-ผ้่าคลุมโซฟามีรอยด่างเปื้อน อาจเป้นเพราะน้ำยาฟอกผ้า -การเดินทางมาที่โรงแรมค่อนข้างลำบากเล็กน้อย คืจากฝั่งอต้องนั่งเรือหางยาว และนั่งรถแทรกเตอร์ลากรถเพื่อไปโรงแรม แต่ก็เป็นประสบการณ์อย่างหนึ่ง

The hotel looks very nice and the rooms are very good. Clean, spacious and has everything. Our first room there was a few cockroaches which freaked me out but they accepted to change us for another room. The shower is not great, no water pressure. Service is ok, they have the same problem as most hotels, where staff can’t speak English and sometimes is difficult for them to understand simple request as ICE!! which surprises me for a hotel of this level. Facilities are nice, as swimming pool and Bar, I didn’t try the Spa as it was the most expensive I’ve seen in my whole trip in Thailand. Still I would recommend as it looks better than most of other hotels in Railay but remember you are in the mangrove side of the place. I was ok with that but some friends were a bit disappointed for the looks.

Watch out that you need to request service on your room every day If not they won't come and clean it, I got a bit disappointed with that. Breakfast is very poor, for this level of hotel is incredible what they offer. Also there are flies everywhere and the food is not properly covered.

Good room (big and had a not tube) and friendly staff.

Location is a turist trap. Not nice at all. Weak breakfast compared to others resorts. Shower doesn't work correctly.

The "In room dining" experience was awful. The food arrived stone cold. Very disappointing considering the price you pay for the room.

Total hotel is good. Average service. When we were here renovated the access road so we had to walk through the mud to get to the hotel which is a shame. The hotel from the beach of the island less beautiful but the distance is a few minutes walk.

The restaurant has no understanding of european food, yet they sell it at high price. Greek salad is a joke. Spa can be cleaner.

Being between 2 noisy and active building sites did not encourage a relaxing or pleasant experience, but to top it all was that the pool areas were out of action for 2 of our 3 day stay due to the area being repainted. I would not recommend this hotel due to it's location. West Railay is a much better part of the resort

You have one cocktail bar in the swimming pool that never works, the guy who is standing there isn't nice, we had to go to reception to ask for a copule of sandwiches and juices.

It was located on the East side of Railay Beach which was quite smelly and seemed to be the industrial side to the island

Very clean, beautiful place, very nice breakfast, massive king size bed and great shower!!

They do not communicate things well. You can get free transfers if you book directly through their site which was not disclosed to us (i guess that is kind of obvious however annoying once you find that out). The rooms lighting is not so good when it gets dark. The room gets very bright early once the sun comes up (can be a good thing if you do not want to waste the day, bad if you go to bed very late and want a sleep in with no eye shades).

Everything! It was the best place we had stayed in on our thailand trip, we originally only booked 4 nights but decided to stay another 4!

It's not a criticism of the hotel, but the beach is not the best outside the hotel - you need to get your feet muddy of get a tracktor (provided!) if the tide is out, but not enough to put us off going back!

The hotel looks to be one of the more upmarket resorts in the area. The staff greet guests on check-in with a warm welcome. It has all services and amenities you would expect for its price bracket.

The prices at the restaurant were a bit high and were not reflected in the quality of food or service. The airport transfer was also expensive. The hotel is located in East Railay, which doesn't have a beach but it is just a short walk to two lovely beaches.

Internet service should be improved.

One of the newest hotels/resorts in Railay with nice area and rooms. Rather on the upper end among its local peers. Nice staff at reception and room maids. Free towels for the beach.

Breakfast quality below average for the hotels price. Esp. Horrific service of the staff there in the morning. We were used to other treatment throughout Thailand. Despite the nice interior and new rooms plus close vicinity to evening ear outs on railay east, I would opt for one of the older resorts on the west side with lower price and potentially better service the next time. Better value for money

L'hôtel qui n'est pas entretenu, matelas de la piscine déchiré, clous qui maintiennent les parasols de la piscine ouvert, les petits déjeuner avec leurs jus de fruit imbuvables et le manque de choix pour un hôtel de ce rang. La propreté et le ménage plus que douteux de la chambre, des prix exhorbitants pour le restaurant de l'hôtel. 2 chantiers à proximité qui vous réveillent à 7h30 du matin avec des bruits de scies sauteuses et de marteaux piqueurs, la très grande saleté aux alentours due aux chantiers + en générale sur l'île
