No safe! Dirty! Hard bed!
The rooms are blans photos show flowers and cushions giving it a real luxury feel nothing of the sorts Breakfast very poor only geraed up for the eastern market
Location, staff helpfull
Rooms are dated, toilets and showers with mildew, room infested with mozzies on check in
facilities are a bit old and the swimming pool is small and not clean
good location, early check-in, quite.
- Receptionists could be bit more helpful. - asked former a print out one page but got refused - just one reception girl serving 100s of people - room needs serious refurbishment - our room only had one working plug point
- Good location inside city wall - beautiful lobby area - wifi good in lobby - loads of restaurants around - Sunday market 5 mins walk - seven eleven 4-5 mins walk - Night bazar 25 mins walk but hotel gives you one way free shuttle from 7pm
the price quiet acceptable and the room is very comfortable.
very good experience
bathroom looks a bit dirty, but it s comfortable , so it s ok for me :)
room, location, very good wifi. pool looks small, but i didnt use it anyway, spent more time for sightseeings.
Bedrooms.... Shabby! Our room was directly overlooked by a wall and offices... Literally 2 metres away. Our corridor and entire hotel was full of workers staying who were Leary and made you feel uncomfortable! Swimming pool area stunk of sewage and mainly in the shade. Really restricted me when I expected to be able to chill round the pool during my stay. Dark and dreary hotel in much need of a refurnish and modernising! Wouldn't stay again
The lobby area was very nice... Deceivingly so!
however, once we start changing the pillow covers, we realized that the sweat from previous guests had built up on the pillow. if the pillows are washed, this problem can be controlled, tey do not need to buy new pillows after every customer. then i realized that the staff is not happy working there anyway. their energy is dry, drained. before we went to sleep, we saw and killed a bug on the wall. tahtakurusu in turkish, these blood sucking bugs that live inside the wood. we checked out next morning.
we asked for thin pillows and the response was fast, the staff was helpful.
The rooms were big and spacious. The staffs were polite and hospitable.
Breakfast not good enough, staffs not take care the guests that it should be, we requested the double bed when booking but they provided twin bed.
Location is near the walking street on sunday and near the famous temples.
Swimming pool quite small.
The hotel located near attractions and many restaurants. Staffs was very helpful and friendly.
Staff very helpful
To fare from af the back fare frome. Everything . Reception staff not. Helpfull and not frendly . Rooms neef refurbishment.
Breakfast was oke
- except lobby all run down, carpets look dirty when you go to rooms, elevators like they would tear them down tomorrow and my room 420 is run down a lot - especially bathroom and walls ... - huge hallway with rooms, but each time you have to slam doors to close them, so you hear that all night and because of thin walls you hear all the love of your neighbors - blanket etc did not look really clean Better stay in hostels if you want to save money, they are clean, or pay little more for very nice hotels in Chiang Mai.
- lobby etc looks fairly good - location is very good for sightseeing temples - nice small pool to sunbath
Some staff not interested in doing their job and supplying service. Bathroom in room of first stay could have been a lot cleaner
Location in the Old City but away from the traffic, value for money
AirCon leaked underneath the bathtube so whole bathroom was 24/7 wet nearly flooded noisy in the floors because of other guests and loud door closings you could feel the bed springs stitching in your back rooms have been equiped with old stuff
nearby popular Wat's close to bars, restaurants and nightmarkets breakfast was ok pool was clean and nice scooter rental in hotel (300 Baht)
Exellent staff,in australia $150+ .pool clean, great for small kids or over 40,s relaxing thai experience.
The hotel is a bit tired, but still very good value for money. The illumination level in the room is low.
1. The Price. This is a budget hotel, but it is very comfortable. 2. The Bed ! Excellent for sleeping. 3. The large Room. 4. The Fridge 5. The Price again
hard bed, impersonal, cheerless, sad
While the lobby and restaurant are very nicely decorated, my room was honestly less than average. Stains on the wall, no decoration, no charm. While I specifcally asked a quiet area, I was put right where people have to go rom the elevator (and I know the hotel wasn't that full..).
It is quite central. If you rent a bike you can go pretty much anywhere in 5-10 minutes! The personnel was very nice.
Excellent location in the middle of the old city. Good wifi No hassle Great bed
Place is seriously run down, almost like its been let go because it's nearing demolition. Pool is shabby and the gym is a joke. Staff are uninterested at best. Door man even tried to steer us to his dodgy Tuk Tuk drivers and shoddy tour mates.
Room was big and clean enough, aircon was good. Good location.
