The location, smaller boutique hotel and great swimming area. Small boutique hotel, not over crowed, staff were friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble highly recommended. |

Good location, good breakfast We ordered Classic Room and we received the room with the ugly view (1 meter from us was terrible, dirty wall with air-condition from kitchen, we could'nt open the hangings); room was ok but the view terrible, I recommend not order the type of room Classic beacuse all rooms Classic have that view, Additionally swimming pool area was under construction, was stink paint and was very noisy. |

We enjoyed the elite pool access room the most! It was such a wonderful experience. The room was very clean and always had the aromatherapy smell which was great! The privacy of the stairway to the room from the pool is a unique feature of the room type and hotel. The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful and we were checked in almost immediately upon arrival, without much hassle, despite us arriving 2 hours ahead of check-in time. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel room and service. Our stay would have been better if the hotel could cater for muslim meals. We had complimentary dinner for 2 at the Thai restaurant but were unable to use it as the food served and kitchen area were not catered for halal food preparation. |

Breakfast, staff, comfort & relaxation was excellent The fact your credit card is taken away from you & into a seperate area. Now my credit card has been used without my consent & the card company have now cancelled my credit card due to fraud. (The only time my card was used in 8 weeks was at Burasari Hotel). |

The facility is very nice & luxurious - we had a suite of course! There was abundant construction going-on in the hotel where we had to bear with loud noise all day long during our stay...this they did not mention in the bookings.com site or the hotel site. I think we should receive a discount or have had the opportunity to book another hotel upfront had they mentioned this crucial but relevant fact that the hotel is under construction. In the US this would be considered false advertising! Also, the front office staff was not vey knowledgeable about what to recommend & how to organize things. Do not pick up taxi service from hotel or in front of hotel, but away from there & negotiate the fares fully! |

The breakfast set up was amazing. We really liked the breakfast place, the ambience is really really nice. And the pool is so cool; we had a nice time and my son loved it. Staff should no more of English too! And in breakfas they should change the menu a little bit atleast every third day. |

I love the room! It's big, spacious, airy and clean. The huge bed was very comfortable as well as the nice bathtub. Also like the furnishing and light wood color scheme. Although a very small hotel and tucked beside Marriott Courtyard and Holiday Inn, it didn't really feel claustrophobic. The all-in-restaurant (breakfast, dinner with award winning chef, bar) has a nice bohemian feel with outdoor sitting and pretty lamps. It's still a small-ish hotel though (small reception area, 2 smallish pool areas - bigger one beside the restaurant, smaller one just behind reception) which is fine by me, but may not be suitable for everyone Parts of the hotel was under renovation, even during the day, such as near the pool and hotel corridors. As such, we would unable to enjoy our time at the pool area (renovations just behind the deck chairs!). Hotel management should have notified guests of the renovations beforehand. |

We enjoyed our stay very much. However, there was some heavy duty construction going on which disrupted our sleep (it started at about 7 in the morning) and the general ambiance of the hotel. It might've been a good idea to close down the hotel for a week or give a very good discount because if I'd known about it (construction), I would probably have picked a different hotel. However, once the construction is over, I'm sure Burasari would be lovely. . Construction |

We had a pool access room which would have been better if the sun was able to get into the pool area. There was alot of tall plants and palm trees blocking out the sun, so this meant that the water was very cold. Apart from that a excellant hotel. There was building works going on but no mention prior to booking this hotel, but this will not last for ever. Breakfast was average. |

Good location and wonderful territory design. Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast and free wifi. In-room bar for no charge. There were no vent in the bathroom. A/C was too strong and noisy even on minimal speed. There were regular problems with internet during rain. |

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel due to its great location, excellent pools and breakfast (staff were incredible, looking after our children while we ate). We would definitely stay here again. Babysitting service was reliable and an added benefit for 2 families travelling with infants under 1. Rooms weren't as clean or maintained as last year. Also, we ended up with a ground floor rom with no balcony (even though it was a premier room) which was a bit dissapointing. |

Unique design that was a great experience considering its location in the hussle and bustle of central patong. Great for shopping where you could retreat when you have had your quota Reception staff were abrupt and at first unwilling to help sort out a problem with the booking |
