First answer of the staff is always no / Impossible. Have to insist to be possible. More a 4 star than a 5.

We enjoyed the fact that it was out of the town centre, therefore not as busy and noisy. The beds were comfortable and I particularly enjoyed having a bathtub, which is not that common in Thailand. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of choices but dinners were not great.

Food other than the great breakfasts was not very good - often cool by the time it came to table, but there are lots of other good restaurants within a short distance. Some areas looked a little tired but they were painting and sprucing things up. The hill is steep for older folks but they do provide golf carts for rides from the beach to the closest access to your villa or room.

Upon arrival they took a copy of my card, but the outlet in order to charge my card at the output of expenditure was told to do. They said that two times the cost of the engine by trying rented line and mail order system used, and now it seems my credit card twice the amount withdrawn. when they will receive for the third time but I'm still waiting for refund???

The view from the pool was very beautiful. On a clear day we see a beautiful sunrise from the lobby. The guests are very mature and unobtrusive which helps us to enjoy our stay.

Due to a communication problem about choice of beds between the hotel and booking,com we did not get the twin beds we requested. But the hotel staff were kind enough to improvise which we greatly appreciated.

Affordable Romantic Hideaway Resort Stayed 7 nights with my girlfriend on Dec 26-Jan 2 for an average of 280€/night breakfast included in Deluxe Villa with pool & ocean view #5207. Beautiful resort with great views ideally located on a hill slope with lush vegetation north of Chaweng. Resort divided by the main road into 2 parts. Best to rent a motorbike to ride around the island and enjoy Koh Samui wonderful beaches. Easy to reach busy Chaweng for restaurants, shopping & night life… Approx. 10 mins by local taxi or tuk tuk [50-100bh per person]. Deluxe Villa rooms are clean and spacious with a king bed, a sofa bed, a desk area, 2 large closets, a safe, a full-size bathroom with outstanding outdoor shower. Bar fridge & small lcd tv. No wifi in room. Wooden balcony with sun chairs and private pool. Usually located uphill so be prepared for a steep walk or ask for a lift by golf cart! Facilities include a private beach, 2 pool bars with open terrace for snack-lunch, a small restaurant for buffet-style breakfast and all-day eating, 2 cascading relaxing pools with open air jacuzzi, a Thai spa and a basic fitness room. The staff speak basic English and are quite helpful, despite having had sometimes to insist to get the desired level of service… Many thanks to Andi Jones and his team for making our stay enjoyable. We hope to return one day. We will definitely recommend this place.

Cons: . food can be improved . power can drop out in case of heavy rains . staff needs to be better trained to cater to international travelers Tip: bring your mosquito repellant!

Staff not speaking english,some maintenance(contruction)going on and never being finished,small beachside and lots of garbage on the beach ( in view) and staff doesnt care.

Value for money is not good. I rented Deluxe Villa, it was not ready, I waited for 1,5 hours, then I got a villa without hot water and they tried to fix it for 1,5 hours more. Then I asked to change a room, waited a little bit more and got a room full of Mosquitos, not ready. I saw how stuff was changing pillowcase on my pillows putting it on the roof of stuff's car

Everything about this hotel was amazing!! Great Staff, Great food, Picturesque location, Amazing pools & Beach. It really made our holiday special!

Huge cockroaches found in the room & toilets for both nights we were there. Staff are not really that friendly. Just getting by. Rooms are old. Construction was going on all day. Brown water from the taps. I would not stay there again. There are many hotels nearer to chaweang beach much better for that price. We thought the pools would be bigger and the experience to the beach would be nicer but it's not really. The beach is also not as clean as we thought and there were some guests that got their feet cut while walking there. Food was also just so so. And the travel staff there was also not friendly.

Well the mean thing that i didnt like was the fact is that you have to pay for WIFI and in this time and age that has to be FREE specially for the price of the room. There was no facecloth in the bathroom and no bottle opener in the minibar. Brakefast was poor and very standard.

