Unique design that was a great experience considering its location in the hussle and bustle of central patong. Great for shopping where you could retreat when you have had your quota Reception staff were abrupt and at first unwilling to help sort out a problem with the booking |

Clean room. A plus was the free wifi, annoying was that only one computer per room could be loged on at the same time. Nice breakfast buffé. We did not like the pool area at all as this felt small and with very few sunchairs. Also it is surrounded by the complex giving it limited sun possiblities.Sometimes very hard to communicate with staff. |

The pool and spa facilities. It was great during green season as an alternative to the beach or when it was raining. There were a few renovations during our stay and our room was located in the old wing, the breakfast area was also in an old building. I'm sure once the renovations are complete the hotel experience would be much better. |

The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk to shopping mall and night clubs. They gave us an upgrade to a Premier room for free when we arrived. Great free wireless internet – I measured it from 16 to 102 Mbps – very fast :-) Small Mini Bar – but for free. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Friendly Staff. Cozy atmosphere. Quiet and relaxing. Noisy old type air-condition. Room was basic and a bit dated. Bathrooms are old style, but in good condition. |

(1) Staff hospitality. (2) Location. (3) They gave me an upgrade to a Thai room for free. (4) the first time seen, in-room bar for free. (5) the swimming pool direct access from rooms. (1) It wasn't that luxurious as expected. It's different from the photos published in the website. But the rooms are i a good condition, the final luxurious touch is missing. (2) Bathrooms are old style and and badly need to be changed and modernized. (3) Mosquitoes :) expect them as a daily noisy visitors. At the first time i get the room, it was disaster. There were an army of mosquitoes welcoming me in the room. I asked houskeeping to provide me with Bug killer spray and i used to use it daily. |

i stayed very short and i couldnt use most of the facilities there, however if you are couple and if u wanna spent more time in the hotel than outside its a good choice. normally price is for the room but if you are bringing togather with you a guest its 1500 baht for night. |

It's a nice cozy hotel which didn't have too many children. That's good because it doesn't make it noisy and it's fantastic for couples. Location was great as it's just off the busy and noisy strip of Patong Beach. Yet it was close enough to walk around the entire stretch. The only problem I can think of is the number of mosquitoe breeding grounds at the hotel. That caused a lot of mosquitoes feeding off the guests, even while guests were laying by the pool. so that was a turn off. Hopefully the hotel can arrest this problem for an even more pleasant stay in the future. |

Staff was very polite, friendly, responsive and always ready to help. The room was big and comfortable, the disign was very stylish. The location is perfect- 2 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the night clubs. The breakfast was very good -fresh juices, fruits, thai cuisine, etc. I would recommend this hotel to everybody |
