Staff very friendly, beach is very quiet and relaxed

Room was very,very poor and there were many cockroches(!!) all over the room. For europeans this room is absolutely a discrase.

Well located and easy to get from Bangkok by van. Staff is really friendly and helpfull. Well located, clos to the national park and beach. Room was clean and cosy.

Location was great, sea/beach was 100 meters away. Hotel is away from roadside. Good access to kayaks compliments of the hotel. Good access to hotel from Bangkok by van which drops off directly at reception.

Was expensive for what it was. Breakfast was not amazing compared to the comments we read from other travellers.

For some reason the bed was never made up during my four night stay although new bottles of drinking water were provided in the room daily

We stayed at the Blue Beach for four nights this february. The staff and managers here are wonderful, friendly people. The food is incredibly delicious and we couldn't get enough of the heart, tantalizing and healthy portions of thai food that were offered. The managers are very helpful and give you as much time and attention as you need to help you find your way around the area. This area is a bit remote, in a sleepy little beach village on an incredible wide spread sandy beach. It banks on Sam Roi Yot National Park and exploring the park is a must. We rented a scooter for ten dollars for the day and zipped around the entire park, enjoying hiking, swimming on gorgeous beaches and also a river boat ride through the mountains. This is the Thailand we wanted to see, away from the crowds on a lovely beach next to farms and mountains and friendly locals.

We really did not have a problem with anything but thought the Blue Beach was wonderful. One should know that the rooms are very basic and small and the amenities are limited. Still, the grounds are lush and it is a one minute walk down a sweet lane to the ocean. The family and their friend who run the blue beach are very lovely people, as are their staff.

Small, clean, simple and inexpensive hotel run by a sympathetic English-Thai family. Very quiet, ideal to disconnect from Bangkok busy life. I appreciated the kayak trips to the nearby islands, the caves in Sam Rod Yod national park, the nature around and the numerous birds. Very few clients in April, probably due to the heat (average 36°C°). Free internet WiFi in the hall.

Impossible to eat fish in the restaurant, probably due to low season

Die Lage des Resorts ist bestens. Man kann relativ leicht den Nationalpark erreichen, außerdem liegt es direkt am Strand. Auch die äußere Anlage ist ansprechend.

Das Zimmer war zu klein. Ich spreche von einem Standardzimmer. Andere kann ich nicht einschätzen. Sie sind wahrscheinlich besser. Deshalb gibt es wahrscheinlich keinen Kühlschrank und keinen Schrank für die Sachen. Man lebt also aus dem Koffer. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sollte man sich für höherwertiges Zimmer entscheiden.

Betten sind wirklich eine Spur zu hart

Sehr ruhige Anlage, nahe am Meer. Inhaber und Personal stets bemüht, Essen und Frühstücksangebot gut.

Matratzen,na ja..Bad Einrichtung uralt und für Superior -Bungalows nicht akzeptabel. Am Strand, Sandflöhe ohne Ende Moskitos überall.

Trevliga killar som driver stället, de kan och vet det mesta om resande i thailand och ställer upp. Mysiga /spartanska små bungalows men det nödvändigaste. Och lummig trädgård med mycket avslappnad stil.

Sehr schöne und sehr ruhige Lage. Super Kajaks zur freien Verfügung und wunderschönes Gebiet um es zu erkunden. Essen sehr gut und freundliche Hosts.

Wie schon oft erwähnt, die Matrazen sind schon echt hart. Anreise ist etwas kompliziert, es gibt keinen Minibus wie im "Stefan Loose" erwähnt. Von Hua Hin kostete die Anfahrt 600 Baht. Der Rückweg ist dann aber teuerer - irgendwie muss man ja wieder weiterkommen!! Die kurze Fahrt nach Pranburi kostet dann 400 Baht.

un po' difficile da raggiungere, da Sam roi Yod città non ci sono mezzi pubblici che arrivano sulla spiaggia dell'ostello, bisogna per forza prendere un taxi o mototaxi(circa 150bath a testa). la spiaggia è bella ma il mare non è dei migliori(noi siamo stati in bassa stagione tra luglio e agosto), è ottimo affittare una moto e andare a fare un giro per il parco nazionale che è un vero gioiello tra natura e grotte. il personale dell'ostello è estremamente gentile e disponibile, la stanza è carina con aircon ma senza acqua calda. la location dell'ostello è molto bella in mezzo al verde.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, schöne Anlage, Monkeys Island gegenüber, gratis Kajak, Höhlen zu besichtigen, gute Beratung in der Anlage, Sauberkeit, Manager ist Engländer, sehr gutes Essen.

Wirklich harte Matratzen, Bungalows etwas abgewohnt, Wetter :-)

Sehr schöne Bungalows, ca. 50m. vom Strand entfernt. Sehr gutes Frühstück, 4 verschiedene zur Auswahl - a la carte. Kaffee bis zum abwinken. Der Besitzer Ricky ist sehr freundlich und hilfbereit und gibt gute Ausflugstipps für die Umgebung. Auch die Rückfahrt nach Bangkok wurde unkompliziert organisiert. Der Samroiyod Beach ist ca. 6 km lang ohne großen Touristenrummel. Einige Hotels und Restaurants, wenige Geschäfte ohne Touristenramsch und viele Fischer zeigen die schöne Seite Thailands. Der naheliegende Nationalpark bietet schöne Tropfsteinhöhlen. Ich kann diese Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Gute, saubere Unterkunft. Sehr hilfsbereiteres Personal. Wer eine einfache und bezahlbare Unterkunft in guter ruhiger Lage sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Verpflegung war hervorragend, alles frisch und lecker!

Could not have had a better time here. For a budget resort it is excellent. Nice setting, clean room, great food, free kayaks which was great for exploring and a nice relaxing feel to the place. Its not the Sheraton but for the money it was just what we wanted. We will be back for sure. We got the minibus from Bangkok's victory monument as per the guide sent by email from the resort staff and it was easy. 3 and a half hours and we arrived without hassle.

Having lo leave and go back to Bangkok!

Das Blue Beach Resort ist eine einfache, nette Bungalowanlage nur ca 50 m vom Meer entfernt. Die Verpflegung ist ausgezeichnet, es werden nur natürliche Produkte verarbeitet. In der ersten Nacht waren wir in einem Bungalow mit Eisengestell-Betten untergebracht, die extrem knarrten. Wir bekamen aber für die nächsten Nächte anstandslos einen anderen Bungalow mit Holzbetten, die nicht knarrten.

Ruhige Lage, sehr schöner Garten und Aufenthaltsbereiche im Garten, sehr freundliches Personal. Schöne große Spinnen (weit genug weg von den Zimmern) und viele Schmetterlinge.

Zumindest in den Standard Zimmern gibt es nur Kaltwasser, das wird nirgendwo erwähnt. Die Matratzen sind (wir hatten einen Zimmerwechsel) noch in der Originalverpackung. Das ist schweißtreibend und unagenehm. Das Doppelbett (Zimmer 7) war bei weitem komfortabler als die Einzelbetten (Zimmer 6). Am Strand gibt es keine Liegen.
