I was only there one night having a plane to catch early next morning. A member of staff was waiting for me when I arrived. The hotel was very near the airport and clean and acceptable and excellent value for money. I was taken back to the airport in time to catch my flight next morning |

Staff really kind and helpful. A few minutes drive from the airport and free transfert so it is really easy to organize and to get there! You have to be prepare to find a really simple room with a more than simple bathroom so it is really an hotel you choose in order to have a couple of hours sleep between 2 flights... |

The convenience to the airport was a large factor in choosing this hotel, but the grounds will make me sure I return again. The beautiful park at the hotel was serene and peaceful, perfect to wind down after the trip to other parts of Thailand. There is only one small complaint - there should be a curtain you can pull around to keep the shower from wetting the entire loo! Also, there was no hot water tap in the bathroom sink, making a facewash or shave impossible. |

It was close to the airport so was ideal for just a one night stopover. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is nothing close by, it is in a very traditional part of bangkok where there are no other tourists, but just one shop, nowhere to get anything to eat though. |

very close to the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean room and complementary water. could nout shut down the balcony light. Air conditionning noisy and blowing on the bed so had to be shut down . |

i did like the location od the hotel coz it's near the airport and my flight was so early that night, so i decided to stay close to the airport. free driving to the airport. v.small rooms. the name of the hotel wasn't known to the drivers and the staff of the airport at all. the bathroom wan't good . |

Residence just outside the int.airport (1 mile), excellent if you have to wait few hours for your connection, very clean and helpful staff. Free pick up from/to airport so you don't need to book or take a cab. |

I only need a room for one night near the airport, and it was good service, they bring me free from the airport and back again the next morning. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle bus transport from/to airport. Spacious and clean room. The hotel is not known by taxi drivers |

Friendly Staff, lovely garden for relaxing after/prior to flight. Excellent rooms and facilities. Eating facility was very basic, as was the breakfast offered. There was a permanent aroma of bleach in the dining area, not conjucive to eating. The location of hotel appears not to be known by some taxi drivers!! Maybe they should consider updating local information. |

I booked a one night stay at BS Residence as I needed a place to stay to get some rest before an early morning flight from BKK airport. When I told a friend about the price (very reasonable), they said, "It must be a bad hotel for that price" -- but the hotel service was excellent! The hotel communicated with me in advance about arrangements for getting picked up & dropped off at the airport, the room was very clean and nice -- good airconditioning which is essential in Bangkok -- and the staff was extremely helpful & gracious! I would recommend BS Residence to anyone traveling to & from Bangkok! |

Very straightforward solution when you are in transit and only few hours available: no waste of time to go in the center of BKK town and to come back the next day. Excellent value for money! Miserable breakfast... not very Asian! A simple real noodle soup would be far better than eggs, sausages, bread, etc!!! |

location to airport, local market friendly staff,and airport shuttle. they could do with a small bar in reception and some information leaflets in room,ie how to phone reception and a food menu. |

Clean comfortable room. Free airport transfer. Spacious. Air con. Good value for money. Very close to airport. Very hard to spot from main road. Approaching from the west (central bkk) sign is only in Thai. From the east "bs residence" is on the building in White lights but still hard to spot. |

Frinndly staff, prompt pick up and return to airport, serves a purpose as a stopover liked hotel, but not surounding area, hotel would benefit hugely from a small bar and restraunt |

I liked the pick-up and return shuttle service. Having someone holding a sign with our name on it was a welcome sight after a long trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were even understanding when our flight was delayed and we had to change the date on our reservations. |

Very cheap accommodation right by the airport and close to markets and shopping centre. Suited us well as we were transported to the airport for our early morning flight at no extra charge. Good value, we felt, but would not have wanted to stay for more than a transit stay. No coffee/tea facilities in the room. We really felt that this would not be a big expense but would make a big difference. |

The hotel stuff was really friendly and nice. - bugs (termites) in the room and in the bed - awfull noise through all the night (sounded like electricity generator) - my room was not perfectly clean (shower cap of previous guest was in the bathroom and black hair near the bed) |
