The location of the hotel was fine, if you want to go shopping in the city. After everything we saw in the web, we were surprised, that the pictures could be made in this hotel. It was small and everything else than luxury like a spa (as we thought after the pictures on the homepage). |

Facilities and room. No hot water 2 of 3 days. Cold (and dangerous) yolk-pool egg (probably pre-cooked as I was told there was "no cook today" when I requested a scrambled egg before the fried egg was brought out.) When I pointed to egg and said "cold" waiter sternly responded "hot", which he repeated again after I said again, "no, cold". |

Central location The breakfast was cold every morning and when asked for a hot fried egg the waiter just took the cold eggs and microwaved them!! Not good. |

A beautiful hotel - very nicely set out. Beautiful rooms - very comfortable and well equiped. Has tea and coffee in rooms which is rare these days and very much appreciated. Friendly staff - very helpful. Spa attached to the hotel is fantastic - private and well priced. Best value I've found for a long time. Very highly recommended. Breakfast is limited but probably because it is the low season. A long way from beaches, but it was nice to be away from the tourist strip and public transport to the beaches is easy to get. |

とても丁寧に対応してくださいました。フロントの女性スタッフの笑顔がよかったです。 エアポートとホテルの間のトランスポートが、一般のタクシーより割高なのがちょっと気になります。しかも現金をドライバーに直接払うので、空港で両替しておく必要があります。 |

La ciudad en la que está ubicado. El trato del personal es aceptable Limpieza insuficiente, situación en una calle oscura, desayuno malo, vistas desde la habitación pésimas, mala relación calidad-precio para Tailandia, cuarto de baño sucio, sobre todo la cortinilla del baño, y que el personal de limpieza se presentó el primer día de mi estancia para hacer la habitación a las 8:30-9:00 horas de la mañana aproximadamente!!!! |
