Staff were the best we experienced at 6 hotels during our holiday! Friendly, helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. The most comfortable bed I think I've ever slept in too, I took a photo of the brand in an attempt to find one like it back home. Bathroom was very clean but the shower didn't drain quickly.

Breakfast was amazing but limited perhaps if you don't like a cooked breakfast. I loved how we could sleep in till 3pm and still get our breakfast.. Very close to ekamai station.

Not obvious that the hotel is actually in the restaurant not well advertised on the street. Was some annoying mid morning banging or construction going on that was frustrating but otherwise the rooms were spacious. Was missing a few small touches like a rubbish bin and shower gels, dressing robes etc. but was good value for money.

Staff not friendly, if you have any problem they are not ready to solve it. We reserved several months before and when we arrived they asked for different price. They wanted we pay all 4 nights at the check in. On the 2nd day The room smell very bad, had to wait for cleaning about 40 minutes, the owner offered us a beer and at check out they included in the price... The day after cleaning again very bad smell... Really a nightmare!!!

The staff were very helpful and professional. Rooms clean and no noice from the traffic. There own restaurant had lots of international beers. The breakfast was chosen from a list. Tasted very good. Free wifi worked very well. Hotel 100 m from Eakmai skytrain and busstation. Also close to a mall with a 24-hrs open grocery store and with lots of restaurants. An outside restaurant at the intersection of Eakmai skytrain and busstation were they have lovely food and frozen cockails was easy to find. Streetfood was easy to find at the Eakmai station. We really enjoyed this hotel and appreciated the lovely staff and we will be happy to come back again!

Not well located for the old town, china town etc but it doesn't take long to get the sky train to the river ferry and up a few stops to china town. 20 minute walk to the soi cowboy party street! - but we liked the walk to work of some beer!

Wonderful staff. Room was spotless. Comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious. All day breakfast - brilliant for those who like to stay up late and then sleep in! Free bottles of water each day.

Shower ranged from too hot to cold. It needed constant adjusting - only comfortable to stand under the water a third of the time. No tea/coffee facilities in room.

We were warned that many hotels in Bangkok have very hard beds- however luckily for us, this hotel has very comfortable beds, definitely not hard. It is a very affordable 4 star hotel. The bathroom in our room was huge, and we had a good view over some of the city from our 5th floor room. The price included a free breakfast at their restaurant downstairs (all day breakfast)- a good breakfast including eggs/toast/sausages or ham/bacon and coffee/juice! Location was great too- only a couple mins walk to ekamai train station (BTS), there was a 24 hour restaurant on the corner of the street, as well as a good restaurant downstairs which was part of the hotel. No complaints! Free hair dryer on request, free daily water bottles. Just remember to hang the sign on your door if you'd like your room made up in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!!

Staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to assist customers! The chef was superb and the food exceptional and a real example of fine Cajun cooking and a bit of good US home cooking! Location was fabulous, four blocks from the air trans; next to the Park Lane shopping center with a 24/7 grocery store, hair dresser, great dress stores and great restaurants with a wide variety of street vendors for meals! Hotel room was comfortable, had a refrigerator, lots of free water and nicely located. Room service was good with wide variety of choice and good service. Laundry and dry cleaning services were outstanding. Would recommend the hotel for conferences, conference room was comfortable, had great view of Bangkok and staff would very attentive. Would highly recommend the hotel whether sightseeing or on business!!

I was disappointed to find there was no tour agency despite advertising there was on the hotel website. When asked to recommend a tour agency, the hotel staff had no suggestions and really didn't seem to care whether visitors saw the sights or not. Had I been a young person and more knowledgeable of my computer and locating tour companies on line it might not have been as great an inconvenience but the fact the hotel would not recommend companies, assist with locating guides, showed real disinterest!

Well furnished, very friendly staff, it is called a boutique hotel so it has a bar at the 1st floor. The hotel is in the downtown, close to the bts station and a big mall. The price is reasonable.

对于在汽车东站换车的来说，位置很方便

根本没有正规的前台，一张小桌不足半米，房间超小，卫生间紧贴床边，一楼是个小酒吧，怀疑原来就是给醉酒客- 人临时休息的房间!

Das Bett war bequem. Freundlicher Service. Das Hotel ist direkt über dem Restaurant, wo auch das leckere Frühstück serviert wird. Direkt fussläufig zum Skytrain gelegen.

Sa localisation près de la gare d'autobus (et station BTS Ekkamai). Parfait pour un transit, sans plus.

Designzimmer, sehr sauber. Betten hervorragend. Lage nur wenige Schritte von der Skytrain-Station Ekamai entfernt. Frühstück ab 7:00 Uhr bis zur Mittagszeit erhältlich. (Frühstück a la carte)

Frühstuckskaffee nur eine Tasse inklusive. WLAN sehr langsam bis nicht vorhanden.TV - keine Deutsche Welle. Safe mit Schlüssel bedienbar (Schlüsselkaution muss hinterlegt werden).

war alles top! Super Lage zu Skytrain, haben hier gleich zweimal geschlafen.

Das Zimmer war super, haben dort gleich zweimal geschlafen, nettes Personal, sehr hilftsbereit. Das besten am Hotel war die Nähe zur Skytrain, so konnten wir schnell und günstig überall hin.

Gab nicht was uns nicht gefallen hat.

L'hotel è molto carino, la stanza è grande (letto a 3 piazze!) e pulita, bagno e doccia sono molto spaziosi. La posizione è ok, a 3 minuti dallo Skytrain Ekkamai. Staff disponibile. Lo consiglio a tutti!

Unica pecca (di poco conto) è la colazione: inclusa nel prezzo prevede uova, fatte in 2-3 modi diversi, the, caffè. Per avere altre tipologie di colazione bisogna pagare qualcosa in più.