The disign and room facilty is very nice. The service here is not even worth your time and money at all. Very poor performance of staffs.

Location is bad very mountain and the room you need to climb with at least 200 stairs to your room.

酒店的门面很大气，像是五星级的样子，餐厅的价格也很有五星级的范儿！ 酒店泳池bar比较与特色，很不错。

位置很偏，离着渣汶很远，如果不租车的话，打车很贵。 酒店房间布局很不合理，忽上忽下的，看似有情趣，其实很不人性化。浴巾都不能在浴室放，要放在外面。 回房间就像翻山越岭一样，太累了。 最重要的是，酒店的沙滩没办法下海，水下全是石头，很深，完全没法游泳。

本来对这个标着5星级的酒店价格很满意，住过之后还是后悔了。如此说来，没有满意的地方。

哪方面都不满意！要说的太多，随便捡几点：1，位置差，海滩不适合游泳，刚下去脚就划破了；2，硬件设施差- ，5星是过去式，泳池用过时的含氯消毒剂，房子布局路线不合理，又上又下极不方便，布局房间设计在10年前- 看似新奇但极不人性化，空调弱智的对着床头吹，一个晚上保证感冒；3，服务，最令人无法忍受！餐厅服务不好- 也就罢了，可以不在那儿吃。可前台服务人员的怠慢和不真诚能把你的整个假期毁掉：晚上入住，孩子等着换行李- 箱的衣服睡觉，催了两个小时服务生还没把行李送到房间，而从前台到房间的上下山阶自己徒步提行李是极限运动- ，要命的是打电话催的时候她们撒谎说已上路了马上到，等不及到前台一看行李还在那趟着呢！整个诺大酒店貌似- 只有一个行李员自然忙不过来。服务员收拾完房间不关窗，蚊香片又不给主动更换，我英文不好电话说不清要翻山- 越岭到前台去比划。结果第二天又没放蚊香片，到前台要两片，服务员竟然说只有一片找不到第二片！卫生很差，- 窗下找出疑似防虫药物。 Which are not satisfied! Want to say too much, just pick up a few points: 1, poor location, the beach is not suitable for swimming, just go on foot scratched; 2 hardware facilities, 5 thing of the past, pool chlorine disinfectants used, route unreasonable layout of the house, and on and under extremely inconvenient, the layout of the room design 10 years ago appears to be novel, but very humane and mentally handicapped, air conditioning blowing, facing the bed one night to ensure cold; 3, the service, most people can not stand! Restaurant service is not good enough for, you can not eat there. Front desk personnel neglect and bad faith can ruin your entire holiday: Stay, children clothes waiting for the luggage to sleep, reminders for two hours the waiter does not have luggage to the room from the front desk to the room or down the mountain to order their own luggage on foot extreme sports, terrible call reminders when they hit the road immediately to lie and say, can not wait to see at the front desk luggage was still in countenance! The entire Connaught Hotel looks like only a porter natural too busy to. The waiter finished packing the room does not close the window, mosquito coils not to take the initiative to replace, my English is not good, can not tell over the mountains to the front desk to gestures. Next day was not any put mosquito coils, two to the front, the waiter even say that only one can not find the second piece! Poor health, under the window to identify the of suspected pest control drugs.

住的海景泳池别墅，视野很不错，私密性很强，适合年轻夫妇蜜月，可以在房间待上一整天。

每次都要坐酒店的小车到房间 ，因为是山路，而且要倒坐，每次都感觉要掉下去。

Rolig og avslappende atmosfære. Hyggelig personale; spesielt i restauranten og på stranden. Nydelig spa avdeling.

Dårlig strand. Mye skitt i strandkanten. Kunne vært ryddet og gjort mer tiltalende.

La villa avec piscine avec une vue imprenable ! Au début on avait une villa qui ressemblait a un bungalow et très mal place! Mais ils nous ont change et c était parfait après!
