

Excellent views, pool and lounging facilities. Friendly staff. Good food.

Poor language skills of 95% of staff make communication impossible. Service quality severely negatively impacted. Significant damp problems as well as sewerage smells in rooms as well as outside.

Swimming pool is excellent. It is huge with the Jacuzzi built within the pool. My fiance and I spent many hours in the pool.

It seems like the staff lacked training and proficiency in English.

Excellent location on same beach as the Sheraton Hotel. Great swimming pool directly connected to the beach. Also great food for lunch and many options to eat out in evening at local restaurants

Check in was chaotic, booking could not be found. Could have been the Christmas days, because was completely booked out. The hotelmanger was kind to take care of some issues and offered us a free diner, a great way of showing hospitality and making our stay perfect.

Very nice beach, nice setting, good food for lunch and dinner. Wifi is free and fast.

We had a sometimes a bad smell our seaview room.

1. Quality of breakfast items were not good.... pancakes or waffles were not good quality 2. we are pure vegetarians... there was no hot veg dish for us in the beginning.... all were with meat, fish and eggs.... then upon request we were provided with hot veg dishes... 3. we stayed in the cottage... for the price paid, the amenities were too little and the decor was so so... 4. our cottage was way out in the corner when many other cottages were not let out.... 5. over all we were not impressed with any thing of the resort....

The Beyond Resort is very clean,modern in design,superb value,great proximity to amenities while still being intimate .The pool area is large with an excellent design.The staff were always ready to make our stay pleasant.I felt this hotel was a better overall choice than the other 5 star hotels in the area.Nop runs the guest relations as well as I have seen Thanks

Die lage des hotels ist sehr schön und ehrer ruhig... dennoch kann man in wenigen minuten mit dem tuk tuk einkaufen, essen, etc fahren,,, was man auch jeder zeit natürlich mit einem taxi kann

La situation de l'hôtel (vraie plage de sable blanc + piscine très grande). Les chambres face à la mer. La gentillesse et la discrétion du personnel. L'ambiance feutrée pendant la journée.

私家海滩很方便，独立小屋比较舒适，离海滩、大堂也不远。适合休闲度假。

海滩稍微小了一点，泳池也不是很大，人多的时候躺椅不够，餐厅正餐很一般。

Super schöne Anlage direkt am Meer. Der schönste Pool den wir bisher gesehen haben. Von der Grösse, des Designs und der Anlage. Frühstücksbüffet sehr sehr riesig. Zimmer sehr schön und geräumig, wir hatten eine Villa

Beim Frühstücksbüffet wird leider nicht an Veganer gedacht. Das heisst es gibt leider keine Sojamich, keine Margarine (nur Butter) und es gibt nur schwarzen Tee. Unsere Villa war beim Einzug nicht richtig gereinigt. Dies wurde aber dann nach Aufforderung nachgeholt. Es war einige Tage sehr windig und leider hat man es nicht geschafft, dass die Sonnenschirme stabilisiert wurden. Man musste ständig aufpassen, dass man nicht von einem umstürzenden Sonnenschirm verletzt wurde.

Останавливались в этом отеле на 4 дня, после двух других отелей на Рейли и Пхи-Пхи. Отель как нельзя более подходит для релакса: новый, комфортный, спокойный, ухоженный. Очень понравился безлюдный пляж, на котором вечером можно было гулять практически в одиночестве. Понравились завтраки с большим выбором блюд как европейской, так и тайской кухни - жаль, не все успели попробовать. Поужинать можно как в отеле, так и за территорией отеля, где достаточно большой выбор недорогих кафе, магазинчиков и массажных салонов. Брали напрокат мотобайк и катались по побережью. Замечательный отель и замечательное местоположение. Но я бы не рекомендовала отель в качестве единственного на Краби, так как экскурсии отсюда, например на Пхи-Пхи, все-таки не совсем удобны и дороговаты.
