Clean, relaxing, fresh hotel in great location. I really enjoyed staying here; the staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was great and the restaurant was really good too. I can't think of anything negative about it. Would definitely stay here again. |

Staff were very obliging in letting us stay on beyond check out time due to our return flight time being changed. This was originally offered free, when arranged by e-mail, but ended up paying half daily rate which still wasn't bad. Had problem paying by credit card - took nearly an hour to carry out the transaction. Never did know the reason. In fairness it may not have been the hotel's fault. |

Convenient location to walk in the city. Hotel is situated near Grand Palace and other points of interest. There is famous street near the hotel (Khasoan). There are a lot of bars and shops in this street. |

We liked the location of the hotel. The Wi-Fi was over priced. The rooms were over priced. The swimming pool is constantly in the shade and is looked over by a school. The staff mucked up our check in dates but eventually got it sorted. |

Cheap (1200 bhat a night) but you can pay 700 bhat more(about 20$) and get yourself room in excellent The Key hotel in much nicer neighbourhood. Located close to Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha temple. Very small room, the neighbourhood is not so nice.Hotel staff upon check in gives you a written note that warns you about being careful around the neighbourhood. Feels like a lot of hassle around. To get out to the city center ( shopping malls and cinemas ,etc.) is a nightmare, especially after 4pm because of the traffic.Tuk-tuk is not the option unless you want to get suffocated by car exhaust gases. To get back from city center is a problem: taxi drivers either don't want to go there because of the traffice or just don't know the way. Cannot recomend this hotel |

Within short walking distance of famed Khao Sarn road, which offered an interesting experience. Also conveniently located for departing to Koh Tao by Lomprayah Ferries, which was the reason for my choice. Very basic, but good value for money. |

the pool was a good facility and 15 mins internet access free per day. the staff had poor English and, although willing, could not read maps or really help with directions. Our view was of a brick wall and definitely not deluxe/superior - they told me all the rooms were the same category! Shower curtain couldn't be pulled all the way around the shower. One day breakfast was not functioning. |

Perfectly situated for travellers, who would love to stay in the neighbourhood of the Grand Palace and other "Wat's" and enjoy to discover the every-day live of the Thai's. River-Taxi is about 5 min from the hotel door. Underground, train or sky-train stations must be approached by taxi, about 10 min from the hotel |

Nice staff, nice location in the area. You could install new lighting fixtures in the rooms, they are not clean and makes it hard to read in bed. |

The Bhimann Inn is well situated, for visiting Bangkok, near Khao San Road, and the Phra Arthit Pier, to get around the city in no time. At our time of stay they were working on the klong on the backside, and we just hope there are no boats when it's finished; |
