L'hôtel Burasari, superbe hôtel situé en plein centre ville de Patong, est néanmoins très calme et tout proche de la mer. La décoration des chambres en style thaï est de très bon goût et la piscine est paradisiaque. Le service est de qualité et tout le personnel parle anglais. S'il y avait une salle fitness, l'hôtel serait parfait. Je retournerais à coup sûr dans cet hôtel. |

Hôtel resort, rien a dire, personnel accueillant et disponible, sanitaires propres, décoration intérieurs et extérieurs de toute beauté, on a meme eu droit a un surclassement de la chambre au prix de la chambre choisie préalablement et aussi "free" sur tout le bar de la chambre ... je le recommande!!!! |

la chambre que nous avions etait mal situee , pour un premier sejour on aurait aime avoir la pool view mais bon tant pis , le personnel manque de spontaneite je trouve que ca manque de chaleur |

Good location and wonderful territory design. Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast and free wifi. In-room bar for no charge. There were no vent in the bathroom. A/C was too strong and noisy even on minimal speed. There were regular problems with internet during rain. |

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel due to its great location, excellent pools and breakfast (staff were incredible, looking after our children while we ate). We would definitely stay here again. Babysitting service was reliable and an added benefit for 2 families travelling with infants under 1. Rooms weren't as clean or maintained as last year. Also, we ended up with a ground floor rom with no balcony (even though it was a premier room) which was a bit dissapointing. |

excellent choice and value for money. in a great location, walking distance to main nightlife and beach. facilities at hotel are excellent and bufet breakfast was the best one during our trip out of 4 hotels... |

Unique design that was a great experience considering its location in the hussle and bustle of central patong. Great for shopping where you could retreat when you have had your quota Reception staff were abrupt and at first unwilling to help sort out a problem with the booking |

Clean room. A plus was the free wifi, annoying was that only one computer per room could be loged on at the same time. Nice breakfast buffé. We did not like the pool area at all as this felt small and with very few sunchairs. Also it is surrounded by the complex giving it limited sun possiblities.Sometimes very hard to communicate with staff. |

The pool and spa facilities. It was great during green season as an alternative to the beach or when it was raining. There were a few renovations during our stay and our room was located in the old wing, the breakfast area was also in an old building. I'm sure once the renovations are complete the hotel experience would be much better. |

Breakfast. I used a pool access room. swimming pool was bad smell. bedroom was bad smell. It was humid, and a bed got wet. bathroom was bad smell. closet was bad smell. All was the worst. I do not stay twice anymore. |

The staff is very friendly with good facilities like two restaurants (one of famous Keith Flloyd). Hotel is located 100 m from the beach but also have two great pools. |

The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk to shopping mall and night clubs. They gave us an upgrade to a Premier room for free when we arrived. Great free wireless internet – I measured it from 16 to 102 Mbps – very fast :-) Small Mini Bar – but for free. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Friendly Staff. Cozy atmosphere. Quiet and relaxing. Noisy old type air-condition. Room was basic and a bit dated. Bathrooms are old style, but in good condition. |

(1) Staff hospitality. (2) Location. (3) They gave me an upgrade to a Thai room for free. (4) the first time seen, in-room bar for free. (5) the swimming pool direct access from rooms. (1) It wasn't that luxurious as expected. It's different from the photos published in the website. But the rooms are i a good condition, the final luxurious touch is missing. (2) Bathrooms are old style and and badly need to be changed and modernized. (3) Mosquitoes :) expect them as a daily noisy visitors. At the first time i get the room, it was disaster. There were an army of mosquitoes welcoming me in the room. I asked houskeeping to provide me with Bug killer spray and i used to use it daily. |
