Burasari Resort  

The tranquility of the resort was wonderful and such a joy to enjoy. Hard to believe we didn't hear any night time noise, yes, we are being truthful. The 5 minute walk to the night markets, food, taxis and coffee shops was a bonus for everyone and we will return to this resort and share it with our friends.

The hotel was really nice, rooms comfortable and close to the beach. It is walking distance of many restaurants and Bangla street.

All the tours were more expensive in the hotel, though ere exactly the same as the ones booked, outside. Also, when we asked the staff to help us set up an external taxi to go to another beach and pick us up later, as it would have been cheaper they would always end up requesting the hotel service, that was more expensive.

We absolutely loved the Burasari Resort. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Happy hour at the pool is great value. We had an Elite Poolside Room and it was great to be able to just pop in the pool and swim to the bar in the afternoon. We have a 10 yr old and he met other kids in the pool, so he could play with them while we sat on the deck. The Spa is excellent, so relaing and great value. Breakfast is awesome, Omelletes made to order, relaxing music playing gently in the back ground and the ambience is very Thai. Absolutely recommend this resort, close enough for shopping and restaurants, though quite when your in the resort.

The rooms are a bit datd and desperately need a makeover. Tiles are tarnished etc, but you quickly over come this because of the relaxed feel of the resort and the Thai ambience, also the friendliness of the staff is great.

Position of resort is excellent away from the busy main street of Patong Beach. Easy walk to beach. Quiet around pool area. Rooms very quiet also. Staff very friendly. Not a busy resort, suited us.

Fantastic, very good location , not in the middle of nightlife noise and not far from it just couple of minute walk to everything, very good quality food with reasonably price, beautiful pool area.

our room A/C wasn't perfect, had to set it to 15 degree to make the to cool. it would be better to add pool area beds

Great location to beach and shopping. Very nice big room (pool access room) , bathroom badly in need of up date with the bath very hard to get in and out of, a stool is there to help you get in and out but quite dangerous. Staff very attentive and friendly. Would stay again.

The resort was so relaxing. It had a very nice ambience about it around the public areas. The staff were very helpful. The room was well serviced each day and very clean.

Sometimes it was difficult to get a sunbed around the pool areas. The pools are not designed from swimmimg, but are ideal for cooling down in a lovely setting. Suited me just fine.

It was clean and comfortable, staff were extremely friendly and food was excellent. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was terrific with a wide variety of choice. The ambience of the complex is beautiful. Paxo the bird is an absolute delight to listen to. The resort is close to everything we wanted to do in Pantong - go to the beach, shop, massage, etc.

We were not overly impressed with the outside pool area as the seating arrangement was not very comfortable for two people to sit outside together - a couple of 'banana lounge' type chairs would have been more suitable. Also when it rained, we were not able to sit outside as we - along with all the chairs, towels etc - got soaking wet. A covered verandah would be better.

Location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of the vibrant atmosphere of Patong yet with a quite room. The room was clean and very spacious with a living area and a large balcony with Jacuzzi. The decoration was nice of the Thai style, bamboo everywhere. The staff was very polite, helpful and responsive.

Breakfast buffet was not rich enough and food variety was limited. No iron is in the room but you can get it when needed. The hotel was old yet you can notice there is some effort of innovation undergoing. Do not choose what they called "honeymoon suite" as it is not suitable at all as regards equipment, furniture size or design. Actually I reserved it but they moved me to another room upon my request.

This is the hotel that I strongly recommended. The room is clean and tidy. It is quiet and yet a short walking distance to the Patong Beach and shopping areas. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We will certainly come back again!

I liked the design of the hotel, the pool area was lovely.

Unfortunately the Burasari was mosquito infested. Most hotels we have stayed in in Thailand always fumigate but this did not seem the case with the Burisari.

Burasari was in an excellent location staff were friendly and the food was great. We were in a pool access room and it was awesome being able to get straight into the pool from our room.

There was a lot of water damage on the roof and around the bath. As the elite pool access room was the best room available I was expecting that they would be maintained at a higher level. Also as we stayed right next to the pool there was a lot of Mosquitos (nobody's fault), and there is hardly any sun around the pool area (to many trees and bushes) and the pool bar is undercover (do not stay here if you want to get a tan by the pool)
